Delicious and refreshing ice cream. Not too sweet, just perfect. They had a 50% off deal small cake cones when I went which saw on their Facebook page. So keep an eye on their page! The setting of this location needs improvement. The girl taking orders had a hard time hearing, plus all the cars passing by really doesn't make it easier. There's outside seating only. I am hanging out with my friend, Trish today. She lives way out this way(Argyle, etc). This was some great ice cream today. I had strawberry/vanilla swirl dipped in Chocolate and Trish had a vanilla cone dipped in Chocolate peanut butter topping. There is a $1.00 charge to use a card of any kind. I did not have cash, so I used my card to pay for outlet order, which was less than $7.00 for two cones plus $1.00 charge. Very nice employees there. read more

I'm a big fan of their milkshakes and the fact that they have so many flavors to choose from! The salted caramel is rich in flavor, and the blueberry option is made with real fruit. The ice cream cones are a great value. I paid $3.79 for a large strawberry vanilla swirl without paying attention to the sizes out front, and it was HUGE. Next time, I'll have to stick to a medium because the amount they give you is out of this world. The cash only system is a little inconvenient, but still a great little creamery. read more

Stopped for ice cream on the evening of 3/9. Ordered a chocolate Sunday with hot fudge. Server clarified the chocolate? We said yes, with hot fudge. Sunday came with vanilla. When I pointed out we had ordered it as chocolate, she glared at me, said she had clarified chocolate because of the hot fudge. Then proceeded to shut the window and walk off. First and last visit. I would say that their ice cream is good but not the best for what it cost. Add on that you can only pay with cash and this makes it not worth having to make an extra stop just to get cash out in my opinion. The girl at the window who helped me wasn't very friendly but it was a hot day. I think it could be better if they had a nicer seating area or a place to sit inside so you don't have to swallow the ice cream before it melts. Oh and I choked on the smoke from the lady standing next to me smoking her cigarette while she was waiting for her ice cream. read more

Um... Yes please! Great local ice cream shop owned by locals that care about the community! Forgot to take a photo of our ice cream as they were just so delicious. Got a small hot fudge sundae which had vanilla ice cream. Ice cream was smooth, creamy, cold and delicious. The hot fudge was warm, very well melted, and sat perfectly in and on the ice cream. I asked for a small but honestly it was much too big, and very well priced. My husband got a small waffle cone with chocolate/vanilla swirl soft serve ice cream. Again another perfect treat! They now take credit cards but do charge a small fee for it. However, they do not charge you extra if you pay cash. Just a small local family serving the community. You should definitely come try this one! You will not be disappointed. read more

Stopped by tonight for a treat. Asked for a coke float but when it came out I took a few sips and realized that it only had a little coke in it. My husband politely asked if a little more coke could be added. The very young employee went to ask someone if she could add more coke. She came back to the window and said no but you can buy a coke from us. My husband then asked for napkins because they usually do not offer those when we go there. She shoved them at him and slammed the window shut. It's pricey but tasty ice cream but tonight the customer service was lacking. I would recommend that the employees watch the training video called give them the pickle. read more

Cute little drive-up and get your shake on! Or your banana split!! The only thing I would caution you is to bring enough cash because they don't take debit or credit cards. The lady owner at Fleming Island is not afraid to load you up with the ice cream..... as some of the other shops are very cheap with portions, especially at higher prices. She encouraged the young girl at the counter to make my boyfriend and my ice-cream huge! THAT is the sign of a great owner!!! This place is BS. I went thru the drive thru and ordered two butter pecan milkshakes, small. The price on the menu attached to the wall said $4 and change. When I got the two milkshakes the bill was over 12$ I asked why. I was told because the shake had nuts I had to be charged an up charge for the nuts. I told them I was not going to do that. So instead of selling the already made shakes for the the price thats on the menu. They'd rather give me my money back and throw the shakes in the garbage. A family-owned, amazing business that I am SO happy to see over here in Middleburg. I've gone to the original Dreamette in Riverside since I was a little girl with my grandma and my uncle and cousin. They have the best soft serve ice cream, and those dipped cones are just perfect! Plus the bread pudding they've added, WOW! Talk about a drool-worthy dessert. The girls are always super friendly and happy to serve. It's not in a spectacular location - the plaza there has generally had a run down vibe - BUT they're actually adding some lively-ness to that area and giving people a reason to stop by!! read more
