I dropped off 3 pairs of jeans to be trimmed and hemmed I asked how much it cost per pair and was quoted a price that I agreed to. I left a 4th pair of jeans as a way to measure how much needed to be trimmed. when I returned to pick them up the price was almost double what I agreed to. When I asked why it cost so much more than I was told when I dropped them off I was told they don't do hemming by itself, everything they hem has to be washed and pressed after, and they charged me for all 4 pairs even though one was just an example of how much to cut. This wasn't disclosed up front, I feel intentionally mislead and taken advantage of. After I was told I had to pay I was offered a $10 credit to my account which serves no purpose as I will be doing all business with the cleaners across the street by Staters Bros going forward. 2 Reg (Suit) Jacket $23.90 1 Jumpsuit $12.95 Jacket#1- Looks like an iron that was too hot was used on the lapel . And it looks a shiny, glossy, and overall distorted. It looks like the fabric's melted (right @ seam of lapel); resulting in a shiny appearance that is different from the surrounding fabric Jacket#2- was ripped (very badly) The jacket was severely torn on the inside shoulder area. They attempted to repair it, which is why I gave them a slightly better rating (2 Stars, instead of 1 Star). However, the repair left the jacket liner pulled to the right, causing it to lose its symmetry with the rest of the jacket. And most alarming: Wahid's demeanor Wahid displayed hostile & aggressive behavior, and interrupted me multiple times as I was trying to respond to his line of questioning (the issues I had). He demonstrated a lack of receptiveness to addressing any issues. This behavior, as shown in the video (snippets that I will upload at a later time, it's taking too long for me to upload right now), made me feel more than uncomfortable. Not sure if that's high for the area, since everything is getting expensive under Biden's brilliant leadership (that was sarcasm, if it wasn't blatantly obvious) Definitely under $20 a suit, but that said, you will not get the same suit back. More specifically, they definitely DILUTE their dry cleaning solution...I'm assuming with water. All three wool suits SHRUNK Length and width!! I won't be going back.... When I called back the next night to check on the progress, the owner was so lovely and helpful on the phone. WARNING! I dropped off two items for hemming. I took my half of the ticket and was walking back to my car but turned around and said, oh, how much will it cost? The guy says $69 dollars. I was shocked and said No! He showed me his half of the ticket and it said $69 dollars. He handed me back my two items with no apology. Recently moved to the area- and this has become my go to place for dry cleaning. The owner is nice, the place is open late enough to pickup after work (most nights) and most importantly he will turn around clothes for next day pickup. The only downside (besides paying for dry cleaning) is that plastic button holders on shirts and plastic sleeve clips. Some people may like them for a crisp collar, but there is already enough plastic waste involved with dry cleaning and my shirts look fine without the button holder. I would be happier with a less trash to throw away on each pickup. read more

Not a very good first experience, which is unfortunate due to the fact I literally live next door and was hoping it would be a long lasting relationship. During drop off I requested to pay up front, the owner discouraged this said I can pay when I pick up. Ok, not a problem. I should've asked their prices at that point but failed to because I was in a rush. That's on me. During pick up I was somewhat shocked at the total, my last cleaner was half the price and offered same day pick up and drop off, while here I was told four days till I could pick it up. A suit, 2 shirts and 4 ties. That being said, I asked if I could obtain an itemized receipt. She told me they didn't have one, but was then able to print one out. I asked politely if there were posted prices somewhere so I could at least confirm the amount. She informed me there are no posted prices anywhere nor will they. She told me I could look at the itemized receipt for the individualized prices. I told her without posted prices an itemized receipt is pointless for there is nothing to correspond it to so that I may confirm I'm not being taken advantage of. This is a VERY standard business practice and purely for consumer protection. I asked politely if the man I spoke with was the owner so that I may at least covey this to him in hopes it could be remedied and that I could become a VERY (legal profession) returning customer. Not assuming their relationship she through gritted teeth let me know she was the wife of the owner and looked at me with more than a hint of discontent. I politely and respectfully brought this to her attention directly, like you would an owner, and she continued to exhibit disrespectful tendencies so I paid the bill and left. As far as their services go, impeccable cleaning. I prefer using Yelp for purely positive experiences, but the ridiculousness of this exchange was too much. Note to the owner, I will gladly change this review and even re-write it positively if you indeed do eventually agree that your own customers protection from being taken advantage of is more important than your obviously hurt pride. read more

It's open until 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, so I'm typically able to drop by after work. Really quick turnaround for dry cleaning. We have been coming to this dry cleaners for years. They changed ownership a while back, now this place is horrible. I brought my fathers shirts in to be laundered, this shop has refused to laundered his shirts they instead dry clean them and charge so much more than anticipated. We thought that the guy misunderstood us but today when my dad went to get his shirts and again they dry cleaned them, my dad asked why he didn't launder them as requested he said because his shirts wouldn't fit in the machine. They have the same machines as the previous owners. He is a liar and a thief. We will not return after many years of doing business here. I'm writing this review so that the owners can know their way of doing business is wrong. Be honest about your business. If you don't want to launder things just say so. Honesty is the best policy. Update: As stated in my first statement you have the same machines as the previous owners, my fathers shirts fit on the machines. We will not be coming back, we do not need the credit. Took pants in to be let out by an inch or two. Took two weeks to get it back and only to find that it had been taken up another two inches. After complaining what they did wrong they kept it another week and and when I got it back it was taken up another inch. There response was that hemming is done off site. The man behind counter did not seem to understand this simple task of letting out the seam two inches. I had to demand a refund. Had used Best Cleaners for years but this was the final straw. Will never return. Using Crown Cleaners down the street. Update 3/27/17 Of course you don't remember us when you don't know the difference between letting a hem up or down (in or out). Best cleaners I have ever been to. I've worked in a professionally dress environment for 6 years, I've been to many cleaners. I would consider best cleaners the best. I recently moved from LA, I have really nice dress shirts, many different brands. I took 8 in, 3 with horrible stains. I took them in anyway without high expectations, I asked if this can be taken off. Some guy (I think he's the owner) was really cool, he looked at it and with confidence said "no problem at all". The place is small and in the corner, very clean and organized place. Nothing out of the norm. It took two days. I came back, everything was ready. I observed my jerseys first (Go Dodgers!) and it was spotless, previously food stains and alcohol smelling (turn up). Literally, looked brand new, smelled great and pressed perfectly. Now the short I dreaded.... Beautiful. Seriously. No stains at all, it was amazing to me. I went back two days later on my way back to work just to say thank you and to tell them what a great job. I have never done that. Price was very reasonable. I don't take the time to review places but this was amazing to me. read more

If you are looking for someone to alter your fancy dress and or designer clothing, this is the place! The price is crazy reasonable (esp. given how talented they are) and they do a perfect job. My husband lived in Chicago for many years and had a very expensive long cashmere coat (totally appropriate for Chicago, not at all for anyplace else really). The thing is gorgeous and was super expensive when he bought it (around 3K), so it was a giant bummer that he couldn't wear it anymore. On a whim, I brought them the coat and they tailored it down from floor length to knee length (which works perfectly because he travels to the east coast for business often) without ruining the design. He gets loads of compliments on the jacket! The husband and wife team that own this dry cleaner are former Nordstrom Tailors (he was in the mens department at SCP and she was in Couture at Fashion Island) so it makes sense that they are incredible. If you are looking for an awesome tailor, this place is it. They do our dry cleaning as well and thats always great, but really, it's the tailoring that makes them so special. read more
