Having booked the service, we were allowed to utilize the amenities located in the spa. In order to get to the spa (if you're not staying in the hotel), you had to drive into the front entrance of the hotel. This is located on the side opposite of PCH. The only real option to park is through valet service which the spa takes care of as part of the cost of the service. Our massages were booked for 2pm but we arrived around 11:30am to have lunch and enjoy the amenities. The food was pretty good and the servings were plentiful. We got a chicken Cesar wrap and the charcuterie board. You're able to eat and have the food brought over just like you were ordering room service, it was definitely room service cost and they charged for delivery to the garden. After we finished eating, we lounged in the garden to catch some sun. This is the part where I say that it almost fit the bill... the weather loved tents providing shade had mold on the canvas. Maybe it was just weather warn because it does stay outside all year round? Not sure but I'm thinking that it definitely looked like mold to me. After the sun, we enjoyed the indoor amenities of steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. For me, there a few other patrons enjoying the amenities but my boyfriend said that he pretty much had the men's locker room all to himself. My favorite part about the amenities was the shower. The shower had a rainfall shower, a handheld shower and then several steam shower heads on three of the walls. The products in the shower smelled great and I would definitely use them again. For our massages, we have the couples suite. The room was absolutely gorgeous complete with 2 massage tables, 2 sinks, a gorgeous tub, 2 separate showers this beautiful stone piece on the far wall. Massages were great and relaxing. After the massages, our massage therapists led us out to the garden again to pretty much recover from the service and it was definitely needed. Upon checking it out from our service, we perused the gift shop. There were cute clothing pieces there as well as the products that were utilized as part of some of the services. When paying, they let us know that the gratuity was already covered in the cost so that was nice. Given the cost for each service, I thought it was a generous but also fair tip. Because we finished late afternoon, we decided to walk down to the pier and venture around there. We were able to keep the car there and the hotel bellman allowed us to store our gym bags in the hotel as well, all at no extra cost. If I was looking to splurge again, I would probably come back. What would sweeten the deal is if we were able to use the hotel pool too but they said that it is only allowed during the weekdays when the pool isn't too busy.

Day spa ticket to use facilities was $100 included hot sauna and jacuzzi, locker rooms, showers etc. Their spa store had a lot of high quality selections too including clothes, scents, candles and jewelry. Next to it was the access to the workout room. Which had various machines and weight equipment.

I had to put a credit card down (like most spas) my treatment was at 1:15 and the woman on the phone told me I could get there as early as 9 AM to use all the amenities (pool, sauna and etc) When I arrived, Vincent, was working valet and helped me out. He showed me exactly how to get to the spa. (You get free valet parking with your spa service) I will say, the spa is pretty far from the main hotel lobby entrance. It does have nice views and the place is spotless. It is easy to find though. They have tons of signs pointing you into the direction of the spa. Once you get to the spa it's tucked away in gorgeous greenery with a little bridge that takes you over a little koi fish pond When I got to the spa, the girl at the desk was amazing (I wish I got the names of everyone) she checked me in, she asked if I had any allergies, asked if I had any health issues they needed to be aware of and etc. She was on point. She then asked if it was my first time there (it was my first time) so then she immediately paged another staff member to show me around. She gave me the whole walk through, showed me how to use the lockers and everything. She was great as well I did use the sauna before and after my 50 minute massage which included hot stones They had a lovely water station with your typical spa water. They also had a big bucket of ice (which I love having ice. The colder my drink, the better) They also had a tea station. They had honey, cinnamon sticks and other things at the tea station available. Yet you have to go to the desk to ask for the tea bags When I got to the waiting room (relaxation room where you wait to be called for your treatment) they had a lovely set up. Really nice comfortable couches, they had chairs right by the fireplace, they had fruit, they had some baked goods and then I saw the menu for food you can order and they had drinks you could order (food and drinks were for a price. But the little baked goods were free) they had a banana bread and these delicious bars with jam. They also had a variety of nuts, trail mix and etc with little cups you could put them in I had the pleasure of getting Brittney. She was absolutely great. She took me to the treatment room and gave me a minute to get undressed and situated on the table. She asked if the table was warm enough for me. She was great at asking if I wanted light or medium. I told her just to wing it. I did have a LOT of knots in my back on the right side. So she went for it lol. The pressure was at times a little too hard for my taste. But if it makes me feel better in the long run, I don't mind. Plus, I could have told her to lighten up at any time. I really did not want this to end. I felt great afterwards. They had very clean showers They had everything from mouth wash, spray deodorant, hair dryers to use and everything else you'd find at your nice spas. They have a cute little shop where you check in / check out. They had a good amount of different beauty products, jewelry, clothing and other things you'd find at a place like this. The girl who checked me out was great (again, I wish I got the names of everyone) I would 100 percent come back. I'd love to have a girls day here with friends or try one of their facials next time I would have loved to take more photos of the spa, but please remember cell phone use is not for spas. Especially since smart phones have cameras on them and guests are walking around in bathing suits / just towels and changing. So be respectful of that

