I dropped some clothes off at this cleaners to be pressed only. There were 2 whie linen shorts sets and a linen romper. Upon picking up my clothes, I noticed a spot on my clothes, not just on 1 piece, (all but 1), I told the clerk, I have spots on my clothing, she thanked me go get her manager, only for her to tell me I should have looked at my clothes when I dropped them off. (those clothes were knew with tags) I literally opens the packages before I took them to cleaners, looked at them, placed them back in the bag before I did that. these items came from two different stores. I told the manager these clothes were knew, she thanked replied again by saying sometimes that have spots one them. I told her no, I disagree. She thanked replied again began to tell me, my romper had a big spot, I told her again, these items were brand new and just taken out of the package to view, never tried on or anything. We than just stood looking at each other before she just walked off, meanwhile the clerk, never gave me a ticker from where I paid and walked off herself. Not one thank you or offered any type of apologies. I would have taken it better if the manager would have said something and acknowledged the fabric instead of making excuses. I can see maybe one piece mistaken something happened, but every piece except 1. Customer service is everything when dealing with the public, If I had to rate them, it would be a -0. read more

This location is horrific. The company charges prices based on the area they are located in. So pricing is very off the farther north you are. I came in to a $252 cloth in bill that was reduced to $193 but after several calls to management on 15 items submitted. They don't respond to advertisements on the building like 3 pants for $12.99. I have been coming here the last year or so. Good group of people. Always friendly and quick. I had a shirt with a small tear and they actually brought it out and showed it to me, instead of just mixing it in with my other clean shirts. It was not their fault; I was expecting this one one to go at anytime. Nice touch for a discount cleaners. Destroyed a high quality clothing that I got many years back from abroad. Wore it dearly, and made sure to maintain it in its pristine condition. Seems they made a mistake during their dry cleaning process and came horribly wrinkled, dried out, and shrunk unevenly in different places. I went back to address it and they just tried to press it clean again and claimed that the clothing is "fixed", when all they did was hide the fabric damage and shrinkage and claim that that was not their fault. Extremely disappointed at their dishonest service, and their unwillingness to do business with integrity and consideration. Would not recommend trusting your clothes to this business. read more

I have been a customer here for eight years and have had no major concerns. The customer bag program is great. I can drop off anytime in the drop slot and the clothes are ready when promised. Same day service as well. They have good hours and are open for most of the day on Saturday. I have taken other items like comforters and table cloths for cleaning and everything came out fine. They do tag your items is there are spots they can't remove or material is ripped. They have extended the life of my clothes and I any very pleased with their service. I had lost my wedding ring, and we had looked all over. My wife called the dry cleaner, thinking I might have left it in a pocket (because it barely fits anymore), and they had it. Probably the worst dry cleaning service I have ever dealt with. First with one of my first experiences with this cleaners they placed my dry cleaning under someone else's account. Luckily they found it so I gave them another shot. Well that was a mistake...they damaged my shirt and then claimed that it was damage already. I own over 50 dress shirts so why would I worry about one. Well it's the principle, if you damage something than you should graciously rectify the situation. Received two shirts on two different times with a diamond shaped hole. The second shirt was brand new and never worn. I called the manager, he said that it was damaged before and called to let us know. A call was never made to us letting us know. I told him it had to be coming from the store. He disagreed and offered no apology. I told him we will not be returning since I can't keep getting my clothes back with these holes. He said ok and left it at that. I read other reviews with people receiving their clothes with the same holes. So obviously something is going on. read more

Only wish was that they did some type of special one day a week but their set rates are pretty good in general so it's our go-to. So far, no ruined clothing. Love the drop off bag. Can drop off before work and pick up same day after 5. Really nice people. Sent a skirt in and they noticed the hem came undone when they washed it and offered to fix it if I came back to pick it up. read more

3 year customer here I have had ongoing issues with poor cleaning, damage to clothes-especially suit lining, and lost items. Yesterday, I picked up my winter coats. Two of them were somewhat clean. They were not cleaned well, but I already know this isn't the best cleaners. The third coat was ridiculous. It looked as if they put it on a hanger and buttoned it up. I had my hair (light brown) on the shoulders and they were still there when I unwrapped the coat. In addition is was full of lent and a couple of car hairs. I am done. I buy good quality clothes, and they are going to ruin them. They may be affordable, but it doesn't matter because the service is so bad. read more

