I was going to give a 4 star because the donuts we received were for the most part yummy! However they were the wrong donuts we had ordered. We ordered the fav specialty donuts and when we picked up they were in stock so it wasn't a stock issue. So I wrote an email to the customer care giving them the chance to fix it. A month later no response. I then leave a review on their email they sent asking for input on my order, I explain, leave my info, and ask for them to make it right, now two months later, no answer on the phone no email response no platform response. You can't trust a business that won't respond to mistakes. I recommend other donut shops. There are plenty better with people that care. read more

I've been to drizzle a few times, but each time I walk away wondering why. The donuts are tasty. The staff is friendly. There is a good variety. I think it's because I walk away with wallet shock. A dozen donuts here costs more than dinner these days at a decent restaurant. That makes it a rare treat rather than anything else. Not sure how their business model even works because nobody I know would pay that much for donuts. The only think keeping me from being a regular is the price. read more

Don't be fooled, this is just a Bosa. They kept the old name and pictures online, but it is not Drizzle. We drove 20 minutes out if our way (passing several Bosa's) just to come to this place and find out it is Bosa. It is just plain dishonest and I do not recommend. read more

They make a great boston cream, however I've been four times now in a row and it's always sold out. It's the only donut I like. Maybe make more of the donuts that consistently sell out? Doesn't seem like rocket science. read more

This is a fun novelty shop with interesting and creative donuts. We bought a half dozen and 1/2 and donut per person it probably enough because of all the toppings. Fun place to get donuts while family is out visiting or for special occasions although I wouldn't be getting these all the time. Great coffee too! They have a nice coffee maker and yummy flavors. I ordered online because I suspected a line when they first opened their shop. I was right to order online for pickup to avoid the wait. I had a great experience overall. read more

Gotta say I was pretty surprised. I thought the donuts would be sickly sweet. I am not a huge fan of Hurts for that reason. The actual donuts Drizzle use are really good. No greasy taste. My favorite was the peanut butter and jelly donut. Supper peanut buttery! I love peanut butter! Also the maple bacon was a huge hit. I ordered the mint brownie by mistake but was pleasantly surprised it was not super minty which was good. There was a huge line when we arrived about 9am on a Saturday but service was quick and very friendly. Will be back!!!! read more

As someone who hates Bosa Donuts, I was happy when I found out about Drizzle, every-time I was in the area I would stop by and grab a cool custom donut, like the fruity pebbles. I havnt been there in quite a while, and I just went back today to find out they got bought out or something. It's literally just a bosa donuts but they didn't change the signage of Drizzle. We drove by a few days ago and noticed we finally had a donut shop in Queen Creek! Needless to say it didn't take long to go try it. We went one day around 4 and the selection of donuts that they can make right in front of you is beyond what I could imagine, you can even come up with your own creation. They take a freshly baked donut and top it with whatever you can think of! I got the pebbles donut which they use a normal raised donut frost it with vanilla and top it with fruity pebbles, it was 2.50. My husband got a pink sprinkles which was a normal raised donut frosted with strawberry icing and topped with sprinkles and it was also 2.50. I also got a PBJ which I substituted a vanilla cake donut topped with I THINK vanilla frosting and then drizzled with peanut butter and jelly, it was 2.00. All of our donuts were so warm and extremely fresh and extremely DELICIOUS! If it wasn't so expensive I'd go back alllll the time! They weren't busy at that time and the staff was very friendly! You can't compare this to places like Krispy Kreme, it's an entirely different concept and type or donut, so if you're expecting that then don't come here. read more

Went on a Saturday morning at about 8:30 and the parking lot was almost empty, only one other patron in the place. When we entered we were greeted with a cheery 'welcome' by a worker sweeping the floor and a huge case of different donuts. This place has tons of seating and a nice interior. We proceeded to order a dozen donuts, which were all already made. And when we asked about some of the ones we saw online and not in the case the person replied with 'it looks like we're out of those right now'. Well, I kinda figured that out for myself and that's why I was asking. Anyway, to say the person acted like they didn't want to be there is an understatement. The donuts themselves look great in the case and we were jazzed to try them when we got a home. What a huge disappointment. The donuts were totally undercooked, the dough was gooey in places. This was not just for the fried donuts, we got Boston and coconut creams, but also for the cake donuts. Frosting was way too thick and cloying. I love a good sugar rush in the morning as much as the next person but these were inedible. Toppings were meh. To sum it up, service was uninviting, donuts looked amazing but were undercooked and unbalanced in frosting/toppings and the place itself was nice and clean. Probably won't be back. read more

This place has been ruined. It is an absolute shame to keep the old website and name going. This is not Drizzle. It's just like every other basic donut shop out there. These are definitely not doughnuts, but truly a decedent dessert. There is a plethora of choices and toppings so you can satisfy any type of sweet craving. We tried the Red Velvet, Loopy, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cookies and Cream, Cookie and Peanut Butter doughnuts. While they were visually larger than life, the dough of the actual base of the doughnut was nothing special. Overall fun experience though. read more

Went in to check out the remodel and was disappointed to see just basic donuts, not the cool and unique ones they used to offer. We won't be back again. Totally disappointed in the remodel. I can appreciate not having the full allotment that drizzle used to carry but it is no where near the amazement it used to have. The fact they haven't update the social media or their website is totally missing the mark. Suggestions, bring back a few special donuts a week or month, redo the cabinets added to the front of the store, looks like they were bought off a garage sale and added to the wall, need containers for the sugar and creamer (leaving them on the box is lackluster at best.). Came here on a Sunday morning. Not too busy. Lots of options for donuts. One of staff members was pushy and trying to get us to order quickly which was crazy because we were the only ones there at first! She needed to cool her horses. Donut options include a lot cereal toppings which is fine if you like cereal. VERY sweet! Maybe lay off the syrup or frosting a little? Idk perhaps people like that amount of sweetness. I don't like diabetes personally. Coffee not good at all. Bottom of barrel if you know what I mean. So yeah 3 stars for the other nice staff members and having large selection of donuts. read more

Some of the staff are delightful. Today, sadly, not so much. What kind of business can't give you your change and just apologizes and stands there? I was working way harder to problem solve FOR them. Hey, I'm just a customer wanting some fresh donuts , and not their store manager! And of course she got pissed, like it's my fault that there's no change and she had no clue what to do next.
