The team at Premier Pools really held our hands. The design process, which can be the hardest step, was lead by Andres. Andres walked us through all of the pools' features (which was a lot) and took away the stress of the options. Andres was patient with our indecision and helped us make the tough calls. He really worked with our budget also. Rodney was the day-to-day project manager who made sure the design was executed and the work was on time. Rodney was incredibly present during construction and was a wealth of knowledge. Matt was always there to make sure we understood what was going on and answer any of our questions about the next steps of construction. Matt did a fantastic job scheduling and Rodney made sure the work was getting done. We were on budget and on time! Premier Pools made us feel like we were valued no matter the pool budget. They called today to tell me that their employee who was suppose to come out and replace our screens for our pool area quit. And they changed their policy and will no longer come out to us because we are now out of their area. When we started 5 years ago with them and had them replace all of our screens, they said we will always be their customer no matter what even though we ere far from them. They had no problem coming to us when we had 15 + screens that needed to be replaced but now that that we only need 2 or 3 replaced they decided we are not good enough for them. I do not recommend this company for obvious reasons , Their customer service is absolutely awful. They are unreliable and they don't care about their customers.

I started by using their "Pool School" They came out to my house, looked at my equipment and walked me through how to care for it all. Ongoing, I take samples down to the store for them to test and they give me plain language description of what I need to do. They are always asking how the pool looks and feels.....as the tests are only part of the equation. Also, these guys are super fair....on several occasions they have advised me that something I needed is going to be cheaper through Amazon, etc.....they looking to be fair and keep your business. It is late in the planting season and other places like Walmart had next to 0 inventory. I was greeted by 2 employees as I walked through the door. Once inside, I went immediately to the garden center and was able to quickly and easily find the item that I needed. There was no one in line so I was able to quickly checkout and be on my way. I used the potting soil right away and it was exactly what I needed. Success!
