Drive Shack is a fun experience for people of all ages , including friends and family and large groups. This was our first time and it was just amazing, The service was excellent and the food is your basic quick eats but good. if you go on Wednesdays they offers 1/2 price play. The place is large and clean .And they offer their own clubs so you don't need to bring them. The game choices are many from golf courses like St Andrews to skill games like Darts. Certainly a great time! Parking is plenty and not an issue. read more

What a fun place to go to with a group! It is a very modern building and it is very clean! I loved it. We got to golf (And aim virtually for a monster or a 'dart board - there are over a dozen games you can choose from) They also have a great area where you can gather everyone in a room. There is a place to put the buffet on as well. This was not my favorite but was ok -cheese cubes which were too small, cucumbers and carrots with hummus (which I loved), potstickers, pretzels and mustard sauce and chicken were not favs of mine. Visited 06/09/2023 This was our first visit and I was very impressed. The whole place was modern and very clean. We came right at 10am when they opened and had no reservation. To reserve online, you have to pay $10 and it doesn't go towards your bay rental. Not a problem at all getting a bay without a reservation at this time. We opted to come early to get the lower rate, but I would definitely recommend everyone bringing sunglasses to help while it's your turn to golf. It was quite warm, but that's to be expected in summer at 10am with the sun glaring at you. The inside is refreshingly cold and our server made sure to let us know we could go in there to cool off. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was surprisingly good and way better than I expected. There was a sign on the table to let you know you could save $10 by posting to social media with their hashtag and we made sure to do that as well as getting a veteran's discount. Our experience at drive shack was great! We had a big group. I recommend making reservations, otherwise you might have to wait an hour or more for the bay. We were on the 3rd floor, which I always prefer. There are many different games to choose from to play virtual golf. Our favorite was killing the monster. The vibe was great. I think the stigmas behind these places is that they are golf activity first and food second - however the food at drive shack was fantastic, in a very surprising way. I got the double cheeseburger and it came with a brioche bun and the burger was seasoned to perfection. The boneless wings and the pizza were good as well. We went on a 90° day in June with our 2 grand children. We were on the top floor and I was surprised at how comfortable it was out there. The area where you play is completely in the shade. A server is assigned to your table/group and she explains how everything works. Our gal was excellent! They have golf clubs for adults and kids. We also had lunch and it was really good. Food for everyone. Also has an outdoor bar. The entry lobby and second floor were under renovation so we didn't get to see much. I understand it should all be done by September so looking forward to bringing visiting family. It was $40 per person for the 2 hours we were there. I see the drive shack all the time flying in n out of palm beach international airport, they definitely have a great location with a parking lot the size of a department store! Over the weekend, I finally took the plunge to check this place out. In a nutshell there's three levels to this place with 96 bays each with its own set of clubs, lounge seating, and TVs. The 3rd floor level is geared towards fun and easy with the first floor is the most realistic, middle floor is a mix of the two. Didn't try any of the food but did had a few drinks and although on the pricey side, they were refreshing and made the time great. Played a few games blackjack and pro range. The games are so much fun and the tracking technology behind it makes the games competitive. I'm definitely coming back. I'm also looking forward to trying the food and more of the games. By the way. They've indoor arcade games, basketball, shuffleboard, and TVs indoors. It's currently closed due to covid. Can't wait to experience what this place has to offer. read more

If you enjoy golf or you've never golfed before, Drive Shack is such a fun experience. And since the bats are all technically outside, this is also a great activity during Covid times. The company has implemented easy processes to help stop the spread. There are circles all around to show you where to stand, staff is all wearing masks, patrons must wear a mask when inside, and each bay has a large plastic partition between so I don't need to worry about the party next to me. I was surprised it wasn't busy at noon on a Sunday, but happy for it. An hour of play was only $25. Service was very attentive and friendly. One super tiny recommendation is to have left handed clubs at each bay. I understand they think it's not that common to be left handed but I actually know more lefties than righties. Again, not major, but we did have a wait as our server forgot about our request for lefty clubs. This is the only thing that could have made the experience be 110% satisfaction :) Whether the short game or long game is your thing, Drive Shack has targets for everyone! I have two complaints, one we were all the way at the end second from the wall so some of the games were difficult to play because of where