Two board certified plastic surgeons I consulted prior had told me I was not a candidate and would not be happy with the results, therefore they would not perform that specific surgery on me. Dr. Lopez, however, assured me I would achieve the outcomes I wanted. After the surgery and a year later, I was in fact very unhappy with the results as they didn't even come close to what I wanted or what Dr. Lopez had assured me I would receive. In many ways, my arms looked worse. Dr. Lopez continued to tell me there was nothing more she could do except for a traditional brachioplasty which I did not want. Given the way my arms looked post surgery, I felt I did not have a choice at that point. Dr. Lopez continued to point out that at least my arms looked "better in clothes". However, that was not what I was promised, nor what I paid for. One year after the first surgery, she performed a second surgery, a traditional brachioplasty. The results were still poor. At that point, and the end of the second year, I then sought multiple evaluations from other board-certified plastic surgeons. All agreed: the results I was left with were not acceptable, substandard, and definitely not what I had paid for. Dr. Lopez offered yet a third surgery, at an additional charge. However, at that point I had lost confidence in her skills and ability. I then began looking for someone who would be able to repair the damage. He quoted me the cost to repair the damage of two botched surgeries. Rather than asking for a full refund, I only requested reimbursement for the exact amount I would need to pay for the corrective surgery. Dr. Lopez refused. In my experience, most plastic surgeons will work with patients or provide refunds when the results are clearly unacceptable. Dr. Lopez did not. Bottom line: Had I known then what I know now, I would never have scheduled surgery with her...even if it had been free. Do your homework. In my opinion, Dr. Lopez talks a good game, but at least in this situation, did not have the skills to deliver and at my expense. Strongly consider another surgeon.

I'm pretty certain they must have fired several employees because I had a wonderful experience from start to end. Scheduling was a breeze, after I got off the phone I went onto their website and was able to print the new patient forms so I could have them ready ahead of time as I was going on my lunch break. When I arrived the intake gal was very friendly but not overly and in a freakish way like some can be lol I had to wait maybe 6-8 minutes for the doctor to come in. She was kind and didn't rush which I appreciate it. She was happy to answer my questions and I felt happy with the end result and her diagnosis. I will absolutely continue to use them as my ENT. He fixed me up .....and then a year later due to a car accident, had to do another surgery.... my knee is great..... now fast forward into time where I have now a shoulder AND ankle issue. He has done 2 surgeries on my shoulder and will be reconstructing my ankle. He is a wonderful surgeon that explains things, although if you do not ask questions he will assume you know what he is talking about. So people he is not a mind reader, you need to ask questions. I obviously thought enough of him to come back to him to further my repairs.......even if he does keep shooting down my ideas of making me bionic......

In addition, his current staff is the best of any clinic/hospital I go to. At 76 years old and having lived an extremely rough life as a farmer, I have had plenty of worn out and otherwise injured body parts and Dr. Huebert always has a way to fix me up. I am so glad I was referred to him by my PCP. He is top notch. What??????!!! Even Moda was confused. I'm just going to go to another orthopedic. I can't even call to talk to someone. Whoever replies to the texts lacks customer service. It has been about two weeks since I was there!! So Moda said to try someone else. Funny, they mentioned to me that ROC advertised Euflexxa. Tell your employees then.
