Update: 7/19/24 I returned back to the shop (3 days later) and they saw me right away and repaired my nails. They said the technician did not leave my gel underneath long enough. I am still giving them 3 stars. And I am also willing to give them another chance. I look forward to a 3rd update on this location. To be continued..... Original Review: 7/16/24 Not only did my gel start to peel only 2 days later from getting my nails done, I do agree with A lot of the reviews that they rush their work. Example; I came in for a pedicure and full set gel. They sat me in the pedicure chair. While I am getting my feet done they had another person come and install nails while I am in the pedicure chair (I was very surprised by this as in my 25years if gettin my nailed done, I've never had a full set of gel nails done in a pedicure chair!). Initially you would think 2 ppl at one time, this is great. But it wasn't. as I'm getting my pedicure I wanted to relax . I could not relax because they had me reaching and turning in the most awkward positions just to do 2 things at one time so they can move on to the next, and save time for themselves. This was very selfish act. They should've asked me first if I didn't mind doing it that way. Getting my nails and feet done is suppose to be a stress reliever. This was not a stress free service. Because of the rush, that's why my gel started to peel 2 days later. I also have air bubbles in the gel of my other nails, so I'm sure they will start to peel soon aswell. The shop is nice inside and have fair prices. They even gave me a free gift (a small bottle of lotion) but they got to do better with. I shouldn't have to come back 2 days later. read more

Walked in for a polish change. the older lady just looked at me as in wonder. asked again and now I have an angry look. she started taking my polish off then another younger girl came from the back. all of a sudden the older lady had big, huge smile - I was like - honey you are not playing .... no AC on - stuffy. so they switched out. the polish is just ok. not much to choose from. maybe 20 colors.... anyway I get home and the polish is not covering the entire nail bed. dissatisfied and really disappointed bc they had good ratings. not from this Gal! 15 plus a 7 tip. not again - dream on.. drive to next location read more

I went on a Saturday and got them done because i desperately needed them done my normal people (Ben or Hannah) were not there but since i desperately needed them done i let another guy do them he did them so bad that Monday i went in there and told him my gel polish was bubbling and needed to be redone! He repainted and i went about my day later on Monday i was doing dishes and not 1 but 2 nails popped right off!!! I went back on Tuesday and he suggested mabey it's because i work too much mind you i haven't been to work since i got them done so that wasn't an excuse!! I then had Ben redo them and they look and feel perfect!!! The customer service was awesome! I received the #4 Gel Pedi and Gel Fill In which was awesome as well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is my nails could have used more buffing (couple of nails aren't smooth). I am new in the area and I was looking for a place to make my nails, and I went to this place where the wait was for 40 minutes and I saw other people coming in and being attended and while I was waiting I did not say anything, the time came when they treated me and what a disappointment it takes me to see how my nails looked, the person who made my nails, it's not professional, my nails look so ugly, he left me polish everywhere, one of my fingers was cut with the machine they use, the work was a disappointment, when one pays for a service the service must fulfill its designation, I will never go back to that place. read more

So I came in with my boyfriends daughter for a little girl time. She wanted her nails painted and I asked for them to rub her hands with lotion, money wasn't an issue if it cost more. I had a nail that has broken and needed it repaired. I came here because they have a chair for kids to do pedicures. I had to get a whole polish change because it's not the original salon I go to. Not to mention it being over priced, or the new nail that was put on, which looks horrible, when I went to tip 20% Rosa questioned if that's all I was tipping because 3 people helped us. For one the 3rd lady literally glued the missing nail on. They didn't do what I asked for the child. I wait tables and live off of tips. I get tipped depending on the quality of my service. If I had tipped based off of that it would have been less, but to be questioned if "that's all" that I'm tipping literally was appalling. I've never felt it necessary to write a yelp review, but this called for the horrible service and over price of minimal effort. I will continue to go back to polished nails which is a lot cheaper and some of the best and most attentive service I have had at a nail salon. read more

