Both my husband and I have been customers of this dry cleaning place for a long time. I had both of my wedding dresses cleaned here, and my husband had his tuxedo cleaned, along with many other items we've brought in over the years. Every time, they did an amazing job. My wedding dress was very long, and it rained on our wedding day, so it needed a lot of work. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. I was shocked! Because of all these positive experiences, I didn't hesitate to bring in one of my designer T-shirts recently. Unfortunately, during cleaning, the machine caused a small hole in the fabric. I was really disappointed, but what truly stood out was how the owner handled the situation. He immediately took responsibility and asked what solution I felt would be fair. I requested a $100 compensation, and he agreed without hesitation. While it's sad that the shirt couldn't be saved, I'm genuinely impressed with the professionalism and integrity shown. Bummed I didn't find this hidden gem earlier! This dry cleaner is so clean, smells really nice, and the gentleman who runs it also is very kind, knowledgeable, and is easy to communicate with. I was shocked to see that his prices were far more affordable than all the other dry cleaners I called in the area. They also have complimentary green laundry bags that are given to on your first service that you can reside to bring in your laundry! I thought that a unique and kind gesture to pay it forward to your clients. I've had experiences at other places where I will admit I went there because it looked like it would be cheaper, but I paid the price in either the quality of the work, a language barrier, or my clothes came back smelling like food... I brought 5 shirts and 3 pants- 7 were nicely done but my favourite shirt got totally wrecked (one entire side is full of brown spots and there are two holes in it (looks like it got stuck in the machine). I don't know why they have such a poor rating.. well hopefully my review can boost it better... been going here since 2002. Its a family owned business. You usually see papa and mama working hard, but dressed well. Mama always remember my face. I think unfortunately the other stars (or lack there of) come from their spoiled son- i think his name is Bahi. he's improved considerably with his demeanor, but hopefully he's not the representation of their business. I've sent everything here from the regular "don't want to irons" to " i paid a lot of $ on this so pay the $ to dry clean it" ... they also do alterations. one thing i like also is that i am able to bring back my wire hangers and they'll take them back. Love it. I think also they are certified something eco.. can't remember. the Mr and Mrs. work hard, and its them. i recommend and actually still have yet to find one closer to me. I personally like this place a lot. I have 2 dogs that sleep on our comforters and shed regularly so I am at this cleaner with king and queen sized comforters all the time and they always do an excellent job getting them clean. They also have better prices than other cleaners in the area for the comforter cleaning that I have researched- (and they even do pet stain treatments for any accidents on rugs or bedding if you simply ask!) I have also gotten work clothing and dresses hemmed up, and they always do a great job! Very consistent. I read some of the prior negative reviews about one of the customer service guys who I'm assuming is the man usually at the front counter. Most of these comments seem to be shallow personal attacks on his character or physical appearance, which in my opinion is never cool and not helpful on this type of review forum. I'm all for leaving a negative review if his personality was rude and not customer service savvy, but physical or sexual orientation insults are low and immature, and say nothing about the service provided by this company. That being said, I have never had an issue with him and he has always been super friendly and helpful to me. My one complaint is the hours of business- I usually get off work at 6pm when they close and never seem to be able to get there in time before they close during the week unless I try and get there during my lunch break from work.
