We chose this spa because they also have a pool. The massages were great. But you can get a great massage in a lot of places! The pool didn't have many chairs - we were lucky to get two, other people that paid to use the spa facilities for the day didn't have anywhere to sit. Service was terrible. Our server spent a lot of time chatting with large parties and we couldn't even get a drink. Then she went on lunch for an hour and there was no employee in the area. It took me - no joke - 90 minutes to get my bill. And they keep your card so I couldn't leave. I almost missed my dinner reservation. I would never go back. There are so many better options - don't have your special occasion spa day ruined by picking Vea. read more

Thoroughly enjoyed the spa here during Valentine's weekend - they even gave us champagne & a chocolate covered strawberry because of it being V-Day weekend! They give you a robe & slippers to wear when you put your stuff in your locker. There's a cold plunge for your feet & then also a eucalyptus steam room. I decided to get a facial & had a great esthetician Jeri. She really helped me understand what my skin needed & fine tuned my facial to do that. After your facial, you can go to the private pool & enjoy a dip. They've got a cocktail menu but mind you the cocktails you get are not made from the bar. They're premade cocktails in a small glass bottle that they didn't make themselves. I found that part to be pretty overpriced. They even gave us $50 off for if we come back to get a service done here. I was very relaxed! read more

This is my new HAPPY PLACE!! We went here for the first time in December and I just enjoyed the day pass! A private pool, whirlpool, dry sauna and steam room! They have a relaxation room with tea and coloring as well as showers with straighteners and blow dryers so you can look as good as you feel after! Today I indulged and got a facial by the AMAZING Megan! She was kind and gentle. Truly the best facial I have ever had. All the staff are so very kind and make me and my husband feel special! I'm going to have to bring them treats next time because they're so nice. We ordered food pool side today which I was assuming would be average given it was pool side but it was actually delicious!! Spa VEA was an incredible experience. Upon arrival you check in with the front desk and they provide a tour of the facilities. You're provided a robe, sandals, and a locker for your belongings. Personal care amenities are available and include hair brushes, soaps, lotions, hair dryers, etc. Really the basics for what you need to get ready post-massage. There are showers and restrooms available too. Of the extra offerings - the jacuzzi was closed but I still had access to a cold foot plunge, steam sauna, and dry sauna. Your booking does come with access to the pool, but I will note a few things regarding this. If your booking is in the later afternoon, you will not get to enjoy the pool as it closes fairly early (this was my situation). The second is that access to the pool goes through the relaxation room where you wait for your masseuse to retrieve you. This led to many guests sitting and chatting in the relaxation room at a fairly loud volume (not super relaxing). The massage itself was spectacular. They are very communicative to ensure the best experience for you. The orange blossom lotion was to DIE for! Post session you're given a glass of champagne and chocolate to enjoy. Overall really recommend, but if you're looking for ultimate calm and serenity just be aware of the day passes for guests to use the spa pool. read more

On 5/18/25, Sunday was a good day for my "Self care Sunday" which I booked with Resort Pass. Started my day with a Yoga Class at 9:30am. Then at 11:00am I received the best 50minute massage from Masami. I've been getting massages since 2007 from various places and Masami is by far the very BEST!! I will definitely be back and make sure I book with her. After my wonderful massage I sat my the spa pool and ordered lunch. The spa and spa pool area closes at 4:00pm. This was a perfect blessed day for me. Oh also they offered FREE Valet Parking which is a win. Because Valet Parking can cost you up to $20.00. Again I will definitely be back. read more

This experience was pretty disappointing. The facilities are mostly nice. The hot tub was closed during my visit. The quiet area where you wait for your service also happens to be the only route to the spa pool, which really took away from the relaxation. The massage was ok but felt rushed. The worst part was the spa pool. It was littered with trash and dishes. There was a hotel event on the other side of the fence so rather than a relaxing vibe, it sounded like a frat party. read more

On a drizzly day, I had a luxurious and warm experience at Spa Vea. Being in the space is transformative. The vibes are peaceful and positive. At the spa I got a massage by Jaclun. The pressure was perfect, healing and caring. Getting a spa treatment opens your experience up to a secluded salt water pool, dry and wet saunas. The fire pit by the pool is an extra cute touch and was perfect for the cloudy day. Guest services are so kind and genuinely care about guest experiences. I was deeply touched by the profound level of care and service I received. They are intuitive and loving. I am beyond grateful for such a relaxing and beautiful experience. I had a terrible experience over here, they charged my card 500$ without informing me and told me I was a no show for my appointment. I was nice enough to them to still want to re schedule what they booked for me. She said No I was a no show and they cannot give my money back either. This shows you cannot trust people having your card number. She also says I have got confirmation of booking and a call and I did not show up. Both are lies. I never had a phone call. The date I was there she said are you potentially looking for an appointment? I said maybe April 19th but dont charge my card. She went ahead and told me do not worry we wont charge your card unless you accept an appointment. I accept nothing nor signed anything and they act like I did something wrong and I have to pay for the services I am a no show. I am terribly sorry for the stress they put me through. They just ruined their brand for me forever. I will never be back. read more

