Hillpark took this over from Super Center last year and they are terrible. Went to Super Center for 10 years without an issue. Took 4 suits in to be cleaned. I don't wear suits everyday so I did not notice that I was missing a suit. When I called about it I was told since it had been more than 30 days, they weren't responsible. So my suit is gone and they don't care. There's no contact information for a corporate office, no escalation from the local branch. So, if someone decided they want your clothes more than you do, they have a perfect environment to do so. Even if my suit was "lost" there are zero safeguards for the customer. Look at other reviews on this company, apparently it happens a lot. Avoid this company at all costs. Well, I'm off to go buy another suit and I would wear it once and throw it away before I went back to any Hillpark location. read more

I used to love this place. Then 1 jacket was ruined. They "tried" to fix it then a shirt and then another. I've had enough. I've tried to give them a chance to fix random stains on my work clothes but it comes back with more stains or another problem. They are friendly but I will never be back. read more

Terrible Experience. I have NEVER been treated so badly. When I arrived I asked how the process worked as I had not been to this cleaner before. He took my items, rang them up and stated I must prepay the $65. I was unsure if I was willing to pay this price and kindly requested to view the receipt so I could take something "off" if I felt it was an overcharge. Keep in mind I have been paying dry cleaning bills regularly for 5+ years. The very rude attendee printed off the receipt and asked me what it was I needed to know. He refused to allow me to view the receipts myself. I asked for my items back as it was becoming an overly complicated process and I didn't know why I couldn't view receipts for their charges. He simply said "that's what I was going to do anyway". EXTREMELY RUDE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN. I will be sure to leave a google review and tell my friends what a horrible experience this was. read more

Worst Experience ever !!!. These people literally loot money in broad daylight. Their prices are close to triple compared to the place I have been going to for over 7 years. This guys who attended me was rude in all possible angles. Not a happy camper to work there and that was vert apparent. He took all my items, rang them up and stated I must pay close to $45 for 8 items. 5 of them shirts which should not cost more than $8. I was unsure if I was willing to pay the price requested and kindly asked to view the receipt so I could see their price breakdown. He overcharged for the shirts...double the advertised rate. The very rude attendee printed off the receipt and asked me what it was I needed to know. He refused to allow me to view the receipts myself. I asked for my items back as it was becoming an overly complicated process and I didn't know why I couldn't view receipts for their charges. He simply said "that's what I was going to do anyway". Simply horrible ! Waste of money and time. Gave 3 shirts for dry clean and you can hardly tell if it was home ironed or went to dry cleaners. I wear suite and Shirt gets a yellowish spot by the chest area ,which usually comes out after I give it to dry cleaners. It didn't plus they don't know how to iron the clothes. I brought in a pair of pants to this DCSC location last week, and got them back damaged as bottom hem of my cuffs were unraveled and the zipper had broken off. I took it back to the store and asked for the manager who was Tony. I told him about the situation and asked him what he was going to do about it. He observed the pants first, before looking at me and told me it's wear and tear, that clothes overtime would start to degrade. I thought that was understanding but the fact remained that it was damaged at his store. He asked what I wanted, and I told him to pay for the pants. He stood there standing for a bit then proposed me a solution. He would take them to his tailors and get it fixed. Said he wouldn't be able to get them done for free, but told me if I wasn't satisfied with the results, he would refund me the cost of the alterations, and he would credit me for the damaged pants. I came back today to pick up the pants, and I'm surprised with the quality of the stitching and the new zipper. Although, I had to pay for the repairs, I'm satisfied with the handywork, and I applause Tony for handling the situation. I knew the pants were about 2 years old, but I would rather pay for fee of alterations than spending more on a new pair. It looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Tony and the staff at DCSC Little Elm, I will be back again and I would tell my friends and family, while the cleaning is fine, the quality of their alterations is 100% great! read more

