This company was referred to me by my fiancé, apparently they have been doing a good job in his house. So I trusted my fiancé that they will also do a great job in my house. First of all, the promised time for the service is at 11:30 am today. At 11:45, I called them up and asked if they were coming and the guy who answered my call said that they forgot that I have an appointment today so he said that they can do it but not until 2 pm or else I can just reschedule. Because I got the furnitures moved already today, I told the guy to get it done today. They arrived at 2:12 pm, again late. Knocked so loud on my door instead of ringing the doorbell. Two guys showed up, didn't even introduce themselves, didn't even apologized for forgetting the appointment at 11:30 and again for being late after 2 o'clock. Appeared in hurry setting up they're equipment, just asked me if they're doing the carpet cleaning upstairs, I guess so they can start bringing their equipment up there but I mentioned that there's one small bedroom downstairs. Initially, they were going upstairs with their shoes on so I said something if they can take off their shoes, and this guy said "well we have to have our shoes on" so I then asked if they have a blue booties that they can put on their shoes, another guy said they do and they will wear them. Surprisingly, 40 minutes they were done upstairs - 4 bedrooms +hallway + loft including their setup . My wooden stairs first step from above has a puddle of water so I had to clean & dry that up. They did the small bedroom downstairs like within 5 minutes. I went to inspect their work because I was very surprised that they got everything done so fast. My Fiancé also gave me a heads up before this carpet people arrived that they may offer me some products or upgrade services. But there's no conversation, no rapport or any type of friendly conversation at all. They looked in a hurry to get in and out of my house, and let me tell you, the quality of work they did also is sloppy, very poor and didn't make any difference from before they did the job. I felt like it was a rushed work, because first I wasn't on their schedule today so they just squeezed me in and did an in/out job without worrying about the quality of their work. No apologies upfront for being late, never smiled or being friendly, no introductions of who they are, no friendly conversations and/or no recommendations whatsoever about how often you should get your carpet cleaned & shampooed, NOTHING. Because all they wanted to do is get the basic job and get the hell out of there fast as soon as they can after they got paid $200. That guy who seemed to be the lead between the two workers is just soooo Very rude, no customer service at all especially for the first time customer like me. Even complained to me that they should be charging me more because the "estimated measurements" that my fiancé gave them was wrong. Well, if you took the time to look first before you start, because the price quoted was only given over the phone and had the time to at least introduce yourself, you could've said something that the price is too low after you did your inspections before starting the job. Very disappointed overall, from the rushed work and poor work manners, unprofessional, very rude!!! I don't think they even deserve 1 star but that's the lowest it can go here on Yelp. I included some pictures to show you about the quality of their work. It seems like they just watered my carpet and vacuum it, but still left it freaking soaked and wet! I used Pride Carpet Cleaning at my old rental house. They charged me so much money and kept adding additional work and cost to my bill. It initially started at $120 for a 1,700sq/ft home, which seams like a great deal, but that was basically without any cleaning solution and stair cleaning. Next thing I know, my bill is almost $200! I told the guy that I paid less the first time I got my carpet cleaned with the same services, and he asked me to dig up the invoice. Really?! Tell me over the phone all my fees and your upcharges, and you may have gotten a better review! And, to top it off, the guy "cleaning" the carpet was dripping sweat all over the place from carrying his equipment and dragging the hoses everywhere. It was disgusting, the additional fees were ridiculous, the carpet took forever to dry, and it was crunchy afterwards. Sorry to say, you guys have a lot to work on. I have the paperwork to prove it was you guys (can post if you'd like?!) Don't want to argue with you, but it was not the "wrong company". First John tried to charge me more than the Craigslist ad (.35/sf vs .30/sf). After I showed him the printout, he was ok. Then he asked if I wanted the "deep cleaning and grout sealer". I was confused. It's either clean or it's not clean ... it's tile and grout. So I said no to the