But variety of shoes is lacking. I would say this Footlocker location carries about a 1/4 of the shoe inventory compared to other Footlockers. They have no running shoes for example. No Nike Pegasus Turbos, Running Epic React, etc. If that isn't disappointing enough, they didn't even have my size in majority of the shoes. Hopefully as things pick up, they will bring in the variety of shoes and clothing necessary to serve all their customers needs.

We ended up leaving and buying our sneakers at Shoe Palace instead. Management really needs to improve staff training and customer engagement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously by reinforcing customer service expectations, providing better training, and ensuring staff are engaged with customers rather than disengaged at the register.