we were positioned. Hope to get a better spot next time. 7 of us came out today and we had a blast! We were in a bay on the top . We played ShackJack and Monster. This is a great place to hit some balls. The facility is gorgeous! We all ordered food. I had the caprese salad and also ordered the truffle mushroom flatbread. It was delicious! My husband had the pork tacos and said they were excellent. My friend had a spinach salad. My daughter ordered a club sandwich that was huge. Another friend had mahi tacos and said they were great. Youngest(and pickiest) guy had boneless chicken wings and finished them all. We also had pretzel bites. Everything was excellent. I had a watermelon margarita and a regular margarita. I enjoyed the regular the best but that is just a preference. We all had a great time. We called to schedule to play Golf Wednesday night for Thursday night, they told us it's first come first serve. Okay! Thursday 24th we came,checked in. I asked if we can stay on 3rd floor and the guy on the reception told me that 3rd floor its full and it's only with reservations. I explained to him that we went on 3rd floor to grab a drink and there was available bay's, also that i called Wednesday night but they told me is no need from reservation but nothing changed. We came here on a Monday at 10am and had to wait a few minutes before there was someone that showed up at the front counter. The staff apologized for the wait and we were asked what floor we wanted to be on. We opted for the 3rd floor which had a great view and best experience for someone like me who can't even hit the ball sometimes. The rate is $25 per hour from open to 1pm for each bay and you can have up to 6 players per bay Once we got a bay number, we walked up and signed into the little monitor with our names and picked a game. We started with the easiest game which was the cards game. We were quickly greeted by Dre who showed us the rules and how to get a ball out of the console. He was very friendly and checked up on us a few times to see if we wanted any drinks or food. The food was pretty good and very reasonably priced. There is a wide selection of drinks available. I feel like some of the mixed drinks were kind of pricey. The beers ranged from $5-6 which I thought was very reasonable. I got the little piggy cheese sandwich which I thought was ok. My father in law got a mushroom burger and that looked pretty good! The only thing about ordering food is it does take like 20 mins or so for it to come so if you're going to be super hungry, then I would recommend ordering the food sooner than later. This review is based on the 2nd floor bar and restaurant only because we were so annoyed after eating there that we deceived to leave and not play . First thing the bartender says when we arrive is "I'll be right with you" multiple times. Already I'm thinking this isn't going to be good. Once he took the drink and food orders didn't hear from him again. It's like his job was done with us. Food arrived we had no napkins or utensils. No one checked in on us even with empty drinks. The girl that cleared our plates was supposed to bring back napkins but guess she had to go in the back to find any, as we were walking out she appears with the napkins. My lady had passes for two hours for using one of the lanes at Drive Shack to hit golf balls, eat food, and drink refreshments. So on this given Sunday before Halloween, we dressed in our best costumes (of the moment) and made our way over to the Drive Shack, which had opened recently by the airport in West Palm Beach. Having not held a golf club in my hands for more than 25 years, this was probably the first time I can remember enjoying hitting a golf club. My stepson absolutely loved it and wants to go back immediately. Needless to say, it's a hit with kids and adults. We ordered some drinks (lemonade for the kids, mimosas, mules, and bloodys for us adults). From the initial drink order to receiving the check, the service staff are incredibly attentive and accommodating. They did a great job checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Since it was a Sunday, I ordered a chicken biscuit from the brunch menu, which was quite magical. Very savory and tasty to the last bite. The ahi tuna my girlfriend ordered looked great, as well as the cheeseburger my stepson ordered. My stepdaughter wasn't as impressed with the cheese flatbread. But both loved the side of tater tots that came with my sandwich -- I let them eat what was left. Most importantly, driving golf balls down from our lane was fun. We selected the monster game where you have to aim and have the golf ball land in one of the colored circles on the driving range to kill the select creature. I was impressed with the technology Drive Shack has that can track where the ball goes after you swing and project where it's going to land. The tracking program syncs well with the gaming system, making for a fun experience. We really enjoyed the golf on the range -- which is saying something because I have historically disliked the sport, let alone had any desire to pick up a club since I was a teenager. They have happy hour specials, as well as brunch specials, and can accommodate large parties -- like you could have a mid to large-sized company do a social gathering here without any concern for space. If you're looking to blow off some steam after work, Drive Shack can be that spot between happy hour and hitting some balls. If you are looking to do something with the kids for a couple of hours, this will fit the bill.
