I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.
