I dropped off my items for service. No issues at all and I was comfortable with the price, and the due date of Tuesday by 4:00. My issue arose when I returned to pick up my items on Wednesday at 1:30 PM. I was summarily dismissed by a woman who came out to the front counter, obviously still chewing her lunch, who instructed me to "return in 20 minutes!". I arrived back at 2:30 PM. My items were not ready for me. The gentleman; who I assume is the proprietor bagged my items in front of me and I left. Even though the items were not ready; I was in and out in less than five minutes Rude and disrespectful of the customer's time. Never to return. read more

Im sad to leave this review bc this cleaner is convenient to where I live. I dropped off two pants to the dad/owner for alterations, no greeting or how are you. He just taped my pants where I marked them and I processed my pants. I returned on the day on my ticket and paid $20 for two alterations. I went home and packed for my trip to find My pants were dry cleaned instead of altered. I returned from my trip and took them back to this cleaners on a Friday. The daughter apologized and processed them, my ticket said they would be ready Tuesday on nye. I returned Tuesay to find the older man locking up his shop and giving me an attitude; to return tomorrow and my pants were sent away for alterations. When I returned two days later, I picked up my pants and were charged an extra $20 to find my pants were TOO SHORT. I ripped out the hems at home and regret everything. Save your time money and sanity and go to all the other alterations in this neighborhood. read more
