I took out my Seiko Sports 150 Dive Watch today to go to the pool and I saw that the Monday on the…read moredate was rusted. Every time I see it, it makes my heart sink and it reminds me of this dreadful store. I came to them in 2009 to get my watch battery changed. The crystal had a pretty deep gouge in it and the band was worn. I asked them for a new crystal, a new band, a new battery and a pressure test. They said it would be ready in a few days. The next week, no reply. I called them and they said that they didn't have the crystal and they would have to order it. They said 2 weeks. A month later, I called them and they didn't answer their phone. I left a message. They didn't call back. I was called up for military duty in Iraq. I asked my sister to call them from time to time to check on my watch and eventually, 9 MONTHS LATER, it was ready for pickup. My sister boxed the watch up and shipped it to me in Iraq. It had a new band, but the crystal was not new. It was old, clearly used, and looked like it had 80 little scratches and few big scratches on it. I mean it looked beat up. I called them a few times using the military phone center and they rarely answered and when I did reach someone, I was told this or that. On my leave, I flew off to China and went swimming off the Hainan coast. I looked to check the time and saw sea water floating around in front of the face. I was furious. I dried the watch as best as I could and after my tour was over, I came to their shop. I met the owner and he was "shocked" to learn that my watch leaked. He said that this is very rare. But when he opened my watch up, he found that it didn't even have a gasket on the back hatch. He apologized and said that he would order a new movement and would fix my watch up as good as new. Weeks drug into months and after 6 months my watch was still not ready. I was called to active duty again and while in Iraq on my second tour, I wrote him a letter explaining when I would be home and that I expected that my watch would be ready. I came home, collected my watch and right there in front of him, I tried to set the time. The minute and hour hands would not freely rotate through 12 hours and the day & date would not rotate through 1-31 an Mon-Sun. It was obvious that he opened the watch, cleaned it a little and put it back together. It was not a new movement because it had rust in it. He said that the "new movement" must be defective. Straight liar. I told him that I wanted my watch fixed back to the way it was when I bought it. I left the watch with him. He called after some weeks and I came to pick it up. He obviously put in a new movement as the watch would rotate and kept (and keeps) good time. However, every Sunday night, the day/date hangs up and I have to pull the crown, jiggle it, rotate through the week and get it unstuck. So while he changed the movement, he used the old day/date wheels and other rusted parts. I complained that he ruined my watch and said that I wanted satisfaction. He asked what I wanted and I said nothing less of a refund equal to what this watch retails for today. He cut me a check for $250 or something close to it. 2 1/2 years later, I got my watch back, 1/2 rusted and never worked properly since. Bottom line up front: this guy performs terrible watch service, has little to no integrity, doesn't return calls, his phone frequently goes unanswered (it is disconnected at the time of this writing) - really, I don't know how he stays in business unless the shop is a front for something else. Do yourself a favor, take your watch somewhere else.

I consider myself lucky to have found Lenny and his staff at "Perfect Timing". They have taken excellent care of two of my pocket watches, a thin, Swiss-made, "Bergland" and my 1908 Hamiliton railroad watch. Thank you!

Never will return to this location again and I advise everyone else avoid it. We went in for a simple cleaning and left in a very bad mood. She tried to tell me my ring was going to snap and cut my finger off when it's exactly the same as when I bought it and picked it up after having it sized - by Kay Jewelers - a little under two and a half years ago. I get regular inspections on it so if that was the case, why wasn't it brought up 6 months ago since I've only worn it for 2 months in the last 8 months??? Both of my rings bands are slightly thinner on the bottom after they were sized to fit me. If that's an issue, then whoever Kay Jewelers has do their sizing needs to be fired. On top of that, they tried to tell me the earrings aren't what they are - Black Diamonds - Just because we bought them at a different Jewelry store. This is the first time in 6 years we have been told this by anywhere we have them cleaned at when asked what they are. Also, don't bring your kids with you. God forbid they make a sound and they will treat you differently- even after you apologize your 2 year old is going through a phase. No wonder all the stores in this mall are closing... rude customer service so no one wants to return to it!

When I arrived he said it was $30 for a battery change and $25 for a link change (he said if I needed two links which I had, but was missing one of the two pins that would be needed to hold the links together, it would be an additional $10 for the part). I tried to haggle as it is a cash only business, to which he added sales tax to the service. So just over 60 dollars for a battery change and one link put-on. I personally think he was overcharging $5-$10 per service performed (in this case, two). However, he is an expert with years of experience and one of the very few watch makers available in the area. Also, you don't have to ship your watch if you don't want to (like many places require nowadays). There are various ATM's close-by within walking distance. It took Mike about 15 minutes and I would recommend but, must know he is firm with his business and signs are posted that sales are final whether your watch works afterwards or not.

After several days of searching, we called him and he denied having it. When we showed up, there it was in his store. He refused to allow us to have it, even though we had proof it was my father. This guy made the situation much worse. He even wanted my DL, for what I'm not sure. Not sure what rock he climbed out of but he needs to return. One of the worst! Experiences ever. Doesn't know what customer service is and if your a female, forget the respect. I'd stay away from this place, and go somewhere else.