I have never had a problem with this place as far as cleaning and service. They are always on time. Laundered shirts in general tend to be rough on shirts, but I have requested this place to please don't burn the buttons off. Thus far they have honored my request. My clothes have never been lost and always come out fresh, clean and pressed. Their prices are good as well. Their drive thru service is convenient and quick. Even when there is a line three to four cars deep, enough staff comes out to help. Service is always professional and friendly. I have been going here for 8 + years and after today will never go back! They have steadily gone down hill over the past year ....from not putting creases down my pants after me asking numerous times ...to over charging me....their customer service is absolutely horrible as well. This past Week they completely messed up my birthday dress, I asked to speak to a manager , after I expressed my concerns ....Brianna, supposedly a Manager, told me I was welcome to go to Comet Cleaners across the street if I wasn't happy ...I asked to speak to Tony the owner and she said he would tell me the same thing because that's what he tells her to tell people that complain .....seriously!.... I have been going here for about a year. The service is marginal at best. The staff is sometimes friendly depending on who is working. This week, I dropped a pair of dress pants off and told them that they were damaged after my last visit. I was asked why the tag was not on them to prove that they cleaned them. The tag was not on there because I wore them as most people do with clothes. I shouldn't have to inspect my clothes for damage before I put them on. After being told that they would look into it, the pants were returned unclean with no offer for reimbursement. There was not even an offer to cover my $8 bill. Unacceptable service and weak management that could use a lesson in customer service. I would try the cleaners in the kroger parking lot. read more

Dry Clean Super Center on Main went above and beyond. We think some how we came home with a bag with someone else's name and didn't realize it. I go to pick up all husband's main suits that he wears on business trips and many shirts and they say they don't have anything for us. They spent hours looking into. I expected them to just say it was lost. The next morning they called me again to assure me they are researching and have multiple people looking. I get a call and pictures to confirm they found husband's items. Indeed they had!!! They also delivered them to us!!! I am so thrilled! We will keep using them knowing they were willing to invest that much time into researching and hunting down his clothes so we didn't have to go buy all new business travel clothes this weekend for him!!! read more

VERY overpriced for the results. I certainly don't mind paying as much or more than other places if the quality of service is great, but this place is simply terrible. I gave them so many chances because the location, hours, drive through, etc is very convenient, but when they literally just steam press and deodorize your clothes and NEVER actually clean them....I'm done. I have little kids, so I'll occasionally have food on my clothes when dropped off. 100% of the time, the item comes back with food still on the clothes. I was a customer of this location and have been for the last four years. I dropped off cleaning there every week during those four years. A couple of months ago they called and told me a shirt had a rip in the left arm but noticed it after they cleaned it so they were not sure when it happen. I talked to a girl there who knew me and she said she could give me a credit for the cost of the shirt. That was fine with me. I continued to drop off my cleaning each week. Last week I got a call from them stating three of my shirts had rips. When I got there they were all ripped in the same spot (left arm just below the elbow) and in the same direction and roughly the same size. The girl (a different one) stated she just pulled them out of the bag and noticed they were ripped. I stated they were not ripped when I put them in the bag and that this had happen before. She stated she pulled them out and they were ripped. I told her I knew they were not ripped when I dropped them off and it was odd they were all ripped in the same place the same way. She again stated the exact same thing. She was not going to say any more no matter houw long I talked to her. She did not offer any other options or even mention that she would talk to the manager. Maybe my $40.00 a week business is not much to them but add it up over the upcoming years and it does start to add up. If she would have just made even the slightest effort to see it from my side I may still be a customer of this business, but their short sightedness and deteriorating customer service has lost me for good. read more

I have had a similar experience with this dry cleaning service as the post before mine. I have been a customer for nearly four years now and have had a problem with holes in my nice dress shirts. It doesn't matter if you charge $1 to clean a shirt or $2.50, the quality should be just as high. There was a problem with one of my dress shirts in the form of a hole on the back of the shirt. When taking it back to the cleaners the woman working accused me of "doing something wrong" and that it was my fault that there was a hole in the shirt. I have never complained about anything at this dry cleaners and having been a customer for four years, you think there would be some understanding. She refused to do anything about the $90 dress shirt that the dry cleaners ruined. After this despicable customer service, I informed her that she lost a customer, and yes the weekly $40 does add up for a loss for them. If you are inclined to use this cleaners I suggest documentation of ALL garments dropped off at the cleaners and an intense INSPECTION upon receiving them. Avoid this dry cleaners at all cost!
