John has truly poured his heart and soul into this coffee shop, and it shows in every detail. The space is bright, inviting, and beautifully designed making it the perfect place to slow down and enjoy a great cup of coffee. They offer a delicious variety of Zingerman's baked goods, including vegan options, along with creamy gelato and indulgent affogatos. Every drink is crafted with flavor and care, making each visit something to look forward to!!

Came here for the first time on Saturday. It is small but clean inside. The staff were all friendly and efficient. I ordered the iced strawberry matcha and my husband had an iced carrot cake latte. We both liked our drinks and would come back!

Been wanting to stop by! Finally having nice weather is perfect reason. They have been open about a month. I like their cute pairing of coffee plus gelato shop. Clever name. Many nice benches to sit on outside. Love they are plastic/resin so can easily be wiped down. A few cute tables for inside seating. Greeted right away and they thoroughly explained menu.It was end of day but still had a few baked goods that looked yummy. My husband tried their affogato and it was delicious! I tried a small tiramisu flavored gelato and enjoyed it very much. They have about 6 or so flavors. Only one (cookies and cream) was kid friendly IMHO so if you have a picky young kid, worth checking flavors in advance. Would go back!

This new location has a very clean vibe inside with minimal seating. It doesn't open very early, but does have a large assortment of baked goods and drinks. I have been twice, first ordered their carrot cake latter, second their salted date latte. Both were very rich and flavorful. The service was very nice but was not rushed.

From the drinks, to the pastries, to the staff and service everything was awesome! One of my favorite new go to spots ... the cookie butter latte is a must try!!!

I got the salted date latte and it was delicious. Flavorful but still a rich coffee taste! They even gave me two pup cups for free!

I don't always drink tea, but when I do, you bet it's only loose leaf! I wish I'd known about this…read moreplace sooner because it's not only close to home, but absolutely fabulous. I found them a few weeks ago when I did a search of stores who actually sell loose leaf tea. The reason I like loose leaf tea versus the garbage sold in the stores is because it comes out way more flavorful, stronger and seems to taste a lot better than the stuff they sell at the grocery. I am also shocked that nobody else has been here before, as I know a few tea drinker who also happen to be active yelpers. Interesting. Anyway, the place is easy to find and right off fourth street and visible from the road. There is street parking, but a parking garage is literally right there on the other side of the street if you need it. As you know, downtown Rochester can get busy at times, so easy places to park is important. Walking in, not only is this place a tea store, but it also sells spices. They also have a ton of cool accessories to choose from throughout, which was really super cool to look at. I've also been on the hunt for the individual honey sticks that seem to be hard to find. Not only do they have the honey sticks, but they came in a variety of flavors? Like flavored honey? Exciting! I just grabbed a packet of regular honey sticks which are sitting in my kitchen now. The spice area has a much larger selection of items, from different varieties of salt, but other seasonings as well. I didn't really study the selection as the place was busy but let me tell you, there's a lot! I went to the tea section and they have all sorts of teas to choose from. I wanted something more citrus/lemon/herbal since I have a sinus infection, but I also wanted to see what else they have. Great selection, pre bagged but make sure you have the steeper's at home. If not, they sell them here too. Service was great, and the staff was knowledgeable. Nobody asked me if I needed help or followed me around the store, but when I did talk to them at check out, these people really seem to be tea oriented and educated on the product. While they aren't cheap by any stretch of the imagination (more along the lines of Starbucks pricing) they are worth every penny. I will be back in the future and I wish they did a better job of advertising!

Location is very nice, good thing is that they have a parking lot so we didn't have to struggle for parking. Between the 4 of us we ordered 5 entree and coffees and were able to finish most. Portion sizes are optimal, not tooo huge but definitely not less. Service was great too. Ambience felt like dining at home for a bit, not too fancy which we don't mind. Prices are appropriate, our entire bill was 105$ including tip. I see there is one in Troy by the same franchise, I will try that since that one is in walking distance..

We did call ahead of time to make sure that we actually could bring a dog and they said yes they had a patio area outside and the dog was welcome to come there and when we mentioned we were going to come around noon the waitress said that no reservation was necessary and we could just show up I got the Sante Fe Hash which is a vegan item on their menu and my son got the chuck wagon and that is a version of steak and eggs, and we both enjoyed our meals very much. There was a bit of a wait for the patio area as they weren't expecting the people to stay as long as they did, but once we got seated, service was excellent and the atmosphere was great and I would definitely go back here again

The people working here seemed nice, but I do not love paying 3% to use my card for tiny donuts. That really puts the price a bit above what I want to pay. The place is super cute with a couple tables to sit. I like that they have fun coffee drinks and dirty sodas. We had a honey cold brew, it was far, probably a 2. I would consider trying a dirty soda next time. The donuts were a 5. We eat had two. The donuts tasted like cider mill donuts, a bit dense, but freshly made, sweet with a slight crunch. I loved the toppings. I got M&M and lucky charms marshmallows. So good. We also got peanut butter, peanut butter and jelly, and butterfinger. I recommend all of the them. I will probably return and bring my other child next time. This is a fun place to get a tiny treat because sometime you just want a taste and not a huge amount of dessert or the ability to taste many different flavors.

When you walk in, you are greeted with bright, lively colors, sweet smells, and a hum of noise coming from Papa Joe's. We were there after the morning rush so it wasn't busy. We were greeted by a young woman behind the counter that displayed a multitude of small donuts decorated in over a dozen ways. We chose to get a box of 6 to share along with S'mores Cold Brew iced coffees. Our 6 "funkadelic" choices were named: Magically Delicious, Raspberry Lemonade, Raspberry Truffle, Robert Brule, Heath, Wind, and Fire, and Salted caramel Macchiato. I was most excited for the Magically Delicious because it was topped with what looked like Lucky Charms marshmallows but they were not the same kind and the mushy consistency fell flat. Both raspberry donuts were flavored as described in their names and tasted really good. The Robert Bruce is a play on a crème brûlée dessert and they complete the donut when ordered so it has a wonderfully crunchy top. The last 2 were good but I couldn't really taste the salted caramel of the Macchiato one. I love the concept here because you can try a couple different flavors without wasting food or having dried up hockey pucks the next day. I'd like to try more flavors so we'll be back. Warning to those cashless crusaders - they do tack on a 3% fee for using credit so tapper beware.
