Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The walk-in shower was large and well designed, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and sleep well. The gym was also perfect for what we needed, just enough equipment to get a solid workout in each day. The location was convenient, close enough to downtown Savannah while still being quiet and easy to access. Upon checking in, the hotel staff was very friendly and professional. We quickly discovered that Drury hotels offer 3 free drinks and light snacks daily between 5:30 - 7 pm for their guests. We also enjoyed their daily breakfast offered for their guests. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. You can also tell that the staff haa great pride in their work, because the entire hotel was very clean and maintained to the highest standard of cleanness. However, all of that washed away when we were greeted by Brianna (I believe) who happened to be our front desk agent. I really appreciate the warm welcome from the staff that makes us feel like at home. Amenities are pretty straightforward and sparkling clean considering the hotel is newly constructed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious with great water pressure, and the room was more than adequate to accommodate 4 people. The breakfast service was the one that really did it to us. All of the staff greeted every guests with pleasant welcome, which I found pretty amazing considering the hotel price point. Location was strategic and close to major highways or business centers. I would highly recommend for someone who wants to visit Savannah that prefers quiet neighborhoods. read more

Perfect Oasis on our long drive home from Florida. Just outside of Savannah. Looks like a new building and perfectly clean rooms. We were so tired and hungry and the only things around were fast food. So stopped in the kitchen/bar restaurant in the hotel. It was very spacious and soft seats at the bar. We ordered the artichoke dip and chips, appetizer and a pepperoni pizza to share. I was pleased with the flavor and the young man who was our waiter provided excellent and quick service. read more

We were in Road Trip and after a long day, this hotel was closest one to our destination! It seems it was newly opened so I came to Yelp to check the rates and feedback and definitely they were all correct. The room was super clean...The beds were comfy! The hotel looks cozy and chill. The complimentary breakfast was great. We came for coffee and we were surprised with the quality of it so recently we always passed the complimentary breakfast because they weren't great and they were one of the boring ones but this place you have options for cold and hot breakfast. You have quality coffee and boiled egg besides gravy, scrambled eggs, grits, fruits, yogurt, sausage, potatoes and etc! They were all fresh and the most important the area for breakfast was crystal clean, spotless and it didn't smell bad. We had late check out but they had power outage for storm preparation from 10 am in the morning and it was the downside of our stay but while no one can predict the storm i'll leave 5 stars! During outage, the elevator power was on which was great. Also, they parking is free and no valet. The customer service was great. It was a new experience and I'll remember Druy name. It seems day have few locations in different stay! I akso want to add if you arrive late after 10 pm or 5 am, make sure to call them with the phone next door. We did a staycation here for our wedding anniversary. I don't think we have ever stayed at a better hotel. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Our room was so modern and clean. Loved the breakfasts and kickback. Enjoyed the resturant for a late night bite. Took advantage of the pool and the hot tub. I'm already waiting for an excuse to come back. Just checked out of this hotel and, honestly, we were blown away! We spent the night during a road trip and can't say enough about what a great place this is! It's right off I-95 so v convenient. The 2 main things are how CLEAN everything is everywhere in the hotel, and the VALUE. Understand this is a commuter hotel - it's not a glitzy "5-star" hotel like you'll find in Dubai - but for what it is, it gets easily 5 stars. The staff could not be friendlier. The room we had was basic but everything was spotlessly clean and worked, the mattress was comfortable, the shower was big enough for a 2-person shower, the water was HOT and there was plenty of it; bathing gels were good quality and perfectly placed; towels thick and heavy; even though you're right on top of the interstate, the room was v quiet. The TV was large enough, worked great and had an xlnt selection of stations. There's a v nice whirlpool and swimming pool on the 1st floor next to the decent fitness room. I sat in the jacuzzi looking around marveling at how perfect everything appeared! The ceiling must've had a thousand suspended acoustic tiles and not a single one was out of place or even stained! Clean towels all over - perfectly folded. Elevators: perfect! The whole place looks like it's brand new! OK: now for VALUE... included with your room is free dinner with 3 free drinks from the bar in the evening and free breakfast buffet in the morning. The bar isn't stocked with just bathtub liquor: they're pouring Sapphire, Black, Tito's, etc. And if the complimentary dinner isn't quite to your taste, there's also a nice bar and restaurant inside the hotel that's open late. Oh: there's parking right out front and it's free. So let's run the numbers for value: parking at other hotels can easily be $15/day. Dinner for 2: easily $50. 3 drinks @ $10 = $30 easily. V nice breakfast buffet: $10/person = $20. That's minimum of $115 in complimentary services. The room with tax is $139: almost free! Kudos to Drury and the Staff! read more

