The winch broke while loading my car on the bed of the tow truck. With that failure on the truck it caused my car to fall of while being loaded and almost hitting a car that was oncoming. There was damage to the body of the car when the winch made contact with and it damaged the steering column as the steering locked when it the car came off the truck and now the steering wheel moves from side to making the car dangerous drive. I was in contact with business owner Corey who said he would take care of everything. I have tried to reach out to him and now he chooses to ignore my messages. It is extremely disheartening that a business does not stand behind their own word and rectify the situation.

I found this small paint and body shop through Yelp search. I met the owner who was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the work and labor that has to be done. Since the damage on my vehicle was minimal, I was told to bring it by the next day and the work should be completed within 24 hours. 24 hours later.... I arrived at the shop within two hours after receiving a phone call informing me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The owner was not there, but I met an associate of his who took me into the work area to take a look at my baby. I was speechless and very happy at what I was seeing. The scratch and tear was gone like it was never there. They 100% matched the color and the gloss of the paint was exactly how it looked the day I drove it out of the dealership. I really appreciate the swift and efficient work the guys at Gold Coast Collision Center has done. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing paint and body work. I was told by Ryan Palmer that they didn't take Rebuilt Cars through my Progressive Claim but that they would make an exception. After taking my car apart and beginning work on it and not telling me anything or updating me on what repairs needed to be done, I fired back at the Progressive agent as well as Ryan because they both told me that they would give me an update by 5PM that day as to what was being done and when my car would be ready. Neither of them reached out. At that point it had been 4 days that they had my car. The next day I sent out an email explaining my frustrations and rather than address them, they kicked me out of their shop stating that they are not allowed to work on Rebuilt title cars because of their insurance. Total BS! I had to move my car to another shop. I took it to a great shop if you ever need one that is Porshe OEM Certified. " StuttGart" is the place and the extra work that I was having done that Collision Care Xpress quotes $335.00 for Stuttgart is doing it for free! Collision Care Xpress can't even spell their name right and it's ran by a bunch of CLOWNS!

My Infiniti dealer had told me Tuesday that I needed a MAJOR engine repair/replacement that they were not going to cover under warranty and wanted to charge me $8,485 to do the work. My friend took me over to see Cosimo at Motorvation. He checked out my car and said that my dealership shop telling me my engine was wrecked was complete BS. I needed some repairs but it was $800 rather than $8400. Big difference. And 2 days later I'm back on the road. Car runs great. I'm happy. Tuesday's news sucked. Lol. I'm not a mechanic and my car was clearly in need of repair so he could have told me anything and charged me anything. My dealership was saying over 8 grand and he had seen their estimate so if he told me $4000 it would have made sense to me and sounded like a bargain. I'm still kind of surprised my dealership tried to do that to me. They are either crooks or completely incompetent or just don't care. I've bought 5 cars from them so I'm a bit pissed about it.
