I love this place. I have a membership which is super affordable. I have been going weekly for prenatal massage with Grace. She is amazing. They make everything super comfortable for you. And give you a J pillow for support. At the very end, there is a portion where you are on your back, and they can adjust the table up -- which is especially helpful when you are in the late 3rd trimester like me. You can customize as well with some add-one for an extra price. My husband will often go together for couples Massage. He gets beach pro while I get prenatal. You're in the same room, but 2 separate beds. One suggestion is to make the beds closer together for the couples Massage room to cultivate closeness with your partner. Been a customer here for just under a year and the one and only issue we had was not handled in a manner that made us feel valued as clients. My friend and I have gotten a few massages from here and they have been generally good. We both found Sasha to be the most experienced and the best provider at this establishment. That being said, our past and now last visit, was concerning. Our masseuses, Lisa & Sophia had us for 90 minutes and the entire time I was lying on the bed, I was just counting the minutes until the massage was over. I've never had this happen. I have gotten massages everywhere and of course some therapists are better than others, some more experienced and some just flow better with my preferences. Massage on the Beach has generally been on the better side so we were shocked and disappointed during our last visit. There were a few minor inconveniences but the biggest problem was the lack of attentiveness during the massage. Lisa was my masseuse and from the beginning, I sensed she was either unhappy, upset, annoyed or just having an off day. To clarify, she was not rude or impolite towards me specifically, just... off. I didn't have a great feeling from the start. I've had massages where the pressure or specific body part hurts just a little more than I'd like - I specifically tell therapists to avoid my legs because they're hypersensitive - but eventually once the soreness wears, you feel incredibly loose and much better. This wasn't the case here. Harder pressure but slow, coordinated hand motions are pretty much how a normal massage goes. Lisa was essentially jack-hammering my body, almost as if in a rush to get through the 90 minutes. Multiple times I asked her to lighten up on the pressure and she would, then move onto the next body part and resume the extreme pressure and speed. At one point, I gave up asking and just prayed it would be over soon. After my massage, I felt incredibly dis-regulated - the kind of feeling you get after puking - some relief that the pain is over, however, the uneasy queasiness comes with it as well. I don't particularly consider myself an overall anxious person but I was extremely anxious afterwards. In my extremely uncomfortable state, I managed to find some courage and told reception how awful I felt. She was apologetic and offered me a 50% discount and advised if I still felt the need to request a larger discount or complimentary service I should reach out again via phone or email. Life happened and some time passed and I kept procrastinating reaching out then finally found some time to reach out - about a few weeks later. Sent a detailed email with both mine and my friends shared experience - she had the exact same grievances with her masseuse, Sophia, which we found oddly coincidental seeing as we were with two separate masseuses, in two separate rooms, and they both managed to give us the same careless service. Management sent a very corporate-speak email a few days later and I felt it lacked empathy for our experience especially being two members of their service. They ultimately advised that no additional refunds, complimentary services, or other accommodations would be offered. My massage was discounted at the time of the complaint, but my friend paid in full plus tip and did not receive any adjustment. We will be going back to our old massage spot. Closer and cheaper and never had any masseuse take our their frustrations on our bodies there. I genuinely wish this would have been handled differently because we've had generally much better experiences here. read more

Today was my 2nd time with Sasha. Although it was a 90 min Beach Pro (Full Body) massage, it seriously felt like a 2 hr massage. Sasha has stucture and a tempo. She begins with some directional stretches on your back to get you ready for the "walk on the back." She walks with such skill, from your calves, thighs, buttocks, upper spine, forearms, etc. My two add ons were: - The walk on your back (she does it the best) it's so restorative - Back scrub (it's so refreshing, it like brings more blood flow) - Sasha really puts her heart into it, and uses strong pressure; it feels so good. Sasha has a spirit of excellence. She does not miss a single thing. She got all of my areas of concern: - Ear massage (she does this the best and the longest), it helps with my recent sudden neural hearing loss - Scalp - Neck - Shoulders - Upper spine (sometimes it cracks too, absolutely wonderful) - Buttocks - Thighs - Calves (she does my calves in a few different ways during her treatment), so good!!! Cos Calves are the body's 2nd heart, it pushes blood back into the heart! - Ending with face up, shoulder, arm, thighs and feet massages too Sasha has great concern for the client. I was too warm and asked to remove the blue blanket. She checked on me to make sure I wasn't cold. This place is consistently EXCELLENT, WONDERFUL, AND CLEAN! I was very disappointed with the service here even for the price. It felt more like a beat down instead of a Swedish massage. There was nothing relaxing about the massage and sadly I brought my sister to treat her and we both had the most uncomfortable massage. My sister had her hair pulled and we both got the therapists nails dug into our skin. They need to employ some real therapists with experience. Wonderful 60min massage with Mika! I added on the hot stones and foot scrub and did medium/firm pressure. Mika checked in throughout the massage and worked through some of my lower back pain. Hello Fellow Yelpers I discovered this spa on yelp and since the reviews were so positive I decided to try it. So super happy I did. The front staff were so friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The entire place is very clean and smells amazing. The room I was in was the perfect size and temperature I like. I had Lisa as my masseuse. She is amazing. Strong hands and very communicating. Her style is similar to a Thai massage. She uses her elbows and forearms to get out every knot in your body. Yes there were some pleasure and pain moments. She gets her elbow right in that spot and it hurts for a moment and then when she releases it pure relief. I was so impressed I decided to purchase their yearly membership, which allows you to get treatments for a discounted price. Oh yeah, I tried the mineral oil and it is like a diluted Tiger Balm. They use it on the back, neck and arms, very relaxing. Please give this place a try, I believe that you won't be disappointed. This place is so clean, welcoming, smells amazing, and has a super attentive (and very nice) front desk staff. The membership is a no brainer if you can swing it and gets you the most affordable 90 minute beach pro massage with two free add ons. I always did hot stones and back walking and it was the best lil touch to the massage! But you can add foot scrub, CBD oil, back scrub, etc. there are many options. Mika was my go to girl every time. This was my first time here, I came to do a 60 min couples massage with my husband. We were able to do the Christmas special and paid 99 plus tip :) I was with Sophia and she is excellent. It was customizable so I had them focus on my shoulders and neck and was able to add on two free enhancements so I opted for a back scrub and cbd oil. Paige at the front was beyond helpful and patient explaining everything for my first time and answering all my questions. My masseuse, Ada, did an amazing job on targeting my problem areas while still making the experience relaxing and would routinely check in on me regarding pressure amounts. The yearly membership was offered where you pay one yearly fee and get discounts on massages and add-ons every time you come. It sounded like a great deal, but just is not in my budget at this time.
