Did a jacket embroidery for me so fast! And did such a great job! They have great customer service and will get you what you need.

Do not come here if you need a tailor. I had a military jacket that needed to be tailored. The requested modification was not complex; I just needed the front of the jacket to be shortened and please leave the rear alone. The tailor there used pins and chalk to mark exactly where to cut and modify and he repeated, "leave the rear alone." They charged me $140 for the alterations and dry cleaning it. When I picked it up, the rear was cut. The tailor on duty, a different worker, spent the next 10 minutes convincing me that the rear was not cut. After he gave up gaslighting me, he then said he'll get it fixed, because he can see the fabric from the rear still in the workstation. I came back two days later to pick up the jacket and while the rear had fabric "added" back on (not restored, as admitted by the tailor), now the front of the jacket was crooked, it was cut slanted down the right. It's almost as if this location didn't think to pause and look at the jacket they're working on. By this time, I'm already wondering how I was scammed out of $140 and they ruined an expensive jacket. He insisted he will fix it so please give him an hour to fix it. When I came back for the last time, the front was finally straight again and I was so done with this location, I just left. Of course my jacket was ruined and it only costed me $140 and three visits to have these amateurs ruin my expensive jacket. If you can't execute a jacket modification, just say so. There's no shame in that. It is not right if you ruin people's clothing and charge them for it. Shame on you. Stay away. read more

They're super friendly and pricing is decent. GPS takes you to the alley - you should go to the street and park in front. They have a shared parking lot, which makes access very easy. I needed quite a few very long and heavy curtains tailored and pressed, they had no issues in completing the task and every other company said it was going to be at least twice as much. Went there a few times after my tailor moved to a different location, one alteration of a suit and one dry cleaning service. The tailor was good. Took good measurements and my suit fit much better than before I took it in. Dry cleaning was good with a quick turnaround but when I took my tuxedo shirt out to wear to a wedding, the buttons were missing (I hadn't checked until I was on Catalina island, luckily I packed a spare.) When I went in, about 4 days later the buttons were no where to be found. He said I should have called sooner and they might have been able to track them down. I personally feel like they should save them somewhere for at least a month. The customer service is average for a dry cleaning business so no points won or lost there but they are quick if you need them to be, hence the two stars instead of one. read more
