Honestly, he helped keep me on track with all of the planning besides his own responsibilities. He made sure I had everything else lined up as well, which was really appreciated. Not only did he keep the music going all night but he also did tons of background work to make sure everything ran smoothly. He coordinated with the photographer and caterer to make the entire event run seamlessly. We had to swap out decorations in between the ceremony and receptions because it was held at the same venue and he even helped with that! I don't have a single bad thing to say about the service. He was worth every penny. All of his equipment is very high quality and most if it is wireless, which affords him a lot of flexibility to equipment location. He is very familiar with all of the equipment. Not once was there any feedback from any of the microphones or complaints about the sound being too soft or loud. The music always flowed well from one song into the next, which kept the dance floor full and active. That is not just my opinion. He was also complemented by several guests across all aspects of his work, lighting, music, coordination and general helpfulness. If I have missed something, it is safe to say that he also did that exceedingly well too. My only regret is not getting these reviews done sooner. He really does deserve it!

I was referred to them from a friend who used their services at her wedding and said nothing but good things about them. When my fiance and I went to our initial appointment with the owner, he was very nice and professional. He sat down and explained all of the packages and add ons that were available and we did not think to look else where because it just felt right. We had several appointments before our big day and everything was ready to go with our song choices and time line of when things should start. Oh was I wrong. It all started when we went to the reception hall after we got married. I had asked the DJ to set up early that day so we could be sure everything would be ready for us when we got there for the cocktail hour at 5:00. When we got there some of our guests were waiting in the hall for us to get there so as soon as we arrived we walked into the room and the hall had everything set up so beautifully but there was no music. I looked around and asked if we could see our room where the dinner would be (we had a split room) and once again, everything was set up very nice but there was no equipment of the DJs. My heart started racing and I asked the owner of the hall where my dj was and he just told me not to freak out but they had no idea where he was and they could not get in touch with ANYONE from Entertainment Express. At that point all I could do was cry. I could only think about how horrible my reception is going to be with out music. The owner of the hall tried to calm me down by saying he could pull out some music they had for a back up but still I was freaking out. How was I supposed to do my first dance with elevator music?! During the cocktail hour the hall did play their overhead music and no one seemed to notice or care. About 15 minutes before the guests were supposed to migrate to the dinner room, I see the big van pull of with Entertainment Express DJs on the side. I ran over to the door and was one step short of strangling the dj but when I saw him I had no idea who he was. This was not the dj we had set up with and had an appointment with. We were supposed to have the owner, Keri. I asked what had happened to the kid (and by kid I mean he looked like he was 17 or 18) and he said that Keri got sick and called him last minute to do our wedding. I gave him a piece of my mind, even though he was not the cause for my stress, and he apologized and said he would do his best. As soon as I calmed down and we were about ready to be introduced, he came up to me and said "now how do I pronounce the names of the people in your wedding party"? Seriously?!!!! This was done months ago.... The night ended up being okay but I know it would have been alot better if we had the dj we originally signed up for and if he would have gotten there on time. What bride should seriously worry about anything on her wedding day?! DO NOT use EE for your music. They are so unprofessional and unethical. The venue delivered chaos, incompetence, and humiliation rather than the wedding we trusted them to provide. From the start, setup was a nightmare. Rhonda made the experience unnecessarily difficult. She tried to squeeze us into only half of the hall, despite our clear agreement and guest count. She continuously argued about how we chose to set things up and even questioned our food selections, decisions that were already finalized and paid for. We did not hire Rhonda as our planner / decorator so it came as a complete shock to have her interfering with so many of our choices. What should have been a smooth, joyful setup quickly turned into a frustrating experience due to her overstepping and lack of respect for our plans. She repeatedly refused to allow us to set up our own equipment, and only after escalating to the owner were we finally permitted to proceed. This kind of disorganization at the outset set the tone for the event The food was an embarrassment. Cold, bland, and generic, it tasted like frozen banquet hall food. We chose family-style service, yet there weren't even enough pieces of chicken for each table. Guests were disappointed, and it was humiliating to serve such subpar meals on what should have been a celebratory day. The staff's behavior was blatantly unprofessional. During the ceremony, speeches AND first dances, employees were laughing and talking in the back, forcing multiple guests to ask them to quiet down. Then came the issue with the ID, which was completely unnecessary and humiliating. Not a single guest, including my husband and all of my bridesmaids, was asked for identification. Yet I, the bride, was singled out on the dance floor and publicly demanded to show ID, which was in the bridal suite since I wasn't carrying a purse. I calmly offered to go retrieve it, but instead I was ordered to dump out my drink in front of everyone. Already embarrassed and trying not to make a scene, I did as instructed, feeling like my night had been completely ruined. As I stood there, the operations manager / bartender, and several employees watched and whispered as if I had done something wrong. It was degrading, uncalled for, and completely unprofessional. Even after the reception ended and we were tearing down THE NEXT DAY, staff continued to harass me and family members for identification. To make matters worse, the security guard on duty was drinking on the job. This selective and disrespectful treatment was invasive and unacceptable. Every staff member was tipped reasonably, so this behavior was not about compensation. It appears to be ingrained negligence and poor leadership from management. This venue is utterly unprofessional. Between the disorganized setup, terrible food, disruptive staff, unsafe security practices, and the humiliating selective ID enforcement, our wedding was marred by stress, embarrassment, and frustration rather than joy. I strongly advise any couple to avoid this venue entirely if you expect your wedding day to be handled with professionalism or respect.
