He did not. My girlfriend was on a conference call, and it took her a minute to gracefully step out. The cleaner berated her (while she was on the phone with me) for taking too long. Then, he made *her* move much of the furniture in the room herself. Once she completed the manual labor, he took approximately 30 minutes to clean my 12x12 living room, and my 4x4 hallway carpet. And then presented her with a bill for $225.00. We had a sick cat, and the carpet needed to be cleaned before we had company come over. But I will never, ever use this company again. For the exorbitant price we paid, we deserved far more than rudeness, condescension, and laziness. Stay away from this company.

They are so unprofessional and I have never felt so disrespected in my own home. When I booked my appointment, I was quoted $79 for 3 rooms in a small condo for a steam clean only (no shampoo, deep clean, stain removal). Steam clean is exactly what I wanted. When the 2 technicians came, they started looking at my rug, saw I had a dog and told me I should do the full shampoo for more money. I said my rug is not old and I just wanted the steam clean I was quoted for. They put me on the phone with their manager while they went outside to "get their equipment." The manager tried to upsell me on the shampooing but I was adamant that I Just wanted the steam clean I was quoted for $79. He said ok. The technicians returned to my home with a vacuum and said that was all they could do for that price. I said, but that is not what I originally booked and the manager just said OK to steam clean 3 rooms $79. They insisted they could just vacuum. Their website even states, "all of our services include steam and deodorizing." They said all they can do for me is vacuum - which is ridiculous, because the website doesn't even list that as a service. They started taking video of my apartment without my consent "to send to the manager." Several times throughout this whole interaction, they were speaking in another language to each other in front of me and laughing at me. I asked the technician to please call his manager back. I calmly explained the situation to the manager and that I would like the original service I booked for $79. He said, okay. It was on speakerphone, and I looked at the technicians and said, okay, so we're all in agreement. The technician took the phone for me, began to speak another language, hung up the phone, and then started to pack his bag. He said they had to go because they had other jobs to do. I said, but your manager just agreed to the original terms of this job. I felt like because I was adamant that I did not want to upgrade my service, they wanted to move on to other jobs. I was very upset because I had moved a lot of furniture in preparation for this cleaning, and the service was never performed. I have never had any issues with service technicians and I was very shaken up after this incident. I called the phone number on the website to tell them how unprofessional and rude the technicians were, and the woman I dealt with was very dismissive. And why does the customer have to call and ask where is the deposit being paid too. Fine I sent $200 deposit. Now it's May 12th and no word on my rug. So again I have to call and ask where is my rug? Communication is not a strong attribute of this cleaning service. So now rug is ready to deliver in my new apartment. Timing was essential because right after rug the bedroom set was being delivered. So workers dropped off rug on Sunday morning. And now same guy that says he needed deposit when he picked up rug. He wants to charge me for deposit again. I said no way! And literally had to show him email receipt of deposit paid. Now I did not pay attention to look at rug until right before delivery of bedroom set. And what do I see? THE RUG IS NOT 100% CLEAN.