Been going here every 2-3 weeks (me and my 12 yr old daughter) today I had my entire bridal party in there for the wedding package. I looked over and noticed my daughters nails has been filled but there is a "dark spot" under the acrylic,I mentioned the dark spot to the man doing her nails. Needless to say, he continues to work on her nails until I told him he needed to address that dark spot. I inquired about the 10% wedding package discount and I was told " the owner is on her way". The owner arrived and we awaited the bill away. I told her I wanted to let her know that the man continued to work on my daughters nails until I told him he has to address the dark spot. She actually accused me of lying stating "how do I know you didn't go somewhere else" to which I showed her the card they give you and fill out when you visit that we only come there. She told me "no worry, not fungus just moisture under nail" and I said " yup, it's mold and he should of learned that when he went to school, unless he is not licensed nail technician", her eyes got really big and her mouth dropped. Needless to say, I called the health department I believe by her facial expression that he is not a licensed technician. We won't be back ever again read more

I went in for a man/pedi and was taken right in. Now I see why. The staff was rude and as soon as I sat down they handed me a menu of pedicures ranging from classic to one for like $65. I stuck with the $20 classic. Polish and design look fine but there was no massage and they did not even use a pumice or anything on my feet. I still have rough spots and skin that would have easily come off with one simple brush. After I saw how bad the pedi was, I just did the gel polish, which cost me $18 (no manicure). I wanted to add a positive review to offset this one unhappy customer. I've been going to this salon for YEARS. Not exaggerating. Not every visit is perfect. One lady is a little rough on the pedi massage, you have to tell her to ease up. Lol. Other than that, the prices are awesome. A eyebrow wax is only $8. The one they call 'Mom' always does a perfect arch. It's clean, everyone is friendly...and of the other Dundalk salons I've tried, this one is my favorite. read more

Terrible job on my manicure and pedicure. I should have saved the money and done it myself it would have looked better.

Had some free time so stopped in to get a pedi. I was told to go right back to chair #5. Chairs, 1, 3, and 4 had customers in them being taken care of. I was offered a water as i sat with my feet in the water. I figured out myself how to work the massage chair and sat patiently just trying to enjoy the relaxing moments. Person in chair #2 got finished and left. I sat. Person in chair #1 got finished and left. I sat. Person in chair #4, next to me gets finished and goes in back for waxing. I sat...my water is luke warm and my toes are starting to shrivel up. I wait, i wait, finally i realize its been a bit over 30 minutes!! I take my feet out of the water and announce, I am done. In their defense it was a saturday and it was busy. But i should have been told to wait up front till someone was actually ready to take care of me. They sent me to the back, in a chair so to keep me there to get my money. After i say, i am done and try to shake water off my feet, the employees all come out of no where speaking foreign language and i hear, we busy, 5 mins, so sorry. I said, no i have things to do, its been well over 30 minutes!!! They say so sorry, coming now and they are looking to front of store. I did wait. Had nice guy come with smiley face. So i relaxed, then he ask if i want nails trim. I say yes but not too short, i said had pedi 2 wks ago and they left a little too long. So he proceeds to cut down to quick!! I said, no no, too short. He say, too short, not all way. I said no just little short. He did a nice job after that mistake. Neat polishing and good foot leg rub. I had asked for #2, which is listed as 25 dollars. I thought he massage legs for favor against me sitting so long in water before service start. Thought they were really sorry and were offering good customer service. WRONG!! So when its all over, i did tio the guy 10 dollars. It wasnt his fault they have bad management. I then give him 25 dollar for service. He tells me, no 30. I say, i got #2 and its listed as 25. He says in his native tongue something to, i guess the lady owner, and i hear her say something back. He comes to me and says 30 dollars. And he walks away with his 10 dollar tip! I pay my bills, so if its 30 its thirty, ...so as i am getting into my purse for an additional 5 dollar, lady yells over to me, it 30 dollar. She cant see me cause there is pillar. I say, i getting it. I just do not like the service i received. They kept saying, we sorry, we sorry, but no one really was sorry. I won't go back there. they took me back and forgot about me sitting in the pedi chair.where not very attentive and were honestly unfriendly.they were very rough with heel care cut nails way to short and very close to skin with clippers than to top it off they burnt my leg with the hot towel.
