I would never recommend this guy or company! He doesn't diagnose the pro Ken, but just replaces parts until something works. I know that because after he got my dryer heating, he asked me if I wanted him to take off the new parts one by one until he found out what made it heat again. It quit working 9 days later, about 4-5 loads and he then wanted to charge me again to come out. He claims to warranty his work, but he doesn't! His words were, I don't work for free! I told him I already paid you to fix it and gave him every opportunity to stand behind his work and even offered to pay for any additional parts required to fix it, but he refused to come out and even look without a guarantee of payment for his time! This company is amazing. I had a full load of wash to dry and placed it in my dryer. I pressed the start button and no response! Ahh oh no - I knew this day would come as this whirlpool has performed for over 9 years without fail. I had no idea who to call- it turns out I got extremely lucky as this was first company I called. Bassel (dryer specialist) asked me to send a pic of the model and asked me the symptoms the dryer displayed.
