I went to "1.79 Dry Clean Super Center" today to have some pants and shirts dry cleaned and laundered. I had 2 of each. The employee told me it would be $11 and something cents. I asked how much it was to dry clean the pants. He said $3.00 and something cents. I asked what about the $1.79 in the name. He said that there is only one thing that price is good for. When I asked what it was, he did not know and looked it up. After a while he said the $1.79 is to dry clean a napkin. Everything else is more. I told him I did not want to do business with them and to tell his boss this is misleading advertising. I will not patronize this business. This is misleading and I cannot trust them with my clothes. read more

They appear to have been under new ownership for the past several months. I've never seen such an unprofessional, unorganized business. I've used this cleaners for over 10 years. New owners have no idea how to run a cleaning service. Employees have no idea what they are doing. Such a shame they have run this business into the ground. read more

My mom has been coming here for years. It's reliable and easy going. She sends me to pick items up and it's always reasonably priced. I think my mom has had issues in the past with some of her more delicate clothes but I think she has always been able to resolve issues, as she keeps coming back. For my clothes, more formal and dress shirts and pants, I usually don't have any problems. I've been coming here for years so I am not totally sure but I think I've had some issues with missing buttons but I am not totally sure. I would give them no stars! Had a $300 floor length gown dry cleaned. The gown has detachable chiffon scarves which were attached to the gown when I dropped off the dress. When I picked up the dress, I'm glad I asked in the scarves were attached and they guy said, "oh, those chiffon things? They didn't know who they belonged to". REALLY!!!??? I just went to snap on the scarves and noticed they tore the gown at the shoulder and safety pinned it. They never indicated that they damaged the dress. EXTREMELY UPSET!!! read more

I've downloaded the yelp app just to write my first review ever in my 35 years of living because of how incredibly bad the service at this dry cleaner is. Please if you live close to the place - absolutely DO NOT USE THEM. There are dozens of dry cleaners in the area that I'd recommend using over this establishment. I've been a regular here when I first moved to the area and in many occasions they've screwed me. First of all - they don't dry clean your clothes - they run everything through a washing machine and dryer then they press. Your clothes will come back faded overtime. Also I've given them clothes with a return ticket on a Wednesday, go to pick up king clothes just for them to tell me it wouldn't be ready until Saturday for no other reason then they just weren't ready. Lastly, I dropped of a 2 piece suit with very explicit instruction to NOT remove any tags. They absolutely did not listen - removed tags on both garments and all they had to say was sorry. They have the absolute worst customer service, extremely unreliable and I will never utilize their services again. Please do not give these people your business. read more

Drop off clothes on a Saturday and returned on a Thursday. Two of my white jeans had yellow stains on the them and were not cleaned. Employee tried to say that's how I brought them there and they are trying to remove the stains but had to ask for permission. They had my phone on the receipt but never called me to ask about the stains. What are the odds that two pair of jeans have the same exact stains on them. I will be looking for compensation for both pair of jeans. Please stay away from this establishment... read more

The recent change of management not for the better. The clothes are being returned wrinkled when laundered and pressed. Stains that I ask to be treated are not and the stains have been pressed into several shirts ruining them. They have also started charging double for synthetic fishing shirts as if they were silk shirts. I had been doing business with Danny for 15 years without an issue and since he sold the shop, the quality of service has gone way downhill. I'm finding another dry cleaner. read more

Our family has been using DCSC Copperfield for years and have never had an issue. They do a great job with laundry and dry cleaning. Also in by 9 and out by 5 the same day. Their prices are very competitive. The manager/owner Danny always remembers me and my family members by name and goes out of his way to insure they do a great job. read more
