We worked out details--he was able to work with a pet with us--and planned everything everything out. However, as we waited until the date our family picture event snowballed with ideas and wants from the family members. And I never gave Marc the 'head's up' to the changes. (I didn't even know what we were asking him to do, etc.) Marc came into all of it as a complete surprise, but he never lost his cool. He was very open to the ideas we had, and the wants we expressed, and with everything we threw at him he kept snapping pictures. He never seemed hassled, gave us of his time and expertise, and we got all the pictures we had wanted, and the final photos were wonderful. I thank him not just for the family photos, but for the whole family experience. We will be talking about this one for many years to come. From the initial search for a photo booth company, Any Event Photobooth were the only fast and prompt reply back from 3 others. They have the best price and I think they will be a fierce competition to any other Photobooth vendor in the IE. I was impressed by the consistent clear communication prior to our party event. I felt reassured that they verified the time, address, and other info discussed in the initial. John showed up early, prompt and punctual ready for the set up. Me being in the live event production industry I noticed so much of the little things that John did for set up and introduction and that's when I knew right away I didn't make a mistake by contracting Any Event Photobooth. John was a champ adjusting to the breeze so that the photo backdrop wouldn't fall over. He secured it with his sand bags, tie downs, and common sense. Put me at ease. Jill his assistant and of course John were phenomenal in helping my guests with the props, centering the big group to fit in the picture frame. Organizing the prop table when the crazy kids would return the props after their photos and the next guests would find the props with ease.
