Thank you one thousand times to "De'Zha" who had me leaving feeling normal and smooth as I should after my Brazilian and underarms. My was session felt completely normal as to what I'm used to. De'Zha is quick, efficient and doesn't handle your sensitive area like she's trying to pull spikes off a porcupine. My trauma story from the other is down below. Take my word for it. De'Zha is who you want to see if you're looking for a switch. I've been doing this for 10yrs and I know a thing or two about how I should feel after a wax. Itching, burning, red spots and bumpy isn't one of them. I temporarily live in Baltimore coming from Cali but I still need to keep up with the maintenance The wax specialist I went to twice is WAY aggressive with her waxing. I couldn't understand why I had these issues. Come to find out that my skin was being ripped leaving small minor lacerations causing me all types of irritation and I noticed right away during the session. I has little raised bumps along the bikini line in some areas. My vagina lips would burn. The second time around I had to put a small amount of natural mango butter on the "labia majora" larger vagina lips to get some extra healing and relief. I had major irritation ladies and gents. I'm a brown tone woman and there's no reason I should see pinkish reddish tent on my vagina lips. There's no reason I should wipe after a few days and I see balls of skin on my white cloth. My apologies ahead of time. I won't mention any names here. You'll know who's aggressive and who's not. Please take my word for it, Just go with De'Zha if this is your first time at this location.

I booked my appointment for 4/24 at 6:30pm. It took me 32 minutes to get here, including finding parking. I walked to the door and realized no one was at the location. I knocked, and called several times, NO Answer!!! After the fifth call, I finally got a text message. The message basically stated that she had an emergency and could not do my appointment. I did not receive a phone call or a text message telling me this prior to getting to the business. Then you text me instead of answering the phone. Very unprofessional!!! I expressed that no one even contacted me before coming here. I would love not to have driven here and burn gas, because gas is not cheap!!! She said that she did NOT have my number saved and could not reach me, but I made the appointment just the day prior and she asked me for my number so whose fault is that? I honestly think she messed up, and got her days mixed up when she booked my appointment, because on her door the hours of operation for today are from 10 AM to 5 PM, remind you she made my appointment for 630pm. I also noticed that any other day she usually opens till 8 o'clock so I believe she just blatantly forgot about me based on this..... The studio is one door down from Dangerously Delicious Pies on the Square, so street parking is usually not an issue. It is on the third floor of the building and I don't think there is an elevator, so beware of that if stairs are a problem. I also got an amazing deal through their website, which had a half-off deal if you pre-paid. I believe they also do Groupons sometimes, so look out for deals!