Have been using this place for years. Mainly out of convenience and same day cleanings on Saturday. Have always thought they were high priced and the customer service is always just okay. Owner is there most days and even when he is working the counter he rarely even says "Hi". This is the only dry cleaner that I have used that has actually lost a pair of my pants. They were normal dress pants maybe $85 dollars. The owner offered me $20 for the mistake. I talked him into $40. The most recent incident and the reason I will never go back is because they fixed a hole on my girlfriends pants for her. They explained that they would use some excess lining out of the pocket and do a nice stitch. We understood that it wouldn't be perfect and that it would still be noticeable. When we got them back they had used some dark brown patch and some Frankenstein type stitching. We took the pants back and asked what happened. They tried to say that this is what we agreed to. We said "No not at all". We asked for refund or credit towards future cleanings. The owner said "no" I told them that there are plenty of other cleaners and we would go elsewhere. read more

They are the least expensive around and they have a fast drive-through. They have same day service if you get your order in by a certain time in the morning. You can also drop off after-hours once you've opened an account (they'll give you bag that has a tag with your name, account, and specific instructions on it and the code for the after-hours drop box). Orders dropped off overnight are done by 3:00 the next day. They do require that you pay for your order in advance or leave a credit card number on file, which is what I do. All DCSC stores require payment in advance, which is how they keep their prices so low. There are signs all over the store informing customers of this. I wouldn't know about their mending service, I take those kinds of things to the tailor. They are good at dry cleaning, laundry, and ironing. read more

This cleaners has no idea what customer service even means. The manager seems to be unaffected by any thing that might cause a ripple in his day but not concerned much about his customers base. They are over priced $$$ as well. Did business once -that did it for me .Had a small waist jacket cleaned that was once worn it was OVER $8.00 and put on a cheap white wire hanger after being told it would be returned to me on a relatively good (hanger) one, thought that was the reason for the exorbitant price I was wrong. Also, the cleaning solution they used was very strong, could smell it for a long time afterwords .Very unsettling experience will not put myself through the aggravation in the future. read more

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Do not use them!!!. I moved to this area in Feb. 2015, I have used this place twice, for it's convenience. Wont make that mistake again. In the 2 times I have used them, I have spent almost $200 there. The second time I used them, I noticed after I had put my shirt on, it had a slit about 2 inches long at the bottom left, I got a second shirt, there was a tear about an inch long on this one. When I took the shirts back to the cleaners, the young man working the counter was nice, however the owner is very rude. Although his employee had looked my info up and verified my being there and I had the tickets that went with the shirts, the owner said "I don't even know that we worked on these shirts because the tags are off". REALLY?!?!?!? most people take the tags off especially when they are attached to the label, if they were attached to the button hole, then no I would not have removed them before putting the shirt on. The owner offered nothing except his rudeness!!! He kept saying that the cleaners was only liable for 10% of the cleaning cost. These were 2 very name brand buisness shirts. I will be looking into other action against this cleaners. I have never had anything dmaged or lost before and after reading other comments, I am not the only person that has an issue with them. read more

I have been using this dry cleaner for over 8 years and had never had a problem. I picked up my dry cleaning today which included my grey custom made suit. I have worn this suit 2 times. The only words that I can use to describe the condition of the jacket when I took it out of the wrapper was that it was blown up. The jacket had been clearly laundered by mistake and when I spoke to the owner he refused to acknowledge any wrong doing on his or his staffs behalf. Further more he refused to do any thing to rectify the situation. I would avoid this dry cleaner. There are plenty of reparable dry cleaners in the area. read more

Took in two business shirts (Brooks Brothers and Ralph Lauren) and slits were put in both shirts rednering them unwearable. Went back and owner said we do not have a machine that could tear both of those. He said wear and tear. Funny thing is both of them were new, so the wear and tear does not make sense. Owner was terribly rude likely because he does not respect white women, as I am pretty srue they are beneath him. Would not ever use this place again. Recommend no one does. read more