We were given a room with an unmade, dirty bed, as if it had never been cleaned after the previous guest. They immediately moved us to another room, but it was a terrible first impression. On top of that, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the carpet looked visibly dirty, and there was hair in the shower. The worst part of our stay happened at the pool area. We asked if they could open the bar windows so we could watch a World Cup match. The waitress who helped us was incredibly kind. Once she realized we only wanted to use a TV for the duration of the game, she offered us a cabana, and we agreed to pay $100 for it. She was friendly and welcoming throughout the entire interaction. Halfway through the match, however, Anna, the restaurant manager, approached us accompanied by another staff member and demanded that we leave the cabana immediately because, according to her, it had been reserved. What made the situation even more confusing was that 3 out of the 5 cabanas were sitting empty at that moment. The issue wasn't just the lack of communication between the staff, it was the way Anna handled the situation. She was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional, making us feel as though we had done something wrong when we had simply accepted an offer made by a member of her own team. She even threatened to call security when we tried to explain what had happened. Eventually, the hotel manager stepped in, listened to both sides, and allowed us to remain in the cabana at no additional charge. I appreciate that he resolved the situation, but by then the damage had already been done. As soon as the match ended, the only thing I wanted to do was leave. What should have been a relaxing afternoon had been completely ruined. It's unfortunate that the attitude of one person was enough to ruin what had otherwise been a pleasant experience. Between being given a room that wasn't properly prepared, the poor cleanliness, and the unprofessional treatment we received, it's very difficult for me to recommend this hotel.

He always has the biggest smile, a positive attitude, and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He truly makes you feel like a valued guest instead of just another reservation. Hospitality like his is hard to find these days, and it deserves to be recognized. This was the worst massage and couples experience of my life, and it happened on my birthday. The front desk ladies were nice, and so was my masseuse, though she wasn't very good. My fiancé, however, had an awful, abrasive masseuse named Denise. She rubbed oil all over his face, and when he asked for a towel afterward because his face was oily, she got angry that he'd even asked. Early in the massage she was already rude -- she rubbed oil into his stitches after he specifically asked her not to, then barked back and got defensive when he said something. On the way out, the woman at checkout asked how it went. I told her it was bad and that I wanted to speak to a manager, but not that day, since it was my birthday. She said the owner/manager, Anne, would call me the next day. Instead, Anne called me that same day -- my birthday -- after I had made it clear I wanted to talk another time. I tried to give Anne feedback as a fellow business owner, but she wouldn't let me get a word in. She talked over me, saying, "We are well known and have been in business 20 years, and we do not pay anyone for good reviews... I know who you are, you're a barber in Pacific City." Her right off the bat saying she doesn't pay people for reviews tells me otherwise. I asked how she knew that. I told her, "I don't care if you've been in business 20 years or 2." She said, "I researched you." That's incredibly creepy. I didn't use my business email or mailing address on my paperwork -- all it listed was "barber" as my profession and my name. When I asked Anne why or how she knew who I was and told her it was creepy, she said that at Cloudmover they consider it normal to look up clients online and find out who they are. I own a business myself, and if I get a bad review, I don't go digging into my clients' personal lives or looking up where they work. Anne is rude, and the numbers don't add up. Out of curiosity, I compared the 4000 plus glowing reviews on their website against their Yelp, Google, and other platforms -- the counts and ratings don't line up across the board. The FTC states you cannot suppress or be selective and to suppress negative reviews from your website misleading customers. Bottom line: the owner/manager at Cloudmover Day Spa thinks it's acceptable to look up customers online and doesn't care about customer feedback. Not recommended -- unless you want to waste your money and get treated like crap on your birthday after spending $260 ish.

