The crew that was present when we picked the vehicle up we're fast, friendly and efficient. We were in an out with the car in ten minutes. The car got awesome gas mileage, was clean and a pleasure to drive. I actually sort of fell in love with the car and didn't really want to give it back. Radar activated cruise control is a luxury I've never had before. Wow, is that nice. Returning the car was even easier. There was a mix up, really on my party, in which the car needed to be back by 8am or became a three day rental but the office did open until 10am. The employee was happy to credit back a third day rental fees and he was extremely pleasant about it. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this Enterprise location.

After using their contact form I saw that they called back the next AM, but I missed the call as I was at work. I then messaged them but never got a response. Over the next 2 days I emailed (no reply) and called (waited on hold 20 minutes and nobody picked up), and ultimately never got answers to my questions. How do you guys expect me to buy a car that I've never seen and get it shipped across country when you don't even bother answering basic questions about the cars condition and background? Or how shipping works? I was kind of leery about using Hertz to buy a car in the first place and this experience show me that I was probably right to have that feeling. She clearly explained the protection plan and warranty, helped calm my nerves as a first-time buyer, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. She pretends to be nice but is very bad at it and will constantly make snarky remarks. She made the experience there one of the worst interactions I've had in customer service and it seems as if she proactively wants to make everybody's life miserable and difficult. She judged my credit score and made me feel bad about it when it wasn't super low. She made me feel stupid for my answers with my credit and made it seem like she knew more about my life than I did. She would ask me questions and after I would answer she would give me a dirty look and question me because she didn't think I knew the right answer about my own life.

I would never recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone, including my worst enemy.
