I have booked with this company a few times, and every appointment the team is either late (hours) or they don't show at all. After running errands I went back and told them I was missing my floor mats. They said they looked at the camera and they only took out one set and put them back. They took out the top mats but never unsnapped the manufacturer floor mats. If they had vacuumed under there it wouldn't have sand in dirt. They say I lost them before I got to carwash. Those floor mats never come out of my truck ever. Poor customer service. No offer to give me a discount on my car wash It felt like they were trying to prove me wrong about misplacing them. They told me to come in and look at the camera. I don't need to look at a camera because I know they were in my truck and in the same place they always are. I'm just trying to get them back. I imagine they were put in somebody else's vehicle. I sure hope they appreciate the high $ floor mats. My car was clean but it had streaks on the windows and they never cleaned my instrument panel. I would have wiped that down myself because it wasn't that big of a deal but losing my floor mats is a deal breaker for me.

Kyle was amazing from the very beginning. I hired Kyle based on the fact that he provided a…read morereasonable estimate for the replacement of some O2 sensors for a 2006 Nissan frontier king cab that my son was driving. The error code that it was throwing was the O2 sensor but I wanted to validate and make sure. Kyle came out diagnosed the issue right away saying that unfortunately exhaust codes can be many different things and not necessarily just the O2 sensor so he ran multiple tests, smoke tests and found a number of different issues that he took care of along the way from valve covers and fuel sensors as well as replaced the up and downstream O2 sensors. This whole process took a couple of weeks as he needed to order parts and then retest based on the replacement of those parts, but that's pesky O2 error would not leave. Kyle must've come back to my house at at least 8 to 9 times over a six month period to try to solve this issue all along, not charging the additional time because the original diagnosis seemed to be very simple. I paid Kyle along the way for the parts and his labor, but he refused to continue to charge labor for coming out and retesting until the error was fixed despite sometimes the best mechanics can have reoccurring troubles and be stumped as to why codes keep throwing finally after approximately seven months of going back-and-forth with Kyle's schedule to come out and look at the truck. He replaced one side of a cat with a remanufactured version and the code finally cleared for good. I never heard from Kyle after that as I still owe him for that cat converter, but I can tell you right now that he is probably the best mobile mechanic in all of middle Tennessee that I've ever experienced despite his young age. He is a true man of integrity, character, and perseverance.