Ended up ordering two cold noodles. It wasn't very cold, and I could not chew thru the noodles at all and relied on swallowing them whole!? Last thing - I feel like the culture is different. Other korean spas I've been to really focus on the peace and quiet, and I understand there's always going to be yappers at whichever spa you go to. But, here, it seemed everyone disregarded the rule, viewing them just as general guidelines. Everyone was still quiet-ish but definitely making more noise than I've experienced at other places. Multiple people straight watching videos on their phones without earphones. The amenities are all there but just something not aligned here. If you're trying to relax a little bit, come during non-peak hours. Just know there are better options out there.

My husband and I had a couples massage at drift as we were celebrating our birthday. We were so excited to get a massage since it's been so long and this experience blew our expectations out of the water. Lita and Virgil were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The safety and sanitation standards they have in place, made us feel very at ease. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and felt so comfortable with the team. We tried the CBD massage and after it, both of us were in a blissful coma:) it was amazing! We will be coming back and bringing our friends! read more

I'm a local in Huntington and have had tons of massages she is so professional and you can tell she loves what she does because she puts her whole heart into Making you feel relaxed and working out every muscle! For me, there a few other patrons enjoying the amenities but my boyfriend said that he pretty much had the men's locker room all to himself. My favorite part about the amenities was the shower. The shower had a rainfall shower, a handheld shower and then several steam shower heads on three of the walls. The products in the shower smelled great and I would definitely use them again. For our massages, we have the couples suite. The room was absolutely gorgeous complete with 2 massage tables, 2 sinks, a gorgeous tub, 2 separate showers this beautiful stone piece on the far wall. Massages were great and relaxing. After the massages, our massage therapists led us out to the garden again to pretty much recover from the service and it was definitely needed. Upon checking it out from our service, we perused the gift shop. There were cute clothing pieces there as well as the products that were utilized as part of some of the services. When paying, they let us know that the gratuity was already covered in the cost so that was nice. Given the cost for each service, I thought it was a generous but also fair tip. Because we finished late afternoon, we decided to walk down to the pier and venture around there. We were able to keep the car there and the hotel bellman allowed us to store our gym bags in the hotel as well, all at no extra cost. If I was looking to splurge again, I would probably come back. What would sweeten the deal is if we were able to use the hotel pool too but they said that it is only allowed during the weekdays when the pool isn't too busy.

Day spa ticket to use facilities was $100 included hot sauna and jacuzzi, locker rooms, showers etc. Their spa store had a lot of high quality selections too including clothes, scents, candles and jewelry. Next to it was the access to the workout room. Which had various machines and weight equipment.

They have a relaxation room with tea and coloring as well as showers with straighteners and blow dryers so you can look as good as you feel after! Today I indulged and got a facial by the AMAZING Megan! She was kind and gentle. Truly the best facial I have ever had. All the staff are so very kind and make me and my husband feel special! I'm going to have to bring them treats next time because they're so nice. We ordered food pool side today which I was assuming would be average given it was pool side but it was actually delicious!! I enjoyed the Rejuvenation Aromatherapy Massage with added Himalayan salt stones. My therapist was kind and personable; she communicated well with me about my needs and preferences. After my treatment, I rested in the comfortable lounge for a bit and then enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. You also get access to the outdoor pool with spa treatment, and I went to check that out as well. The service is excellent at the resort, and I received warm and welcoming assistance from everyone I encountered. Note that parking for visitors is valet, $15 with spa validation.

There did seem to be, a lot of guests that came in just after lunch (after golfing maybe? tennis?) on the women's side. I could see upon exiting that maybe the attendants were having some trouble keeping up with emptying trash and picking up towels and glasses/cleaning shower stalls in a timely manner. maybe they all went on break at the same time?
