I don't understand why there are only 15 reviews for this business since Heather and her husband definitely know what they are doing while at the same time raising 2 young daughters, a new baby boy and successfully running this business. We have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that needed a CV boot. Standard repair procedures these days is to replace the entire axle, and if you want to do it cheap, it will be one from China. You can't get a replacement CV boot from Chrysler. Anyway, she has a supplier that DOES replace the boots and rebuild Jeep axles. So, basically our axle was properly rebuilt rather than using a cheap foreign replacement at a reasonable price. That was a much better result than I expected and I couldn't be happier. You may have to wait a week or two, but its worth it. Also, they respond much better to texts which works really well. read more

I came across this company on accident. I have the interlock and am having many issues with the interlock company itself. Heather whom I believe is the owner of the company has been an earth angel. She went out of her way to explain and do things for me that the interlock company didn't and hasn't done for me. She treats me with respect and doesn't judge me. Now days it's hard to find caring people as herself. I will continue going to her for my interlock services and I now have a mechanic that I know I can trust. I went to Genuine Auto Repair for a basic oil change and tire rotation. All went really well and they even made me aware the some of my bolts where missing from the last folks who worked on my car. They replaced those for me as well. Like most auto places they let me know recommend services for my car. Heather the co-owner was super friendly along with the rest of the staff. Unlike many of the big box locations She took the time to educate me on what my car needed and why. She even showed me an animation of what was going on in my car. I called to get the suggested services set up and I asked if they did windshields. They don't do windshield but offered to have there preferred partners come onsite and replace my windshield while they have it in the shop. I brought my SUV in here after it broke down on a cross country move. It needed a whole lot of work to get me back on the road, and Heather went to work finding me the most reasonable way to get the parts and the work done that it needed. After the work was thought to be completed, my recently repaired drive shaft failed, and they worked quickly to get the part replaced under warranty and get me back on the road that same day. They seem to take a personal interest in their clients' circumstances, and I knew they wanted as much as I did to get me to my new home! My husband has been a wrench, growing up as a kid and all through our marriage. He knows how to repair most car issues and knows how much parts and labor cost. Genuine Auto Repair SAVED us big-time with a hybrid car (hubby does NOT like computer technology-he's OLD SCHOOL). Heather and Dan provided exemplary customer service (kept in contact on when part arrived, when job completed and price was exactly as quoted). We drove from Thornton to their shop in Littleton and IT WAS WORTH EVERY MILE! We had a local shop that we used when hubby was not available to fix car issues for us and kiddos. They were honest and did good work. My 2005 Land Cruiser has been leaking coolant since I purchased it a year ago, not enough to leave a puddle but enough that I carry a gallon of coolant with me. I had taken into a few different shops, including a Toyota dealership with no resolution. On a road trip to Colorado from North Carolina, the cause became apparent and my AC went out too.
