I'm also providing an update on my situation with the replacement Quattro cleaner I received in March 2024. (See my previous review.) First off, hats off to Marco for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me relative to this product! I'm not sure anyone else would have made this much effort, but he truly values his longtime customers. The new Quattro did not even last 20 months! Starting in September, I noticed the cleaner was not climbing the pool walls properly. It then no longer rotated and would stall at the steps. Marco has been trying to discover what is at the center of this malfunction for several months, replacing various parts in an attempt to get it to work properly. He contacted his local Fluidra representative and they first said the Quattro was out of warranty. Marco would not take that position as a final answer. He requested the manufacturer send an entire new set of "guts" and he replaced every part FREE OF CHARGE. Sadly, the Quattro still does not run properly. I'll be looking to buy a new cleaner in the Spring, but Marco was not finished. He is working with the representative to see what discount I would receive on a future Quattro should I decide to stay with this manufacturer. (Not sure I will do that given the quality problems with this cleaner and the fact the manufacturer does not stand behind its defective product.) However, I give Marco extra credit to attempt to get me the best deal possible. Therefore, a huge amount of thanks and gratitude given to Marco and The Pool Pleaser for standing up for their repeat customers. Over 7 months without a proper fix. Do NOT pay this company up front. They WILL take your money and leave you with a half-finished job and do everything they can to ghost you.

Requested they give a call ahead notice on install day, and sure nuff, when a 1/2 hour out, the call came. The crew of two was very friendly, professional and hard working removing my old solar panels and piping and the new install on a new roof elevation. Hey - Yelp tip; Feel lucky if you get Zachary and his "twin bro" Jake. (so they say --LOL) . This pair is awesome. Very respectful of my property and truly flawless workmanship. All demo materials were removed without any OOPSies or oh, ohs! All old anchor installation holes along with the new locations were caulked without a need for a single complaint. They made it very clear they wanted my CRITICAL opinion, of which I simply could not accommodate. I wanted to, but they gave me nothing to go on! The new 4 panel system has been running 3 hours and is already making a HUGE difference in the pool temp. Now have a thermostat to keep the temp. where we need it too finally! Price was fair and actually worth it as they came at 9am and left at 1:30 or so. COMPLETED! CHEERS!
