They were not understanding of the fact that I do not want to take a trip out to them unless I can measure the item in advance and see if it did indeed shrink from what I have on file. When I tried to explain this they were very rude to me.

I sent an email to the poc who said he would check with the delivery driver. Called Saturday morning when hours said open to follow up, phone continues to ring. This USED to be fantastic service. Now it's awful. Update, Tide called back and asked for a description of the coat. I even sent them a picture of the coat so they could look for it. Tide called back around 5:30 and said they'd found the coat and WOULD I still like the repair. They've had the coat for over 6 weeks to replace a zipper and haven't EVEN ordered the zipper. I told them to send the coat back and refund $73.41. Nick Herrington with Tide Cleaners said it already been refunded. I'll believe it when I see it.

Finally on Tuesday I got a notification that my order had been dropped in a locker with a passcode, but when I got down there all the doors were unlocked and nothing had been placed in any of them. When I called, I heard a verbal groan from the girl I spoke with like I was the inconvenience. She told me that the delivery person had just marked it as dropped and it was still in a storage locker. She then told me that I could come pick it up from there or that it could be delivered tomorrow (which is today). I still do not have it and checked the lockers again. When I tried to call to see if I could get clarification, the phone rang for 10 minutes before I gave up. I have already been charged and right now it's looking like this is going to be much more work to get my bath mats back than I thought. I would much rather go to a cheaper laundromat than use this service again.

I was notified that it was ready for pickup on 7-29-26. I then picked it up and paid on 7-30-26. When I got home I found that the seam had not been repaired. When I contacted the company I spoke with a female. She informed me that the does not do alterations or repairs. She tried to make it sound like it was my mistake. I then rechecked the website (and took a screenshot) and it does say that the company offers "alterations and repairs" as services. When I told her about this, the female on the phone just said that she would contact her boss to have that removed from the website. She then acted like I should just eat the loss of money. I was charged for a service that the website says they perform, but they apparently don't actually do. This may be just a mistake (but not by me), but this looks like false advertising. When I told the female that I expected a refund, she was apparently surprised. She then said that she would talk to her boss and "try" to get someone to call me back. Potential customers should not take them at their word for what services they offer going by what they have on their website. I will not be using them again.
