The salesman we worked with told me, "I guess I've had other priorities going on but don't worry we already have the part to fix it." So I am paying you to sell my vehicle and I am not a priority? Then they hit us with a very large bill for work they had done on my vehicle without my knowledge!! Lastly, when my vehicle was finally sold, my SO went to pop by (we had no idea we had an interest buyer) my vehicle was being loaded up to be shipped to another state. We never would have known if my SO hadn't stopped by. The funds were not released until almost a week after they shipped my vehicle out. 10/10 happy to be done with them and would NEVER recommend this place. (I would give zero stars if I could.)
