I sent an email to the poc who said he would check with the delivery driver. Called Saturday morning when hours said open to follow up, phone continues to ring. This USED to be fantastic service. Now it's awful. Update, Tide called back and asked for a description of the coat. I even sent them a picture of the coat so they could look for it. Tide called back around 5:30 and said they'd found the coat and WOULD I still like the repair. They've had the coat for over 6 weeks to replace a zipper and haven't EVEN ordered the zipper. I told them to send the coat back and refund $73.41. Nick Herrington with Tide Cleaners said it already been refunded. I'll believe it when I see it.

I dropped two small bathmats in the locker at my apartment complex and was told it would take until the monday after. Finally on Tuesday I got a notification that my order had been dropped in a locker with a passcode, but when I got down there all the doors were unlocked and nothing had been placed in any of them. When I called, I heard a verbal groan from the girl I spoke with like I was the inconvenience. She told me that the delivery person had just marked it as dropped and it was still in a storage locker. She then told me that I could come pick it up from there or that it could be delivered tomorrow (which is today). I still do not have it and checked the lockers again. When I tried to call to see if I could get clarification, the phone rang for 10 minutes before I gave up. I have already been charged and right now it's looking like this is going to be much more work to get my bath mats back than I thought. I would much rather go to a cheaper laundromat than use this service again.

Pretty disappointed with this experience…read more I dropped several items off to be cleaned on 1/3. During drop off, I went through any defects of my items with the employee at the counter. There was only item I dropped off that was damaged and it was a cashmere sweater with a snagged hem that I've been meaning to get repaired. The employee said she made a note of this in their system. Upon pick up on 1/6, the employee at the counter informed me that there was a stain on an expensive Burberry dress that I dropped off that they could not get out. I explained to the employee that this stain was not there when I dropped my items off and I was upset about this damage. She told me that she could would have the owners reach out to me, but I still have not heard anything from anyone regarding this issue. The stain on the dress is on the front breast pocket. It appears as if the garment was caught in something and then tugged out which left black scrapes/streaks. This dress was a milestone gift from my husband and retails for more than my rent which makes the damage done to it that much worse. I'm really saddened by this experience and hope the owners eventually reach back out to me for a resolution. I was excited to switch to Lapel's because of their eco-friendly dry cleaning method, but now I'm feeling like it is not worth the extra hassle if my garments will not be treated with care. There may be other locations to this business that are good, but I'm unsure if I would return to this one. Update; I was contacted by the owner and they were successfully able to remove the stain from my dress. When coordinating how to handle the situation, I got the impression that it was being implied that *I* was actually responsible for the stain which was very far from the truth. I received a text message from the owner later on saying they found the source of the stain within their business and that was why they were able to treat it appropriately. I love that my dress is in good condition again, but I dislike a little of the attitude that came with getting the situation resolved. I read through the reviews on Google and here and it seems like this business has a track record of providing subpar service but quickly being able to adjust and fix their errors. This would be a boon if it didn't come with a side of slight finger pointing at the customer first. Meh.
