I've been going to Ocean Nails since prom and I loove the work that Ana and Tom do. Ana keeps my nails pretty and she even does the designs I like. She is the ONLY person who can do my eyebrow waxing lol. Literally the ONLY person to touch them in years!! And Tom with the pedicures...AMAZING. If you're in the Lancaster area you have to schedule an appointment at Ocean Nails!!

waaaay overpriced. I've been here a few times over the years and I can agree that Ana is fantastic at her job and charges reasonably. I went a few days ago to get acrylics after not coming here in 2 years and had a gentleman help me. I got the most basic nails one color, no design, mid-short length and got charged $40! 2 of my nails in my right hand were placed crookedly. I wouldn't return here unless I set an appointment with Ana.

This place has really gone downhill. It's clear that the men that work there hate their jobs and don't really care to even try to make your nails look decent. The dude working on my moms nails was more interested in watching the football game on TV than giving her any attention and the gentleman helping me was nice but did an extremely sloppy job. My moms partial to this place because we went all the time when I was in high school, but I won't ever give them my money again.

I have been going to ocean nails for the past couple of months and Melanie is one of the best nail artists I've ever had. She can do anything from something simple to fun and cute designs. She always listens to how you like your nails and gives you what you asked for. I've never had a bad experience here.

The guy that was working there didn't even prep my nails, didn't clean my cuticles, he went straight in with the filing tool and even cut me twice and laughed about it to cover it up. I asked for coffin, didn't get coffin. I ask for a silver color, i end up with purple somehow. He was rushing and just glopped on the acrylic, was using the machine to file my nails and literally burned my nails. He did not try to even out the nail polish, he left it looking like that stupid trend going around youtube of the "nail polish mountain". The nail polish is not proportioned and it just looks plain hideous. I wasted $45 because these nails are coming right off. I'm so embarrassed just looking at them. He was looking at his phone every chance he got. He left some nails crooked, the length in my nails are all different! I did not catch the guys name but if you come here please do not go to any male that works there.

Been there 2x First time the guys was weird and seemed upset, screaming at a lady. Second time the lady was quite and when I asked a question seemed bothered didn't want to answer me. Both times I had a certificate because it was gifted, they didn't seem to like that which is weird. Never again. read more

waaaay overpriced. I've been here a few times over the years and I can agree that Ana is fantastic at her job and charges reasonably. Stopped on my way home to LA for a pedicure and very happy I did. Staff was pleasant, worked quickly but very thorough. Nice selection of colors and the price was great! Definitely adding this place as a stop on my commutes home when I need another pedicure. read more

This place is CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, QUIET, COVERT & made me feel like a QUEEN!! OH... & the design skills... they are VERY SERIOUS When it comes to COVID-19 rule adherences, so call ahead of time. An impromptu girls' day brought me and my daughter here yesterday. They were busy, but able to fit us in within 10 minutes of arriving. They were very busy but all three of the staff were working hard and non-stop to take care of the customers they had. Anna did my nails, her husband did my pedicure and her aunt took care of my daughter's mani/pedi. Both of us are very happy with our nails and would return. read more

I have been to this salon twice in the past two months for brow waxing and back fills ..... I was in and out last week at the beginning of the month in less than 40 minutes for nails and brow waxing ! Anna does my brows,they are a little thin for my taste this visit,shape is spot on. Have never seen roaches ...shop is neat and clean...my first visit last month I had my nails back filled ,brows waxed and pedicure with freehand art on my toes done by Don...Pedicure was good,however went home took shower to wash off residue from sugar scrub....there is little to no waiting ...Anna (owner) is sweet,Don is fast and overall does a good job on my nails...Will continue to patronize this shop...previous longtime customer at Golden Nails on E Ave J read more

Don't go here. I received a gel manicure be in 15min. I had chunky nails that peeled off in 3 DayZ. My cuticles was over grown taking over my finger. No cuticle service. No oil or nothing. Worst place ever! read more

