Came in here to pick up my 4 jerseys that were done and the Asian guy working charged me twice. I kept telling him it and showing him it took from my account and he kept telling me no. It only took 3 cents. Gave him my card again and it went through again. Both transactions are different amounts. This place is a scam fr! I only went here because Crowns Cleaners in Fountain Valley was closed. Save yourself time and hassle from filing a dispute with your bank and avoid this dump. I'll never be coming back. read more

Pham was awesome! Such a nice man and he really helped us out in a punch. We had 13 table linens for a wedding that needed to be pressed by today. I called him Thursday morning and he said he would get it done for us and he was not lying. Dropped off the linens at noon Thursday and had them ready by 10 AM this morning. Don't go there They have one price then tell you another when you go to pick up your stuff. Then they act like they didn't understand you. They steal from you. It's horrible unbelievable how they have prices in the window and then you think that's what you're going to pay and they charge you double when you get there to pick up your stuff I will never go there again read more

I needed to hem two pairs of pants. The sign on the window says $5. When the owner is writing up the receipt, he left it blank. I asked how much it will cost. He says $6 per pair since the legs are tapered. Really? First of all, how many pants do you see that is a straight cut, like a cylinder? There was literally less than 1/4" difference, if that. Whatever. I said fine. When I went to pick it up, the receipt now said $7 a pair. Wait a second. Didn't you say $6? Then he went on to say the lady charged extra and went back to $6. If they want to charge $7, say so. Don't play games. read more

This is a location I would NOT recommend to anyone. I work in an industry of customer service and the owner of this establishment definitely needs to learn what the term "customer service" means. He over promises and under delivers. I brought in 3 pieces on a Tuesday and I needed it by Friday 230-300 pm the latest. He initially told me it would be ready by 4 o'clock but I told him I had a flight to catch on Friday and needed them the latest by 3oclock. If they weren't able to finish by then, I told them it is ok and I would be brining to another location. He then told me that he would have it done. I come in Friday around 2:45 pm and he cannot locate my items and that it would take another 30 minutes. He then wrote on the original receipt 4 o'clock and we proceeded to exchange words. Long story short I did not get my items as promised and had to wait for my wife to pick them up the following day. As my wife walks in to pick them up, one of the employees still had to press my items not being ready yet the following day. If you want to come into an establishment with poor customer service and poor communication skills then this is your cleaners! read more
