I mentioned we're from Houston and may want to come up every month since some work is around here in Austin. After tour, the agent Jordan asked if we were from Houston for clarity and told us about the packages they offered. She stated there was no day passes and needed to pay $35 pp to use sauna and plunge, instead of $65 pp. I told her that I called earlier today and she stated "no. Maybe a year ago, we offered it but not now" I felt like they told me anything to come by and then try to sell us up. I told the nurse when I got out of the chamber and her response was so cold it was creepy. She had a flat affect and said I probably did it "too often" rather than acknowledging her careless mistake - completely irresponsible considering it was only my third time, with several weeks in between treatments. I called the manufacturer and found out this chamber does NOT provide any oxygen at all - despite several staff members claiming it does. It is just pressurized "room air." I cannot fathom doing blood work of any kind here. Avoid for your safety.