up-sell. The grout sealer I understand. The job was 435 s.f. of light tile with beige grout in an empty rectangular space. They pre-treated with a soapy/acid solution, then scrubbed the grout with a stainless steel brush. They then used a carpet cleaning machine ... ie a "squirt and suck" nozzle. There was no mechanical scrubbing of any kind. I would assume cleaning tile requires something mechanical ... maybe that was the deep cleaning. I watched them work and noticed that both John and his helper occasionally missed areas and even a few grout lines around the fireplace. Bottom line was that about 1/2 of the tiles ended up with a dirty film. I ended up on my hands and knees wiping them down. My white towel was pretty grungy when done. The dirtiest tiles were the ones toward the end of their job ... I can only assume they were in a hurry to finish. They also left large puddles of water throughout which I mopped up. Originally, my grout had some dark stains (animal urine) and they did do a fair job on them ... but they're still noticeable (off-color). I'll attack them with muriatic acid (swimming pool acid) or baking soda later. What's funny is that their biz card says "High Pressure Steaming" ... the machine did squirt but I saw no evidence of steam. I won't hire them again. read more

I had a Zip Code Magazine coupon that said "Whole House Special $89 Steam Cleaning & Deodorizing (stairs included)". Coupon was expired so price immediately jumped to $99. 2. Then Joshua told me "whole house" means up to ONLY 1200 square feet. 3. Told him I only needed high traffic areas (approx 600sf) but some was heavy dirt. Joshua said he had a scrubber that could do the job. 4. Appointment was for 8AM. Truck pulled up at 9:05AM. 5. Within 2 minutes in my house, Joshua said scrubber would cost me an extra $50. I first wrote a review on this company back in 2015, I had received a coupon for whole house for $99. I had them come in and I fully expected to be up sold. I was surprised that it was the deal they stated, I was advised on areas that could have used a deeper type of cleaning but was not pushed for it. Well I recently moved from this house and gave them a call to come back and do the carpets again. So after talking with Josh I decided to have him to the carpets and floors for me. Also to my surprise he told me they now offer whole home cleaning for move outs/ins. So He sent John out to look over the house and give me a quote. John was very respectful and listened to what I wanted to be done and gave me a very reasonable quote. He did offer up a deeper cleaning and gave me a price for that also. i declined that as the carpets where most likely going to be replaced anyway, and the deal was struck. Josh sent out his cleaning crew and they got right to work, the crew did an outstanding job and stayed till i was 100% satisfied with all things being done. Josh and John and a helper showed up the next day to do the carpets and floors. I was again not disappointed on all the hard work they put in to getting things clean for me for my move out. I also found out that he now offers power washing and made me a great deal to do the driveway for me. They quoted me a great price and stuck to it, stayed till i was happy with everything. He came to the house looked over the job, gave an estimate and set a time to do the work. He was very flexible with the schedule. The Longer Review: I had this company clean my carpets back in 2010 right before we moved into the house. I wanted it cleaned while it was empty. They came on time and did the job at a reasonable price. In fact, the carpets were so cleaned that I just called them back today for them to be redone. The service today was just as good as the last time I used them. Friendly workers asked what I wanted done and did the job. No high pressure up sells. Did what they said they would do and no extra charges. Carpets looks great and smell good. They even cleaned one of my area rugs at no extra charge. Will definitely use them again. And I didn't know that they did tile/grout floors, couches, seats, etc. So I will get some of those other services done the next time they come back. read more

Recommended by a friend as a good company to deal with, not sure what I did to piss him off. Called and scheduled an appointment for 3pm as this is when I return home from work. Was called at 115pm and told they were headed over. After informing them there's a reason I scheduled for 3pm, I was then told I would receive a call back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later I have to call back to get an update. I was told I live too far out of their area for a late afternoon appointment. ( Information which would have saved us both a lot of time in the beginning) I didn't force anyone in taking my appointment and not sure why they did in the first place.
