Terrible service. negative value, negative stars. Not only bad 'customer' service, but bad quality cleaning too. I dropped off 5 garments, 4 of them came back with issues. 2 of the garments still smell terrible, the black dress shirt still has marks on it, and the pants were terrible. The Guy (maybe the owner) will tell you that the seamstress is the best in town, but he absolutely butchered the stitching/patch job on my pants. I could have done better. I checked everything when I got home and brought it back to the lady and I was so nice to her, but told her how disappointed I was in the service. I had them undo the stitching in my pants, and she assured me I'd get a refund for all the garments except 1. Went back today, and they only gave me 1/2 a refund. I was so nice the whole time just expressing my disappointment, and yes I did demand a refund, and I got yelled at by the staff. Just incredible how someone could yell at me for giving a very nice constructive criticism. Also, called me a liar for changing my story when I went in for a refund. Clearly they don't want my business and I was told they closed my account, but I hope this steers at least 1 person away from them because what a waste of time and money it was for me. I wouldn't have written this review if he actually showed a bit of customer service, but the way I was treated was worthy of me writing this review. Took a few things to this dry cleaner to have tailored and cleaned. The tailor leaves by 11 AM usually so he's hardly ove ever there to be able to show him what you need and Anna that works there isn't nice or reliable to get him a message to have him call back. I was told certain things that he was going to do on my item and then that didn't happen which is something that can't be changed after it's tailored. Couldn't get calls back, and their prices are a bit high. Going elsewhere read more

Her name is Anna, still lazy will not help you pen a sleeve or mark a button that needed alterations and wanted to charge me for two alterations $129.00 I went to Hanh's cleaners and alterations. They charged me $ 40.00 for both coats and assisted in pinning the sleeves and moving the button. ! Anna is still lazy, rude and has no customer relations etiquette !! read more

terrible 1-star cleaners. I used to live in CM and would use them occassionally, and started going there again a while back since I worked nearby, and had to have a few work clothes cleaned. they used to do a good job, although it normally took 2-3 days I was always pretty happy with the work and it was inexpensive. I found out the hard way you get what you pay for: they lost my best pair of dress pants a month and a half ago, and have been completely unapologetic and unable to resolve the problem. I have yet to receive any compensation or anything for this. the only thing they offered me was a store credit for $60 but I said no. I took my dress pants there one Friday on my lunch break like I always do (typically bring in 1-2 items and pick it up Monday or Tuesday). they said it will be ready on Tuesday 5pm. I said OK. I was really busy this week, and I'd planned to go and pick them up on Wednesday but something came up, so I showed up on Thursday with my ticket in hand and the lady clicked something on her computer and said, "yeah it's not here". I don't know how she would know this within 10 seconds of me handing her the ticket, but she said oh the tag probably fell off. huh? what? where are my pants? how would they magically disappear? plus this was in the middle of a job search and then starting a new job so I didn't have time to deal with their runaround b.s. and I don't even live in the area of this business, so driving here to try to jump through their little hoops was ridiculous. either they're incompetent and gave my order to somebody else (which doesn't explain why it was never returned, unless someone is the same), or they simply stole my pants and kept them for themselves or some family member. I called them 3 separate times and also went back 3 separate times just to fill out a "claim form" and they kept pretending it would somehow turn up and didn't know what might have happened to them. kept saying, oh just give us til Friday we'll call you back. never called me back, never found my pants despite "doing inventory" twice, and didn't remotely act like they knew what I was talking about when I described them in great detail 4-5 times. being my best-made item of clothing, I'm pretty sure I know what they looked like down to the last stitch. these guys couldn't exactly care less. totally useless individuals working at / running this place. I'd rather shoot myself in the foot than ever use them again. read more

Very happy with the customer service and professionalism. Some additional things they do are Custom Tailoring, Alterations and Repairs, Shoe Repair, wedding gowns, silk suede and comforters. After coming here for over a year, I will never come back to this place again. My entire batch of dry cleaning was damaged, whether it was my brand new silk top being frayed or my pants hem being undone. It looks like they washed it instead of dry cleaning it. When I first brought it up to them, the girl working the counter said it could have been one of the hooks and that I needed to talk to a manager. She told me that the manager will call me the next day and she didn't. Another day went by and no call so I decided to go in. The girl working at the counter said that they believe they didn't do anything wrong and it wasn't their fault, which is a bald faced lie since my top was brand new. I get that shit happens but the fact that they couldn't take ownership for messing up is pathetic. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. They don't take care of your clothes or care about you. read more

Beware. I too was a fan of Fairchild cleaners, until... I dropped off a comforter and mattress pad to be cleaned 10 days prior to when I needed to pick up for my daughter who was heading to college. When I went to pick up on Saturday, my two items were nowhere to be found. I was in contact with Fairchild until 4:30 pm that Saturday afternoon... No Bueno. I drove out to Macy's to pick up a replacement... A week later upon MY contact, the comforter and bed pad were located. I picked them up today, only to find a stain that I truly did not see when I dropped off. When I questioned the attendant as to where this came from... The response was it was already there. So...
