Purchased a Groupon for new brakes and rotors for my small SUV. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist told me that they would not honor the value of the coupon: stating that their vendors sale prices are more than what I paid for the Groupon. I told her the value of the Groupon is $480, and small SUVs were covered under it, also that it does not matter what I paid for it if the value is $480. She hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. Brothers Automotive is the most genuine and honest shop I know. I have a Remodeling business and I send all my trucks and vans to them, and they have never disappointed. Always take for oil change and they go above and beyond by fixing any small things that they see for example a burnt light bulb, they fix it and always takes care of you. I found Brothers Automotive through a yelp search. The owner replied the same day with an initial quote for brake service on my Honda. I brought the car in the next day and later got two calls from Arjun, one with the final estimate of work and just a few hours later a call the job was done. Arjun answered all my questions and was very quick to respond. The final price was under the initial quote and $100s less than other quotes I had received on Yelp for the same service! Before purchasing the Groupon, I was able to speak to Carlos on the phone who assured me they could get it done and would let me know if there were any glaring problems. My family has been going to Brothers for years. We're very picky when it comes to where we take our cars because it seems like nowadays everyone lies to you about what is really wrong with your car--not these guys. First let me say that after dropping off your car you can expect a call from them if not later that day then immediately the next day to let you know when they've found to be wrong with your vehicle followed by another call a few hours later to let you know everything has been fixed! They're so speedy and do excellent work. Plus, as I already mentioned, they're super trustworthy! Just this past time I brought my 2002 Isuzu in with brake issues. Within hours I received a call letting me know what all was wrong and the estimated price which they're very fair on as well. Not only did they fix everything but they had my state inspections and emissions done as well annddd added some gas in my tank since my light had come on...Now that's what I call service!
