I tried to defer the work to another vendor, but my warranty company said they don't defer based on Yelp or Google reviews. Well, here's the scoop. I got a call from Sharon confirming the work order. She was very nice, polite and professional. The appointment was set for 2 days out. Tom (Sharons husband) arrived within the anticipated time frame, assessed the issue and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I have zero complaints and was pleasantly surprised with the service thinking the worst.

I hired Tom without checking reviews (shame on me). He came over to sort out why the ice maker wasn't working on our fridge. Eventually, he kind of guessed at why it might not be working and said we needed to replace a $300 part. We gave him our CC info to order the part, then a couple days later the ice maker started working again. We called back to see about a refund on the part. His wife, Sharon, answers the phone and said sure but there was an issue with Square and refunds so it might take a while. Ok, a week or so goes by, no refund. Call back and now its a health issue. Let another week or so go by, call back and now its another issue. This goes on for about 60 days and I call again -- ok, refund will be issued in 24-48 hours. 5 days goes by and nothing. I decide to go to their office to speak with them in person. Turns out the office is just a post office box location (no problem, whatever), so I call Sharon. She immediately asks if I got the refund yet...no I didn't. I told her I'd like to come by and get a check, cash or meet them at their bank for a refund. She tells me she's got someone who just came into her office and will have to call me back in 15 minutes. I said, oh, where is your office, because I'm outside the location address on all of your info and its a PO Box? She said she'll call me back in 15 minutes and has to go. No call back, but within 20 minutes the refund posted to my credit card minus an $85 service call fee and $25 restocking fee. I'd have been happy to pay all that (and agreed to the service call fee early on) if they would have refunded me immediately. Our experience = shady, liars, incompetent. Hire them at your own risk.

    Horrible horrible service! Do not buy from this guy…read more First off, he showed up 7 hours late for the delivery. Second, he sold me a broken washer! The very next day I told him that I was having problems with it. He offered to come back and take a look at it. He did come back (again not when he promised), and once again told me it was fine and if it acted up again he would replace it. Well, it did, and not only did he never come back to replace it, but he has left all three of my texts on read without even responding for a month. So much for a 90 day warranty. Do not buy from him!! Buy anywhere else, you're better off taking a risk on a used one because this 90 day warranty is completely fictitious. He does not honor it. Judging by the other reviews and comments this is not a rare occurence, seems like he sold a couple other broken washers to people and refused to honor his "90 day warranty" as well.

Iziquel who sold me the range said he would replace the part that caused the clicking. He came back with the wrong part. After waiting for the part for weeks and daily calls Iziquel has chosen to completely ignore me. I have a 3 months full money back warranty with GTO and finally told them to pick up the range and refund my money. I have been chasing after Iziquel and have been promised 6 times that he would show up. All lies. Very slippery place and dishonest people. Stay away from this place. If you should discover something is wrong with your appliance after purchase you will never get your money back. If I could give this place a 0 or -10 I would. A place like this has no place being in business. I will make sure I tell everyone I know and will post in as many places as possible including better business bureau. Angry customer
