The technicians they sent out had no knowledge of how to work a Hayward Pool system and proceeded to damage my sand filter first by breaking the sealing cap, then by failing to put the flow valve back on properly. The technicians also failed to de-winterize my water slide because they lacked the knowledge to locate the correct valves. Because of this, I was unable to use my pool system correctly as intended. The heating system would work because the sand filter wasn't sealed or properly placed. The Technicians spent more time talking on their phones and complaining than on getting the system to work properly. Very unprofessional service. Do not go to this place, it's an absolute waste of your time. Go to other better places.

After years of debate, my husband and I decided to pull the trigger on an inground pool. We did our research on vinyl vs fiberglass and researched 4 different companies in the metro. After meeting and getting quotes from the 4 companies (Pinnacle, Relax, Outdoor Living, and Krystal Clear), we quickly realized the Pinnacle team was the one for us! From day 1 Liz, Ross, Travis, and Ashley were amazing! They addressed concerns from past customers (which fell under a different ownership dynamic) and were very transparent about what happened. After these discussions, we put full trust in this team and never looked back. Every single crew member that came out (demolition, plumbing, electrical, digging, pool drop, concrete, rough grading, etc, etc) was amazing! We signed our contract with Ross, and team, at Pinnacle Pools on April 13th and we were swimming by June 19th! 67 days (about 4 weeks from ground break)! Also, the owner Jen, who opens, closes and cleans the pool, has been great to work with. However, I feel obligated to warn potential customers about the significant issues we have experienced. Since completion, we have had to deal with a surprising number of issues, considering this was a $120k investment. What was just as frustrating as the repairs themselves has been the lack of communication and follow-through from Artison. Scheduling warranty work, getting updates, and receiving responses required repeated follow-ups on our part. Artison would often blame subcontractors, however, it is their responsibility to prioritize and oversee the work of their subcontractors. This is the first negative Google review I have ever done on a company, but we want people looking to get a pool to be informed as we would not have used them had we known about the quality and communication issues.