Amazing place to get a massage. Beautiful all around and everyone there was VERY WELCOMING. From the valley parking, to the hotel staff, to everyone we came in contact with at the spa. We tried the 50 minutes massage just to test the waters. It was so good, we opted to extend for an extra 50 minutes! The massages we got were far better than any inexpensive local massage parlor. The price is luxurious, but worth every penny by comparison. That said, I will enjoy the local venues for the weekly maintenance and this place will be our monthly go-to place for real professional deep tissue. read more

This place has so much potential, it may just need time to grow. Pros: the massage was wonderful, ask for Amy she did a really great job and was so friendly. The staff there overall at the spa couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. The amenities are nice and fine for a spa day with the girls. Thoughtful touches in many places. The lounge room could have been bigger though, it got crowded quickly. Cons: the outdoor pool area was a big miss. The music from the main pool is very loud in the spa pool area where you want it to be quieter. There is no outdoor jacuzzi only a tiny one that fits three people inside. The food service is the real fail though. There are service fees and gratuity added onto your food bill plus it states it will take 45 minutes to get your food. The menu is not inspiring or even really appetizing. I recommend instead go to the hotel restaurant for food. Our food took so long they comped our meals which was extremely nice of the staff but the whole experience definitely made us think twice before we return. read more

This place has a lot of potential but if you're looking for a high-end experience like Montage or Pelican Hill Spa this isn't it. I came with a couple friends for my birthday. The front desk was friendly and informative. I received a Vea Body Refresh treatment with a "unwind" treatment add-on. The treatment itself was ok- I would give it a 5/10. When my body refresh treatment was finished I had to mention to my therapist I had an add-on treatment because she "couldn't see it on her computer." She also made a comment about my feet which I felt weird about. I then went to enjoy the amenities - the whirlpool was closed off by some plants, which was never mentioned to me. The sauna and the eucalyptus room were clean as were the showers. I did notice on my robe there were stains. I should have asked for another one but I did not. We went out to the pool to enjoy some sun. I never saw anyone picking up towels or cleaning the area. In addition, if you would like a cocktail or food you have to call a desk and make an order which can take up to 45 minutes. You also get charged every time you make an order. It was quite disappointing because we would have ordered a lot more if there had been a waiter or waitress at the pool. There is a lot of music and bass from the pool next door if something like that would bother you. I will say the gentleman who brought our food out was incredibly friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The products in the shower were decent and they have brushes and hair dryers for use. Lastly, after check out my friend had called me and told me she put $100 credit on my account to surprise me for my birthday. They failed to add it or mention it to me. That would have been a really nice surprise at the end of my day. They did rectify the situation with 2 day passes for us. For the price of my services I probably would go to another spa but the day pass may be worth it . read more

We went for a spa day for our friends 40th birthday. From the moment we pulled up we were impressed by the level of service we received. The spa itself is very clean offering a sauna, jacuzzi, cold foot plunge and my favorite, a eucalyptus steam room. We spent some time by the pool and ordered drinks and food. They have some creative drink options. I liked the ice cream drink- no ice cream but refreshing! We appreciated all the small amenities and the helpfulness of the staff (I loved myself out of my locker). The staff also checked in on us a few times to ask if we were enjoying ourselves-which we were. It was easy to get ready to go to dinner. Everything was very clean. For my wife's birthday, we stayed at the hotel for a night away from the kids. Was able to schedule a facial and massage for the both of us. Amenities were sparse (small jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room) but it has its own pool separate from the hotel which was nice and cold water foot soak which was surprisingly relaxing. I did have fun working on my first adult coloring book page, ironically at first and weirdly got into it. Facial and massage was about what we expected from a resort like this. I'm typically a standard 15% tipper, but they automatically added 20% (they gave me the option to adjust it, but you know...). Would definitely recommend if you're staying at the hotel. read more

Really enjoyed this spa! Been to several in Orange County and few offer a day pass that has a connected spa pool. The amenities are very nice at Spa Vea, they have steam room, sauna, hot stub, cold foot sole soak, showers, lockers and area to get ready. Everything was clean and tidy! The spa also smells really good throughout! The spa pool area is nice and secluded. They offer food and beverages in the pool area too. The only thing I would say is the food and drinks are pricey and they charge a delivery fee, which I think is a bit much since the drinks and food come from the restaurant next to the spa. Besides that it was a very nice day and will be returning! Everyone was really nice as well. They do validate parking which is nice too! read more
