If you are looking to get Sculptra with Dreamspa, please don't! They have injectors who just got certificate Injecting Sculptra in which you need alot of experience to inject this product. I'm very upset at the fact that I paid for 7 ys 7 vials and after 4 months since last injection, I have ZERO RESULTS. I called the manufacturer of sculptra, and they stated that after 7 vials, I should of seen a major increase in volume in the areas I needed period. I had Sculptra prior, and got great results with just 4 vials and I added more because 2 years have passed and after paying $900 a vial, I need to get a new experienced sculptra injector and have it done correctly. I am writing tbe owner of Dreamspa, as this is just unacceptable to have a client pay for 7 vials with no difference! read more

I had an 11 am consultation and I was pretty early getting there at about 9:30. The official ce opens at 10 so I went in about 10:15. I sat in the lobby until 10:30 not being helped although I can here people in the back. Nonetheless the lobby is super cute and they have complimentary WiFi so I surfed the next. I was help d by Leah and she was amazing. I did ample research before coming so I didn't have many questions but she answered the ones I did have. So here's the thing I loved. She asks me to tell her what I understood about the procedure and what my actually goals were before she gave her regular spiel. This was amazing because she heard what I said and then spoke. She also gave the "real deal" and not what I wanted to hear to get my money. Her honesty is why I will be back (to have another service) and why this place will receive my coins. I have been a paying customer of nightmare spa for a few years for laser hair removal services. At first the service was fine but after their best employee left and I had to see other laser techs the hair removal service became poor, hairs were continuously missed at my treatments that I paid full price for. I explained that hairs were missed and kindly asked for the areas missed to be treated and I was met with a rude response and refusal to treat the areas unless I pay again. The owner Diana Brouillard and her staff treated me with a lack respect and disregard after years of patronizing them. I have photos that prove hairs were missed on my brazilian and other areas of my body. I would not recommend this place they are highly unethical and Cathy Cahill and Diana the owner displayed racist and aggressive behavior towards me. Dream spa is a nightmare and they will lie about your character in order to defend their poor customer service and behavior. read more

I want to give a 10 star review to my favorite injector Tilli she is very straightforward, knowledgeable, professional and is great at making you so comfortable. Great service, and friendly staff! This was my second time coming to Dream Spa Medical in Canton and both were positive experiences. My appointments were with Leah for hydrafacials. It's not the typical facial you're probably use to getting. I actually noticed a slight difference in the appearance and texture of my skin just after the first treatment! The prices for services are not cheap, but they are affordable. The products that were recommended to me after my facials are very decent in price compared to other places I've been too. Appointment notifications/confirmations are sent through email, which I think is great because I personally do not like phone calls. I also find their referral program to be very helpful not only to me, but the person I have referred there. We both end up with saving money on our services. And "checking in" through Yelp gives you a little bonus too ;) read more

I've been visiting DSM for a few years now, seeing Kelly F. for services. She's extremely meticulous and very knowledgeable about skincare. She's also very friendly as is all the staff I have come in contact with. The establishment is clean and well kept, nothing out of place. I would give them 5 stars without hesitation. read more

My experience there was mixed. I did have a nice oxygen facial, but the aesthetician convinced me to to go back for a VIP peel, which was horrible. The VIP peel was not for me, but worse, I saw no improvements and I was left with three scars across my forehead. She rubbed the chemical to deep into the skin on my forehead and it cut me. I still have the hyperpigmentation, but now add the scars across my forehead which look like wrinkles. I've been using glycolic acid at home which has been helping. I would be very careful having certain procedures here. Facials are all right, but anything else, I would be hesitant. As for me, I'm never going back. Also I noticed that Dr. Russo seems to be the head of many of these so called "medical spas" that are popping up everywhere. He's only in it for the profit and isn't supervising what is going on. read more

Wow, what a wonderful experience. I have been struggling with back acne since I was about 13 years old (now 20) and have tried almost everything besides Accutane. I was given a treatment with an acne fighting machine that took about 30 minutes all together, it was quick and painless. My skin immediately felt and looked better, and within a few days my acne is 75% clear and very manageable. I'm sure with a few more treatments it will be cleared up. My search to start 2017 with a clean face started off at Dream Spa. I was looking for a provider of the HydraFacial patented procedure and lucky for me it was in my backyard. I booked the day before and was lucky enough to have a opening the next day. Filled out my paperwork and saw the very experienced Slone! She gave me step by step commentary on what she was doing with the hydrafacial steps and sucked out all my blemishes. My skin feels rejuvenated and there was no down time! Arrived for my appointment and found the Dream Spa not very dreamy it looked just like a physicians office. I was scheduled for a facial and was greeted and brought into a room. I asked the aesthetician Mary what would be the best facial for me, she was not sure and I had also asked if she did extractions and was told I did not purchase that type of facial. So I picked the 4 layer facial and she proceeded to apply layers on my face and I was trying to ask questions about the treatment. Basically she just slapped on the 4 layers and completed this within 25 minutes and stated I was done. No pampering, no massage, no extraction and basically no results...As an aesthetician (graduating from Catherine HInds) myself as well as a registered nurse I was shocked at this service. I basically got nothing for my time and money. It is just a scam and a waste of time!!! The most disappointing facial if you can call it that I have ever had. read more

I had an airbrush tan done here a few times and also some laser on a scar on my forehead. Kelly did a great job. The tan was dark but very natural. She even made it appear like I had abs. The tanner was also awesome quality and did not break out my acne prone skin. The laser treatment she did on a scar that was a few months old that I probably should have got a stitch when it happened. After one treatment I noticed a difference, after the 2nd treatment the improvement was remarkable. I can barely tell that I had a scar there. Kelly is very knowledgeable,friendly,and great at her job. I would recommend seeing her for any laser,facial treatment,spray tan etc. Dream spa medical is a great medspa. I have the pleasure of working with Sloan for my skin care needs and she is able to educate and impress me every time we speak! I recently went in to discuss my skin discoloration from tanning as a teenager and my fine lines that have started to appear. Dream Spa Medical is great! The staff is very personable and freindly. They make sure to not only help you but to make you feel welcome and pay attention to detail, showing you how important you are as an individual not just a patient. Mary is amazing! She is very attentive and great about checking on you and keeping you informed as to exactly what she is doing when you are getting a procedure done. I have been going in for laser hair removal and I would recommend not only the procedure but that anyone who wants it, go to Mary. She makes you feel completely comfortable and you can tell that she is confident and very good at what she does not only from her attitude but the results. I was nervous going in for my first procedure because I had heard it could be anywhere from uncomfortable to painful and when I expressed my concers Mary made sure to check often that I was comfortable and ajusted her treatment to my responses. I used to have a lot noticible hair growth on my chin and after 4 treatments it is almost completely unnoticible. Skincare products and makeup terrify me, but at 41 my drugstore products weren't working anymore, and as I started a new career, I wanted a makeup routine that made me look more polished. Enter Slone. She was incredibly knowledgeable about skin types, skin coloring, and aging, and she was able to give me baby steps into makeup and skincare so I never felt intimidated. Over the past several years the melasma on my face was getting extremely more prominent. So much that it was affecting my esteem( I didn't even want to go outside) I have had chemical peels, tried multiple home treaments from meladerm to rodan and fields reverse regimen with no success.
