My insurance co. tells me they are not able to do my job. We are both elderly and have been flooded and are in ill health. They do not bother to return my call? This is BS. Avoid these people. My wife and I do NOT recommend Dry Creek Construction. It was such an unnecessary hassle, and a complete waste of time, dealing with their unprofessional admin staff and dismissive admin management, during the course of about a week or so, just to be told that they were too busy to conduct an estimate. We ended up going with contractors that were more professional and efficient. This construction company shared their availability to conduct an estimate within seconds of contacting them, and later provided us with an affordable estimate. Downstairs only required popcorn celing removed, reapplied, paint (only in main room and did not include attached dining room), reinstall drywall in small section with insulation and that's it. First payment - $500 (9/5/19) Second payment - $500 (9/16/19) Final payment - $4520.70 (9/17/19) Total: $5520.79 Have had other contractor friend and and other from California Department Of Insurance look at the job. We were way overcharged. Only (1) guy worked in the bathroom and (1) guy worked downstairs. read more

They started out great gave us a estimate said they would start right away and would have the job done before the holidays. We had a flood upstairs and had to have most of the home redone. They started the job in November right before the Holidays but only worked 1- days a week due to other jobs. Then the holidays went and my home was still not complete said it would be complete by end of January and things were always wrong had to text weekly for things being fixed. By end of January it was to be complete by end of February job finally complete in Mid March. Now we are still having billing issues. This has been a complete disaster and super stressful to say the least. Not a happy camper at all. read more

They are reliable for you to trust compare to the marketing company keep calling you when the fire happened. They are working closely with the insurance company to get your claim settle and provide detail instruction to guide you to correct direction. Absolutely terrible service. We had a mold/shower leak problem. Our insurance referred us to Dry creek. They came out took a look at our master bathroom. Made a few notes and said they would get back to us in 5 days with his estimate. The 5 days came and went with nothing. We made contact leaving messages but no response. We ultimately went with one of the other 2 companies that came out to give us an estimate. Fast forward a month. Our insurance sent out an supplemental payment accidentally to Dry Creek. Dry Creek received this payment and never contacted either me or our insurance company about this payment. Dry Creek did not have a contract to complete our construction needs but kept the check. Absolutely horrible and unethical. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!!! read more

Everyone at Dry Creek was great to work with, from our first call to the office to the final call from the superintendent. Keith was the reason we selected Dry Creek--he arrived on time, with a can-do attitude, quickly provided an estimate, and was super responsive during the pre-contract phase. Bryan, our superintendent, had the hardest job--he remained professional, polite, responsive, conscientious, on time, and was overall awesome to work with. I was impressed by James, the cabinet maker--he calmly walked through our kitchen, quickly measured the area, and returned a few weeks later with perfect cabinets. Chris and Jeremy installed the cabinets and did the finishing touches--those guys are amazing at what they do! Jaime and Santiago quickly and expertly painted the wall. Rosario and her team cleaned up the post-construction mess. They were all nice, polite, and meticulous. Ruben from Laser Tile was one of the nicest people to interact with, but he and his team could have been more conscientious, kept things cleaner, and done a bit better (I think). My neighbor burnt my house down and it had to be completely rebuilt. Dry Creek is an honest company and it's Management hires polite office personnel and hard working craftsmen. Bryan Kenney was the foreman for my rebuild and he went way beyond my expectations in keeping me informed and involved. He had to deal with all sorts of delays because of supply chain crap. But the workers quickly installed everything as soon as it finally came in; eg, they completed the dry wall installation and spackling throughout this two story house in just 2 days. Dry Creek saved me thousands of dollars by allowing me to directly subcontract out some of the projects. All of their recommended subcontractors were honest and did exactly what they said they would, on time and on budget. They regularly worked through the weekends to stay on schedule. I have been in my house for six months now and everything is perfect. There have been a few minor follow up issues and Bryan has quickly sent out craftsmen to resolve them. Our house had an electrical fire Dec 6, 2022 due to someone who built the house in 1978 and put in the wrong wire. Dry Creek came in professional from start to finish. We can't say enough about Ted Dodson of Dry Creek construction. Aside from those qualities that you would expect from a Jobsite Superintendent, like dependability and trustworthiness, Ted goes above and way beyond to make sure that his clients are more than satisfied with the results. Ted is meticulous, paying close attention to detail. He has an eye for design and is well versed in what will look good and, at the same time, be functionally right. Aside from being knowledgable, Ted is always positive and dedicated to providing a quality outcome. He is a problem solver and approaches each segment of the job enthusiastically, always keeping the end result in mind. Ted's strategy is to get it done right the first time, and that strategy has paid off. While we were still in shock over our loss, Ted was on top of it. The weather in January was horrendous. Part of our roof was off when we heard that one of the big storms was headed our way. Ted followed the weather reports. He told us that there would be a three day window and that he would get the roof done over those three days. The entire garage section of the roof had to be completely rebuilt. We didn't think it would happen, but it did! Everything that Ted did exceeded our expectations. But perhaps his greatest attribute is the fact that he advocates for his clients. When the insurance company wasn't going to cover the hardwood floors in the bedrooms, after our house fire took the floors in the living room and hallway, Ted and our Project Manager Keith Borman, brought the insurance agent to the house for a second look. Once the agent revisited the floors, he re-evaluated the extent of the damage and authorized the replacement. That would not have happened if Ted and Keith had not been persistent. Right from the start, Ted was committed to making sure everything was as promised and more. He gave us maximum quality within our budget. Additionally, Ted was never more than a phone call or a text away. His response time was immediate - even when he was on vacation! He took the time to make sure he communicated with us every week, even when there was nothing new to discuss. He never made us feel rushed, always asking if there was anything we wanted to go over that week. I had an amazing experience with Dry Creek Construction after unfortunately an upstairs flood in our laundry room that we experienced. They did a thorough walk through of our home with the claims adjuster and made sure everything that needed to be repaired was included in the quote. They also provided different carpet color options as well as matching up the correct paint. Ted was the onsite Foreman/Coordinator for the Company and made sure the project was done correctly and smoothly. He made sure that the Sub Contractors all were aware of the sequence they would be working on the project.
