I am so thankful I came across their advertisement on IG!!! It came at a stressful time which I was traveling & my kids sport schedules! I hate laundry and it's always never ending! I filled out the form and didn't finish and they actually messaged me if I needed any help or if they could help me with anything! Oh my goodness, I needed that extra boost because my life is just so busy.... So I finished the form, same day I was scheduled for the next day pick up. It was easy enough just to leave it outside in bags. Got it back in a beautiful company bag of theirs everything was nicely folded, and clean! Our boarding school in Carlsbad used DropMint exclusively as our laundry service. Parents were required to have $750 per student on deposit at the start of the calendar year. Any unused deposits were to be returned to the student. We terminated our agreement with DropMint on August 31, 2025. All unused deposits were to be refunded. To date DropMint has not returned all of the deposits. In fact, DropMint owes some parents as much as $1500. BUYER BEWARE!!! We are in the process of filing complaints with the Attorney General for defrauding minors. Companies such as DropMint should not be in business and need to be exposed. read more

Really great and convenient service. Support is very prompt and answers questions super fast. They were able to pick up two huge bags of laundry same day and dropped them off less than 24hrs later, all folded and in a nice, big laundry bag! The app sucks. It freezes every time you try to log in or create a new account. Several other people have left reviews to the developer in the last couple of years to still no fix. As far back as 7 years ago and still no fix? Customer support just asks you to text them to request service instead of using the app. They offer $50 credit for every good review on each platform and then the next subsequent services don't actually take into account the "credit" that is supposed to be on your account. They still just charge you any way. read more

I was an idiot and ordered a super plus king size comforter that I was trying to hype up to my husband on purchasing without verifying if it would fit in my own washer and dryer and spoiler alert - it sure did not. So I freaked and found DropMint during my research journey and gave them a call and they were able to pick up the same day! Literally called Monday evening and they happen to be able to swing by and pick up really quick and it got delivered back freshly washed (and still warm from the dryer) the next day by 7 pm. I couldn't believe how convenient and easy it was. They gave me updates on the pick up and delivery ETAs as well. I absolutely loved the fact that they pick up and deliver. No hauling my heavy laundry up and down my stairs. As someone with pain issues, this was a huge selling point for me. I've used DropMint for years and they continue to be an absolute lifesaver. I'm in North County San Diego and I first started using them weekly. They helped me catch up on laundry when I was completely drowning in it. Once I finally got caught up, I stopped using them for a while and thought I could maintain it on my own. Spoiler: I could not. Eventually I had piles of laundry again (easily 15+ loads). I kept debating whether to schedule a pickup because I wanted to catch up myself. But after weeks of staring at the laundry mountain, I finally placed the order. Best decision. Ever. I bagged everything in trash bags, scheduled a pickup through the app for the next day, and the night after pickup, iterally within 24 hours, my laundry was back at my door, freshly cleaned, organized, and packed neatly in their reusable DropMint bags. Inconsistent with folding quality. In the beginning my clothes came back folded perfectly but lately its not like that anymore as if it was rushed. Also the pickup and drop off times are so whack lately. Either they come super late at night close to midnight or they ask you to have your laundry ready for pickup in the morning.