I'd give it a 4.5, but not a 5. Beautiful hotel. Very pet friendly, which is a big plus. We spent one night after 9 hours driving. We were too tired to do any of the fun things, pool, bar, games, etc. We ordered food from Bar and Kitchen to take to the room. There was one bar that I saw by the check in. The female bartender asked if I ordered food for 530. I said yes. She said it would be ready at 530. No problem. I sat and waited the 10 minutes. When it was 532, I walked up to the bar and asked to pick up the food. She told me it could be picked up at the other bar around the elevators. Why not tell me in the first place where to get the food? The other issue is the DISH TV in the room. Every station the video jumped, stopped, and blacked out. You couldn't watch a program or movie. Feel like we stumbled on the find of the century. Traveling back home from a visit to Florida. Great prices, less than Marriotts in the area, and much cleaner, nicer, friendlier. The hotel is super clean and fresh, plenty of luggage carts, indoor pool and hot tub are great. There's a restaurant and bar on premises as well as a buffet area for free breakfast and afternoon appetizers. Food was good. We have two small dogs, only a small $50 fee for both. The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable. All the toiletries you'd need, air conditioning works great. Really surprised by this one as I didn't realize Drury hotels were at this level. Anyway, if you're looking for a great hotel traveling with kids and pets, this is the one. read more

We had a great stay! They offer three free drinks before 7pm and have a free dinner until 7. We enjoyed the free drinks but did not want the bbq or hotdogs being offered for dinner so we went to the restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed dinner and drinks. The room was clean and the area was quiet. We enjoyed breakfast of eggs and biscuits before we headed home. We joined the Drury Club and will stay again. read more

This is a brand new hotel. The rooms are clean and well stocked. The breakfast has a good variety of food ( eggs, sausage, toast yogurt, potatoes, cereal coffee etc al) one unique feature of all Drury Hotels is their 5:30 PM " Kick back" menu every evening. It features a different menu recycled through the week ( pasta chicken hot dogs tacos salad vegetables pulled pork sandwiches etc). The staff ( kitchen especially) here at Pooler are very friendly, accommodating and helpful- they notice little things and are there to make your stay exceptional. I honestly can't say enough. We have stayed at the Drury in Naples and Orlando and now here at Savannah. Do yourself a favor and book The Drury! read more

My husband and I stayed for the first time in this hotel going down to FL for the holiday. TOTALLY IMPRESSED !! Everything about this hotel and hotel chain exceed all expectations. From the free dinner, a drink or two; the freshly cooked breakfast with real eggs, pancakes and everything else that they serve is beyond spectacular! We were so impressed that we made reservations for our return trip. While in FL my husband couldn't take another night on the mattress of the hotel chain (a totally different chain) we stayed in. I called Drury and they got us coming in a day early. We decided to stay 2 nights, for him to recoup from the horrible stay in FL. Every aspect of this hotel, from the associates at the reception desk to all the people working so hard in the food service from the cooks to the servers are exceptional. As well as the ladies that clean were also exceptional. The dinner and breakfast (both free) all did a beyond phenomenal job with not 1 bus load, not 2 bus loads but 3 bus loads of people, plus the regular guests, they made sure that nothing ran out. They are remarkable! This is our new favorite hotel chain! Wish they had more cause I'd rather stay here than the other hotel chain we normally stay in. We have to come to FL in the spring, we will be staying here.. as a matter of fact we will stay in this hotel chain if they are located to wherever we go. Spectacular!!! read more

We were so impressed with this pet friendly hotel. From the moment we walked into the well-appointed lobby, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean, (down to the pristine white grout in the shower!). King bed was very comfortable and the room had a desk, desk chair, side chair and tabke and was well-lit. Breakfast had a great selection and a step above typical hotel breakfast fare. The included 5:30 kickback was excellent! Hot food included madhed potato, meatballs, and mixed veggies. Full salad and nachos as well as hot dogs with steamed buns were also available. Fresh popped popped was around the corner. Three alcoholic drinks per adult were included. There is also a full bar and restaurant on site. All of this for a more-than-fair room fee. We are platinum members for several other hotel groups but Drury will absolutely be our first choice hotel from now on! read more

Very interesting concept. They have a restaurant on site but they also have a very generous buffet and happy hour starting at 530pm. 3 adult drinks are included. soda coffee. Breakfast is excellent. Very new hotel and super clean. Everyone was nice. Wasn't a huge fan of the mattress. Quiet in the hotel but did hear some emergency vehicles over night. Parking lot well lit. Bring your bathing suit for indoor pool and hot tub. Do not have your heart set on a good cup of "bold" coffee in the AM. No es bueno. read more

My visit was wonderful. Starting with the front desk staff, check in was an easy experience. Room was very clean, beds are comfortable. The amenities at this location make it top tier! Parking, laundry on site, pretty good gym, indoor pool and hot tub, and a pretty decent hotel breakfast. Restaurant/ bar food was delicious and the drinks are excellent.
