If they had the courage they would call me and apologize and compensate for the cleaning, since THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGE. Be accountable. It's easier to keep an existing customer. Word gets around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER. I have moved on and suggest everyone do the same. These were standard dress shirts that simply happened to have designer labels. There was nothing unusual about them that justified such excessive charges. I was never clearly informed that every designer item would incur a significantly higher fee. When I called to express my concerns, the owner offered me a 10% discount on a future visit. After being charged $488 for only 20 pieces of clothing, a future discount was not a meaningful solution. Why would I return after this experience? I strongly recommend that anyone considering this business ask for a detailed price estimate before leaving any clothing, especially if you own designer brands. In my opinion, the pricing was unreasonable, and I left feeling completely overcharged. I will not be returning.

I took the dress to HAMILTON CLEANERS, who removed the stain immediately without any issue. More recently, I brought in my husband's trousers that had a small chocolate smudge and a pencil mark. After the first attempt, the stains remained. They asked to redo the cleaning, so I gave them another chance. When I returned, the original stain area was surrounded by a large oily ring that had not been there before. When I raised the issue, I was told the ring had already been there when I dropped off the trousers, which is a lie. I was then asked to sign a form saying they are not at fault, which I refused. I was also told that no chemicals had been used, despite the obvious residue left behind. And when they called the person who cleaned it in Spanish he told them he used a chemical, and I understand Spanish. So they lied again. My experience has been that not only were STAINS NOT REMOVED but the clothes were DAMAGED WITH NEW CHEMICAL STAINS. THEY WILL ALSO LIE AND SAY THE MANAGER IS ON VACATION SO NOBODY ACTUALLY HELPS YOU Based on multiple experiences over several years, I would not trust this business with delicate or stained clothing.

My dress was made entirely of embroidered and sequined lace and 5 layers of tulle with a satin underskirt. The bodice was boned and cups were molded, and neckline was crafted with illusion lace embroidered with custom sequined flowers. The train and the veil were both cathedral length, made of the same embroidered lace material. This is typically one of the most delicate and complicated wedding dresses to clean and preserve, and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service and care that Key Cleaners provided. My husband and I called several other dry cleaners in the south OC area before we decided to take it here. Sam and his team did a phenomenal job preserving my dress and veil and treated us like we were old family friends.
