After careful review by Coy, it was determined my repair would be much less complicated (and less expensive) than I had originally feared. Tricia was an extraordinary communicator and kept me posted all day, the repair was done completely and she even came to my home to take me back to the shop to retrieve my car. An hour later they had diagnosed the problem and called for approval to repair. A few hours later they called to say the job was done. I can see on the receipt they charged a half hour diagnosis and .6hrs. to complete the repair (taking interior door panel off and back on). Hourly rate was good. I brought my vehicle to Stan's in May of this year (2024), and I had a friendly enough visit with…read morethe staff here an had an alignment done. I came in letting them know I was having an issue with a minor wobble at highway speeds (nothing crazy). After getting an alignment here and ruling out other issues (brakes, suspension, tire balance), months later I had my alignment checked at another shop. The alignment was completely out of whack, yet no work had been done since the alignment. An alignment was performed at the new shop after replacing my inner tie rods because the adjustment nuts were SEIZED. A proper alignment can only be done by adjusting these nuts, which was not done. I was also not notified by the shop that these needed replacing. My toe was adjusted improperly by the shop, and the wobble continued. After the proper alignment was done, NO WOBBLE. The purpose of visiting an alignment shop to get an alignment done is to get a proper alignment, not to have my money taken from me without even a notice that something prevented them from properly doing the alignment. I emailed the shop a couple weeks ago to hopefully get some clarification, and I have received no response. Just for some proof, I've attached pictures of 1/2 of the tie rods that were replaced to show how much force it took the shop to get them out, as well as the alignment chart that is accurate to how they aligned my vehicle in May. Please save your money and get a proper alignment done elsewhere.

I remember being offered $700 for my 04 Tacoma because you guys said it was scrap and then putting 10,000 more miles on that vehicle and thinking you all were crazy the whole time I was driving it before I totaled it. Their voicemail was retaliatory at best. There was no reason to call me after I left this review. I gave my feedback. It's a terrible business that this is and I would never recommend my worst enemy to go there. It makes you feel grimy walking in. It's a disgusting place. They're in an alleyway that feels like homeless people regularly pee in front of their front door because of the smell if they call me again I'll add more details so you can know why you should avoid it.
