(You have a limited time to complete all 3 sessions if you pay for the 3 session/6 hour deal). Laura was reasonably flexible, on time, and prepared my son for his road test. It was the best value I could find. She came to our house in Eastlake and picked him up in clean and safe sedan. Communication was simple and clear. No miscommunications. Laura did a great job prepping my son to drive. Needless to say, he passed his test with no issues. I recommend national city driving school to anyone looking for a legitimate learning experience, with a professional teacher, at a great value. Very positive, patient and a great sense of humor. He will teach you everything you need to know about being a great driver and he is pretty great at it and you can see the difference for yourself. The cost is 40 dollars per hour and a minimum of 2 hours and it is well worth every penny. I personally recommend this to everyone who wants to learn how to drive especially the teenage drivers.

He even allowed me to ride in the backseat during the lessons so I could learn how to better support my son when he was driving with me. This driving school is poorly organized and seems more interested in taking customers' money than…read moreproviding reliable service. They canceled my behind-the-wheel DMV test appointment without notice, and I nearly missed my driving test. The only reason I was able to take the test was because my instructor, Felix, genuinely cared and advocated for me. He managed to get the school to switch the schedule back at the last minute so I could make it. The school also refused to give me a refund for the canceled appointment. Instead, they let my instructor take me to the test by canceling another student's appointment, leaving her behind--even though she had already taken the day off for her test, just like I did. They also canceled one of my driving lessons without any explanation and didn't even inform the instructor. The only good part of this experience was Felix--he's the best driving teacher, and I wouldn't have passed without him. I wish I could have taken lessons with him directly, without dealing with the school at all.