Seriously GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Just came in today to get a mid lenth ombre pink/white and the guy left my entire middle finger CROOKED! Not to mention the ombre was CLEAR not white and he didn't polish before he put my clear coat on so he put my clear coat on top of SCRATCHED nail and you can see scratch on the nails!! Charged me 45$$ just to have to get it redone at Vincent's Nails in Palmdale. Go to Vincent's. Unlike Ocean Nails who only has ONE good tech, EVERY tech at Vincent's can do STELLAR work!! read more

I know good service even at an over crowded oriental nail salon. But this was just sad. Came in on a Sunday, empty which I got excited for hoping the most amazing service ever. I got a spa pedi and mani. For $27 not bad considering here in Lancaster. Place was really disorganized, messy, and not professional. I get it you were taking a nap in the back, but wake up you got some business please stop yawning it's rude especially when your cutting cuticles. And my polish job was really bad. I'm looking for somewhere to bring my biweekly business too. Won't be back. read more

Just a bunch of lying nail technicians & Front desk workers who only like to do things their way and if your unhappy about it They band together. And SHUN YOU! I actually had ROSE just get up and walk away from me after she change prices halfway through working on my hands I WASNT GOING FOR THAT! WHY would you tell me $30 file my nails down and then turn around and tell me it's $45 now for a full set that's pretty much a scam! I told her I wasn't paying her $45! I've never paid that much for a fill or back fill?! Lyn lies. They told me she'd be gone on vacation for three months but I walked in three weeks later and she was sitting there working on nails! Wouldn't look up at me! Not sure what went wrong but I've never been treated so poorly by a business of service in my entire life! I had to walk out with my hands and pedicure her halfway done my feet were still wet! I believe in karma. I've also driven there that in the my appointment and been turned away because the nail technician was gone on vacation and they didn't call to tell me! Wasting my time and gas I live 45 minutes away from the salon! It seems only like to do things their way if you tell them you don't like it you're the bad guy! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Are you serious?! read more

Was a previous customer at this salon. Reached out to schedule a fill. I was told my request goes…read moreinto a group chat and someone will contact me (already a red flag). Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.

For a 170$ manicure (not including tip or the pedicure, which is holding up great!) I'd expect AT LEAST 2 week longevity. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. Unfortunately, I have not had any time due to my work to come in to fix them so I can't vouch for how the salon handles situations like this.

I did keep checking my nails while she was doing them and they looked really nice, unfortunately once she put the color on I saw all the imperfections A few of my nails are swollen on on side, I asked for almond shap and got round, and they're really thick and chunky. I feel like I have little balls on my fingernails. I'm a bit disappointed, they're pretty terrible for even a basic full set. Please do more training and practice.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to, I don't understand how they're even in business…read more I went in yesterday for a Gel X removal and a gel manicure. It took an hour and 40 minutes and the nail tech couldn't fully remove my Gel X (which is ridiculous, I get my Gel X perfectly removed, re-done, and nail art at my usual spot in an hour. The only reason I came here is because we're staying with family and I can't go to my usual spot in Hollywood but honestly I wish I had just made the drive over there). She didn't fully remove it and she made my nails so brittle to the point where all of my nail beds are warped, one of them was bleeding, all of them were filed unevenly and at different lengths, and anything that involves me using my hands is painful now. I told her my nails have never hurt so much from getting a service done and the most she did was discount me $5. $45 for her to completely obliterate my nails and for me to be in pain doing any normal task is absolutely ridiculous. Today, the gel is peeling off of 4 of the nails and I'm still in a ton of pain from how much she filed off and the Gel X still being there. When I saw all the peeling, I called to request a refund and they told me they'll only offer a service but no refunds. There's no way in hell I would let anyone from this salon touch my nails again. I could not recommend this place less, as soon as I saw I was the only customer, I should've left immediately. Not once did they even apologize for this. I regret giving them a single penny, save yourself the trouble and look for a different nail salon. They don't deserve anyone's business.

Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.
