Terrible business. I've been taking my husband's dress shirts here for a couple of months. Recently, my husband went to get dressed for work, only to find the top button had been ripped off, and they did not bother to replace it. When I took it back and asked them to fix it, they refused to do so unless I paid the taylor fee. I hope they are in a similar situtation in the future and a business refuses to fix the mistake they made so they will know what it feels like. Another con is you can't use a credit card unless your order is over $20. I have been telling everyone I know about the poor customer service, including many people in the huge office building I work in directly across the street, in hopes that people will avoid this business. read more

Dropped off a wedding dress, there were no stains just needed a clean, on a hanger and bag, received it back safety pinned on two paper hangers now it has holes in the side that I cant get it to come out. Ruined a airloom. read more

I have to say, this was a nice place to go, however, with the nightmare I had this morning, I will never, ever recommend it again! When I picked up my dry-cleaned pants this morning, one of the pants still had dirty marks, clearly, it was ironed but not cleaned at all. I asked for help. The Asian man with blink eyes, was rude and unprofessional, he had the extremely impolite and irresponsible attitude, he claimed that they never promise to make the dry clean 100% clean, and refused to do anything about it. He also claimed that he is the manager and there no way to complain about him or his service, and refused to provide any name and phone number. Until one point, one nice Hispanic young man who also works there apologized and helped, he only took 5 minutes to make it clean! Even with that result, the Asian man still keeps saying rude words... What hell was going on there?!! As I told him, if he stays there as a manager, the business will be gone soon! I took the video and photos about this incidence, planned to put it out on the internet, but will not do it now, since the nice Hispanic young man asked me forgiving the rude person, and I don't want to let the nice Hispanic young man down. At the meantime, in order to make the business running well, the rude Asian man should be fired for sure!!! read more

Don't take expensive clothes here! This place is fast and they do a good cleaning. But only take average priced clothing or below average. I've been going there for around 6mths. Great price and one day turn around which is awesome for the fast paced NOVA working professional like me. I wear dress shirts to work. I shop from Macy's to Saks. They don't take good care of your items. You will experience broken buttons often from the machine they use. They don't let you know so you have to bring it to their attention. That's ok with me EXCEPT when it's my few expensive items. For me any shirt over $35 will go elsewhere. I've had from a few Hugo Boss items and a Versace shirt get damaged their. These were regular dress shirts! Buttons can be replaced but the cheap replacement buttons on higher end items stick out like sore thumb. And the Versace shirt was ripped near button area. Maybe the shirt caught in the machine. Anyways. The staff are kind but this is mainly an assembly line cleaners. In and out with items that you will not cry about when they get damaged. I will keep taking my average or less garments there. Maybe the name and price of this cleaners should have told me that. So mainly my fault. read more

My husband and I have been using Dryclean 1.75 for so many years. The service is not that great but because of the prices we continue taking our clothes there. Can't beat the price right? Last week my husband drop 16 items. I got back 16 items so here is where it gets messy. Of my 16 pieces items. I sent a black blouse (which is missing now) and a jeans dress with a belt made of same material. So I picked it up and when I arrived home, I noticed my blouse was missing but the belt from my dress was in a hanger by itself. So I counted 15 items not knowing that a belt is consider a single item; even if it is part of a dress. The manager said they gave me back 16 items and that there was nothing she could do since I took my clothes home without ensuring I had all the clothes at the time of pick-up. So now I have one a lost blouse. Lesson learned: 1. Ensure you paid only .50 cents for a belt if it's part of women outfit. According to this lady, a cloth belt is considered a separate item if it comes with a dress or blouse. 2. Making them go thru the camera, they do have videos of people dropping their clothes. 3. Ensure you count all your items before and after you take your items. And if it happens you have a missing item, return right away with all your items as it was giving to you. 4. I am Hispanic and the manager which is Hispanic too does have a bit of attitude. When confronted with a complain, instead of been apologetic, she gets defensive, which can't upset you very much. Last week, I had a complaint regarding a pot stain on my jean. Can't remember if it was there before but the guy took it back and cleaned it off as I requested. Can't say it is Ritz Carlton five star service, but it is quite decent for its prices. Of course, I would recommend to go there if you live near by. It is one of the few places in Fairfax who offers decent services for a still reasonable price. read more

Affordable!!! I have no problem from their service. They broke one of the buttons on my suit once and promptly fixed it when I requested. I understand that buttons get broken all the time at dry cleaners so no biggie... read more

I have been going to this place for almost 4 years; In general it is a good value for what you pay. I have only had one 2 problems concerning a shirt and a suit and they immediately resolved the problem. Also what I like is that they also have a tailor who can replace buttons and alter clothes. read more

You get what you pay for!! Cheap dry cleaning, poor quality work and terrible customer service. Had been been using this place since it opened. Took back a sweater that still had coffee stains on the sleeve after they had cleaned it. Was given the 3rd degree about when it was cleaned and where was the tag on the sweater. Made to feel like I was trying to cheat them for less than $2!!! I've taken all my dry cleaning there once per week for years. They said they would re-do it but had to charge me again! Attempted to speak to a manager but got nowhere. Decided for 2 bucks not worth it so I had them re-do the sweater. When I got it back the coffee stain was gone but the sweater had a hole in it right in the front.! Totally ruined!!! Wondered weather it was done to get back at me for complaining!! Left word at the store for the owner to call me and left several voice messages and an e-mail but never heard back! Guess they have enough business that they do not have to care about their once loyal customers!!! Now they have one less customer to worry about!!! read more

I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this alleged "dry cleaning" business, especially for their alleged "dry cleaning" services. The service is poor, the manager of the store has a terrible attitude. Several dry-clean only garments that I had brought in were returned with either stains or were damaged or shrunk/wrinkled from what appeared to be improper washing. Two items had noticeable water stains on the front and on the lapels, while two others showed evidence of shrinkage and wrinkling that markedly altered their appearance. I strongly suspect that these items were not dry cleaned, but actually laundered instead. When I brought back these items to the store manager asking her to fix these problems, she responded in a hostile and childish fashion, blaming the issue on the type of fabric, even though she could not identify what the fabric was. After a lengthy discussion went nowhere, she refused to fix my items, and refused to tell me her name by saying she had no name. She also would not tell me the name of her superior. She also looked at the computer records and said to me that I had only been there several times, not long term client. Does that mean I am not a valued customer? She even stated that I should not risk bringing my nicer items there when I told her my clothes were expensive. When I dropped my items, I specifically asked them to take care of them since they are nice garments which require dry cleaning according to the label and they agreed to do so. If you value your fine garments, please stay far away from this establishment. read more
