I have been coming to this location for about 20 years. Some days is good some days is bad. Today the man, who i think is the owner helped me. This man always is in a bad mood. The last time he helped me I needed to use my ATM card. He didn't like that what I needed to pay was less than five dollars and wanted me to pay cash. Today he changed me more than the lady who works there. Many years ago they passed a law imwhich all gas stations need to post their prices for gas. A law like this needs to be passed for cleaners also, so that they cannot change their prices at will. Also. Let it be known that THEY decide whether something is dry cleaned or laundered. NOT YOU. Six dollars for a cotton/ polyester shirt is way to much. Can anyone suggest a better place? read more

I would never go back, took wife's blue evening gown in for a drink stain, got it back stain is gone but dress front and back covered in white chalk type marks, Went back talked to the owners husband and showed him, he called the worker (they were both very nice) they looked at it together and said yes they understand and will try to get it off come back Friday. 10min later get call from the the owner lady talking on stop NO NO NO you bring in like that that we not do it, was absolutely point less talking to this lady when she out right lying to her customers. We explained we only brought in for a drink stain dress worn once. She just NO NO NO you ruin my day trying to scam me on a dress. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME TALKING TO THIS LADY....BE WARNED. She bragged a lot of dry cleaner go out of business but we still in business because they do good job, You almost need to take a photo of your item with the worker holding it front and back as proof of what it looked like as you drop off, this owner will take zero responsible if they make an error on your clothing. read more

Horrible experience. When I went to pick up my items I found stains on one of the garments. The woman tried to rush me to accept the others, but I looked through all of them and found stains in another one. After insisting that they take them back to clean again they finally agreed. When I picked up the second time, the stains persisted. When I asked for a discount since they could not remove the stains or tell me when I dropped the items off that the stains may not come out, as all other dry cleanrera ove gone to have done, the guy yelled at me saying I could not compare them to other dry cleaners. Needless to say they have lost my business and I will be looking for a new cleaner in the area. read more

Just picked up my fire department dress uniform from getting dry cleaned. They lost a button on my jacket and then tried to blame it on me saying it wasn't there when I dropped it off. As I was talking to the guy who worked there about it, he just said it wasn't their fault and he walked away from me. Horrible customer service. I will never use this place again. There are plenty of other dry cleaners around here that will be honest. I understand things happen, just don't lie to me about them and blame me. read more

I am a very social person and can get along with anyone, but this woman there? Just rude! In the beginning i thought ok, maybe she has a bad day or is on her period but NO! Anytime I brought clothes and showed her a stain to please take care of she got upset! Also, when my brother showed her stains they didn't remove properly she was telling him "it's the fabric and you sweat weirdly" Come on! You are cleaners! These guys are losers. Took a designer wool sweater to be dried cleaned two years ago, along with blouses and slacks. They folded it up and hid it within the grouping and I took it all home. I've been going to the same dry cleaners for the last 5 years.... they've changed management in the past year, but still great service. Dry cleaning service here is tops. I've been coming here for years and have always been satisfied with their work (and even minor fixes upon request, like replacing missing buttons, mending small tears, and stain removal). Prices are better than most other places I've been, so that's a plus. Even though I pass by at least half a dozen other cleaners on my way here, it's worth it. What has impressed me most in recent months is their customer service. On several occasions I've come in to pick up my stuff while carrying my baby in one arm. The lady actually carried my clothes to my car and hung them up for me as I strapped the tot back into his car seat. I had reached out my free arm to pick up my clothes but she kindly insisted on helping me out. How's that for service with a smile? read more

I had a similar experience as some of the other unhappy customers. Brought in a wool sweater for dry cleaning. When I came back to pick it up, I noticed it had may holes that were not there before. I asked the owner what happened, he said it is not their fault because the sweater is old and insisted on me paying full price. (if the sweater is old, he should not have accepted to dry clean it, or told me there is a chance it will be damaged) I paid because I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere, he seemed very determined and it was not worth it for me to make a seen over a few dollars. He may have made a few dollars from me that day, but he lost my business for life. (A good businessman would have apologized and said no charge or given a discount coupon for a future visit, but I guess he does not want to bother himself, he only wants to collect $$ and go home.) read more

This will be the last time I use this dry cleaner! I recently took some slacks there to be shortened. I tried my slacks on to be pinned and waited to get the back. I had always had a good experience but this time my pants came back at least an inch to short. When I took them back and asked that they be lengthened I was certainly not happy with the treatment I received. Instead of good customer service I was given a hard time. It was insinuated that I said they were ok at that length and that I couldn't possibly have the inseam length I said I did. Bottom line I will never use this establishment again for any reason. I was humiliated by the proprietor unnecessarily and undeservedly. Customer service skills are sorely lacking. They have such great personal service. They see my car pull up and have my clothes ready by the time I walk in. If I have a little tear in the seam of a shirt, they sew it up, no charge, or if I'm missing a button, they'll be a new one on without even asking for it. It's these little things that make this place great and the reason I go a little further out of my way. My clothes are always nice, clean, and pressed. Can't beat the awesome prices!! read more

Five stars, are you kidding me? You get what you pay for. This place ruined my husband's wedding shirt. They returned it to me full of spots that looked like a chemical. There were zero spots on shirt when we turned it in and it came back polka dot. The old lady who has been working there forever said that the shirt was probably already stained and I asked how was it THIS stained, front and back with spots all over? It was obviously ruined there but she got defensive and did not offer a refund or to pay for the cost of the shirt. She refused to give the owner's name. Awesome service, you can walk in and usually not wait in line but while you are there, you get to watch the news or see an orchestra play! Yes they have a flat screen for our enjoyment for the few seconds there. The workers typically get to know who you are and you do not ever have to tell them your phone number...great memory means quicker service. They are quick and get the job done well. I love going on Mondays and seeing all the workers doing their jobs joyfully with their headphones on busily doing their thang. It makes me want to work there, seems so fun! As the filtered reviewer stated, they accept cash only. They, like every other cleaners I have tried in Orange County, have their issues. But Jennifer always knows my name and has done some good alteration work for me. They are reasonable and quick. I only wish they would point out articles of clothing they had issues with before I get hoome and see the "We had a problem" tag. They are okay sometimes. The woman is nice if she is in good mood, and often not. She usually has very short answer, "NO!", without further explanations, very blunt. She often says that my clothes can't be "dry cleaned". I have never encountered a dry cleaner not being able to "dry clean" so many clothes in my entire life. It can't be dry cleaned, and can't be wet cleaned and then what, just wear them for a while and throw them away? It's absurd! My understanding is that dry clean is always possible and better than wet clean since it can keep the clothes in good shape much longer. read more
